The mileage was higher and the gas lower than on my contract . At time of pick up I entered the correct info and uploaded pictures of the dashboard showing the correct mileage and fuel but no one has contacted me to correct my bill. Should have cost about 100 but I have currently paid 160Max Z.

My one way rental turned into a round trip due to maintenance issues on the vehicle I had booked. I found out about 3 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. I was moving over 2 hours away, so now I had to double my time and money spent on gas and mileage (a credit for the extra mileage was given but not enough to cover the entire round trip). Moving is already stressful I didn't need the rental making my life harder.AARON H.

I rented a 6' x 12' closed trailer but none of your trailers have a lift system for the tongue. I removed the trailer from my truck and placed the trailer down on the ground without thinking that I would have to lift the full trailer by hand. It took 5 men to get the trailer back on the truck. I will not be renting these trailers here again.Dennis B.

The type of dolly we rented was not available. The van we rented was parked behind other vans so we had to find another employee just to free our van so we could leave. When we returned, there were about 6 trucks/vans ahead of us and only one person working returns.FREDERICK M.

Unbelievably slow check-in. What's the point of online check-in if I still have to wait in line (for 30mins) and then go through all the same questions I completed online? Thankfully the girl who checked me in was super-nice and pleasant. All the other staff I dealt with was a bit grumpy or openly pissed off about something. I wouldn't rent from this location again if there was an alternative location or company. Shockingly inefficient and customer unfriendly (with the exception of the check-in staff member who was cheerful in spite of all the chaos and aggro around her).Christopher T.

I will never rent again from this location or any other location. I've always rented from U-haul, but the equipment is never safe. My recent move, I rented a 26' truck. As usual, the steering is absolutely terrible. I've complained before, but nothing gets done. The people who work there are miserable, rude. The girl who I dealt with should not be in customer service. And now the company thinks it's okay to gouge. I already know that this review will not be looked at, well maybe looked at but no one will ever take the time to correct things. Poor customer service experience. My booking was changed 6 times I had to call the scheduling department to complain. The workers at Uhaul the customer service phone reps are rude and need training how to speak to customers Ive received a handful of unprofessional customer reps that called me and one girl who was very rude and swore at me and spoke in a rude manner. I would never recommend Uhaul again to anyone and will never use Uhaul ever again after this experiencemohan H.

Online booking said everything was ready to go, truck is ready for pick up. Have all my belongings packed and on my driveway ready to move. Get to the pick up location. NO TRUCK. The mileage and gas tank were not not updated properly. The CSR asked me to fill the gas tank till 7/8 and as per system it shows that I drove 161 miles but it was driven only 40 miles. Difference of 120 miles??? I think Uhaul takes advantage of people who are using it for first time and makes money. Secondly, their gas policy. They say, they do not reimburse the gas what their customer filled up. WHY??? If customer has receipt then why not? Bcs of UHaul mistake why do i have to fill in the gas tank. I don't think that for 40 miles I am gonna use this $40 gas. They forced me to fill up the gas which cost me $30 extra which they deny to reimburse. They only adjusted the mileage part and that too i wasted an hour to prove that i drove only 40 miles and not 161 miles. I would never recommend these 411 Main St. Brampyon , ON location. Also the staff there were very rude and they don't know how to talk with their customers. If customer cannot abuse the staff then staff also needs to respect their customers. UHAUL please change your system please.. When i was at the location so many of your customers had problems in booking or did wrong bookings Your system is complicated please make it simple and user friendly.Bhautikkumar P.

Location seems very busy at times however service representatives try their best to manage and explain rental agreement to each customer. With combination of digital steps and manual payment capturing some customers seem to be lost sometimes. This is the new normal that we need to get used to doing and living - Online.AHMED H.

Line was out the door and took 1 hour 15 mins to get our already reseved pick up truck and the windows in the truck were dirty had to clean then myself when i got to my pick up locationGENNARO C.
I used 26 ft truck. It's really old trucks and it makes kind of loud clicking noise in front when I try to make a turn. Your truck needs maintenance and new tires. I changed one truck at your location but it has the same issue. I didn't feel safe to use it for long distance moving.Gurjot C.

No one answers phones at this location. So I walked in. It was empty. They just put people on hold and soon as the phone rings and let him sit on hold forever until they hang up. It's infuriating. The 5x9 trailer rented is closer to a 4x9. Couldn't get my ATV on. Had to return it within an hour. Manager was a nice lady and refunded me.LUKASZ G.

Lighting was terrible especially where upper units were located. Trucks were always parked blocking entrance way to storage units. Sometimes there were sketchy people waiting outside of the door trying to get in without a code. In the past 10 years I have used the storage space at UHaul a few times.I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and I have also observed how well they take care of the vehicles.I do have one recommendation and that is some of the staff need to smile more while serving customers.The cleaning lady was always very helpful and pleasant. I paid for this storage unit for a client as I'm a realtor. They were not happy at all when they couldn't access the unit. I had also asked if by chance the unit for the 3rd month could be shortened to the end of the first week as the client moved everything out Aug 8.
