The U-Haul site was super slow so the time to pick up the rental was really slow. And the app didn't work either. The people at the store were great and they were apologetic but there wasn't anything they could do as the system was bogged down

Downtown and very easy to get to. Also there was a gas station near by to top off the truck's gas tank without problems. Note about truck availability: there were a large number of big trucks sitting in this lot. I did not count them, but the lot was full. This is a loss of income to you. Paying drivers to send the trucks West would actually make you money. You need to figure this out.

Check out person was very nice bug very slow. He was not trained at front of house stuff and was filling in because there were no front of house people there. Took me over 30 minutes to pick up the truck and there were only 2 customers in line

The vehicle was not clean. In fact, there were ashes in the ash tray, and given the Covid environment i would recommend more time spent on cleaning units out.

We stopped in this location probably a week before we actually rented and the staff was horrible and not very helpful. When we returned the truck to this location on Sunday there were different people working and they were excellent. Billy checked us out and not sure the name of the guy who checked truck in but he was awesome as well. Suggest the weekday people we encountered earlier might want to find a different job.

I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone about extending our rental. Once I did, I was told I could only extend for 2 hours but was charged for another full day of renting. Won't be renting with them again.

Customer service needs to be better trained to find custom information. Had such a difficult time with this process because no one easily saw that my co tract had been paid. My boxes weren't release because I "hadn't paid," which was very inaccurate. Very frustrating!!

I reserved online and did not add the extra insurance. When I got to the store they said I had requested the insurance and charged me for it ($14). Otherwise good experience.

No improvement needed! Friendly staff with great service. That is the reason I am a repeat customer. There is technical data entry on check-ins. Associates need to be familiar with the computer entry. That seems to be the most challenging for all of us. This location is not the nearest to me, but the selection of equipment is greater.

One of the best experiences I ever had with Uhaul. Moving from Boston to TN. The car I was pulling battery died and Tim went above and beyond his duty to help me fix the issue. I had blown the fuses and he stayed one hour extra to assist me even thought he did not had to do it. One of the best customer 👌 service I ever had in my life. Gabe and Michelle were also very awesome and helpful. Thank you sooooo much for the southern hospitality and help. I will forever be a customer to this uhaul location and tell every one of my amazing experience here. Michael

Chose this location as it was closest drop off to where I arrived. Followed signs for equipment return, and it looked to be busy location. Employee at return area was great, easy pull thru drop off of trailer, that only took a couple minutes. Employee was friendly and had equipment returned from hand held device or phone, and was quicker than fast food drive thru.

Not a thing! I've rented from this store many times and can honestly say that this is one of the best bunch of folks I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. David Dietrich, the store manager, has a heart of gold and genuinely cares for his customers! All of the employees are just as kind. This is why I continually give them my business.
