The worse customer service I’ve ever had. They gave us a truck that would barely run then had to bring it rite back then was gonna charge me again over 200 Bucks for a local trip for maybe 2 hours and the manager she called was the rudest person ever he didn’t give a care what happend he just kept saying book another reservation wow really and the lady at the desk was awful had to repeat myself literally 10 times each left without a U-Haul and very unhappy and the funds taken out of my bank account will never go back there beware of this place

That truck was getting old and very difficult to keep on the road. It needs to be retired. The steering was very loose. The plug for my phone didn’t work either.

The location on broad street in Chattanooga charged the wrong credit card for this move, causing me having to rearrange funds. We notified the local office and told them it needed to be fixed and the man basically told us there was nothing they could do. We moved cross country and this mistake totally screwed it up.

When I went in to rent the U-Haul the service was great. The clerk was attentive and friendly and it only took about 15 minutes to get the keys to the U-Haul truck and be on my way. I came back approximately 4 hours later to return it and I had to wait almost an HOUR for the clerk inside to give me my refund amount. She was waiting on another customer who had apparently damaged the truck they rented and when another worker FINALLY came in to help he helped the two men that had came in about ten minutes AFTER I DID Instead of me!!! The only thing I needed was to give them my name so they could see on the computer how much of my deposit to refund back to me, give me my money, and let me be on my way. I only needed 2 minutes of their time so I could leave but had to stand there (because they have no seating) and wait an hour instead. That's the last thing you want to do after having to do hours of heavy lifting and moving. How about training your personnel to ask "Who was next in line?" instead of just picking who they want to help first. I was hot, tired, starving, and late for my niece's birthday party, had two people with me that I was having to pay by the hour!, and had to wait an hour for something that should've only taken 5 minutes.
