I made a reservation for 8:30 am pick up for 4 days. I arrived to pick up my truck at 11:30 and George told me is was late for picking up the truck. I rented it for 4 days, 3 hours was not going to impact my ability to bring the truck back on time. I was told initially my truck was not on site because I was 3 hours late. After waiting for my truck to get back, it finally showed up. Then while checking out George told me that this was the truck I was getting all along and the people that rented it prior to me were late getting it back. It had nothing to do with my arriving at 11:30 to pick the truck up. He was a complete liar and had terrible customer service. I would never use this Uhaul location again.

Pricing for one way trailer was way too high. $250 for a one way two stat one day rental is ridiculous. I asked for three day rental to bring trailer back and was told none were available. How can a one way be okay but not a three day with trailer coming back. Would like am explanation please.

Thanks for helping us with the moving. However, the autotransport had rusty clutch that made pulling the traps around front tires very hard. They should be checked and lubricated. It took us over 30 min just to make the tires secured.

I think the trucks should be cleaned in between customers. The truck I used wasn't dirty in terms of trash but it was extremely dusty and the window was dirty too. Covid is still a very real issue and I think it would be best if Uhaul did a better job of keeping things clean for their customers.

Rental wasn't available after my original reservation. Went to another location where there was no staffin site. Then I still had to check out with the clerk although I did it online. The Rental was extremely dusty and dirty which means they're not wiped between customers.

Staff was extremely slow and lazy. 2 staff members inside the location but one was walking around just on his phone and just wanted to socialize. The other that was at the desk had his face in his phone the whole time. He had 3 smartphones in front of him and kept switching in between them and didn't seem to care or notice that there was a line of people. There were only 2 groups in front of me but I waited in line for 45 minutes before being helped.

My complaints are not only with the location. I made my reservation on-line for the Stoughton location. Then I received a phone call from central reservations saying that the equipment wasn't available in Stoughton, so I'd have to go to Brockton. I picked up the truck in Brockton and the woman who helped me was great. Unfortunately, the truck was dirty in the cab and bed, and smelled of cigarette smoke. Then I got a call from Stoughton asking me if I planned to keep my reservation with them. I explained what had happened and was disappointed that I couldn't have kept my reservation with them, as they're closer to my home. When I returned the truck, I waited in line because I needed to get the insurance charge adjusted. The woman who helped me at pick-up said the charge should have been $10 instead of $20, and that it would be corrected when I returned it. After waiting at least 20 minutes, the guy at the desk said that truck hadn't been checked in yet, so I should go back outside and ask the guy who's checking it in to print a receipt, then come back. When I did, a line had built up again and I just couldn't spend any more time dealing with it. I'm unhappy with the whole experience.

U-Hall Contract Number 240705554 Please I want to understand your billing, your records for the vehicle that is part of the invoice, show that the vehicle was driven for only twelve miles. Gas was put in the truck to the level it was when it was rented. If we assume that the truck was returned without replenishing the gas used, your bill for gas means that the vehicle consumed 8 gallons of gas in twelve miles. The vehicle is so bad that it covers only one and a half (1-1/2) miles per gallon. Secondly, the U-Hall phone record will show that the truck was returned on Sunday, the key put into the return box. I tried for more than fifteen minutes to have your system work properly for me to confirm the return of the key. I called the next morning when your office is supposed to be open, to report the incident, the central U-Hall services took the call and indicated that your system still has the vehicle as if it has not been returned. I believe you have a video camera record, which will show when the truck was returned and how long I was at the key dropoff box area trying to follow the key dropoff instructions to no avail. Please reverse the charge for a second day, and every penny of the fuel charge, plus tax. The discrepancy in your own records very glaring. U-Hull is above this type of behavior. Thank you,

There is not much to recommend. This was an all positive experience for me. Started with the person taking my reservation over the phone to the counter/rental agent. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I dropped off the pick up truck it was pleasant. I will recommend anyone to do rent from U-hall.

For one there was an excessive amount of mice droppings all over my stuff..My stuff was ruined because of it purses got chewed up,a mouse died on top of a dresser of mine leaving it stained.They should of told me about the infestation so I could have better protected my belongings..Apparently the ONE black box wasn’t enough....I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
