Should have a store member available at all times, When I returned to drop off my rental, there was a sign on the door saying â€œback in storage unit right now back in 15 minutes. I arrived at the location at 6:45am for my 7 am online pickup. As I attempted to utilize the online pickup option thru safari and they the app I was disconnected after numerous attempts with a system error message. I called the local number provided on the site and waited on hold for 27 min and was advised by a customer service rep that the issue was corrected and to try again. I made numerous attempts after that call and received the same error message. I then attempted to call and was placed on hold for 58 min. During that time a uhaul employee arrived at this location at approximately 8:20am. I approached the employee as he entreated the building and advised him that I have been at this location for the past 1 1/2 hours attempting to secure the truck thru the online option. His response was â€œhow is that my problem? It's not 9 o'clock â€œas he proceeded into the building. At 9 am I was able to secure a truck after 2hours and 15 min of horrible customer service. I have used uhaul in the past and have never had such a horrible and unprofessional experience. I am hoping that by bringing this to your attention you will be able to address the unprofessional customer service that I received. Thank You Jason LanningJason L.

Nothing to do with this location but I booked a truck online at another location and received a confirmation number. When I arrived I was told they were fully booked and had nothing for me. Ok first of all when she asked about many miles we would he said about 100 she says well if ur in town u won't need more than 50 but it gave us a hundred..she was snotty and rude I called for the address and she had to ask my husband if it ok to give me the address and when I answered a guestion she asked she turn to him and acted like I'm not talking to u ..we had it over night when he called to tell them we would be maybe 10 min late he was so rude and told him he had people waiting on it we weren't 5 min late. So he tells us we went 3 miles over the hundred we were giving she charged us almost 100 dollars I said for 3 miles she came out from behind that counter she said. I told u u were only getting 50 miles I'm 60 yrs old and I let her have it. I will never go there again and I will put all over my Facebook page to everyone I know never to go there so we got charged 55 dollars and 90 dollar when we brought it back for a van over night. Also my husband walked out behind him when he went to make sure it was and he turned around and told him go back to the office and stay there they are so ignorant I will never go there againJeffrey T.

We pick up weekly from uhaul for a non-profit to distribute day old bread and produce. We changed from one location to another to limit the miles we were driving. The manager at the store was unhelpful and rude. The app wouldn't work, which happens ALL the time. When I asked for her help she set the pick up time earlier. Then that wouldn't work, and then she started yelling at me. We needed the rental to do our business, but I won't be returning to that location.Sara C.

There was a very small sign on the door that said if your uhaul doesn't fit in a parking space to park on the street which you can't really see in the uhaul. Smaller uhauls were parked in the bigger parking spaces making it hard to maneuver around in a tiny parking lot with a 20ft. truck.George E.

Women working the desk didn't inform me about the walk around link being sent to my phone. She didn't offer to check the van with me when we went outside. And when i returned charged me for damage to the front bumper. I know I didn't hit anything and am being scammed out of $500.Jason P.

The manager, Dave, at this location is attempting to scam me out of $309 for damages I did not cause. He is a scammer and he has probably victimized many uhaul customers. The location is not the issue its the staff. The young lady is generally nice but you have to watch Dave. This is my 2nd issue with him the first resulting in uhaul having to give me a $40 credit. I reserved another truck and upon beginning process jean informed me a henessey bottle was left in a prior truck. Firstly, I don't drink henessey nor drink for that matter she stated upon cleaning Dave found it lodged in a well. Does anyone know the cost of henessey? EXACTLY and if i did drink trust me id never leave an almost full bottle. Well she said it was a warning; warning? I surely didn't like that verbiage i will be reaching out to corporate as well and then even if 1 has liquor and there arent any tickets, driving drunk and? Surely was not happy about this pickup and if it is an attempt for me not to utilize the location they're wasting their time ya have to rise a lil earlier than that to intimidate this MELANATED QUEEN...now im sure you understand.Keeysha A.
I reserved a uhaul truck, dolly and storage unit..none of which were available except the truck. Poor customer service..office was hot and muggy..there was a uhaul truck blocking the customer parking spots..the cashier said oh well hes painting...Brittany Y.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars but the online experience was not exactly the easiest, and the initial location I was renting from was closed(even though online said they were open and had limited quantities and that they would reach out if any issues were to come up...no call was received I had to call and wait for 30 min and drove to the wrong location to drive to the location that I ended up with.) pushing me out a bit. If the employ working at the time needs the truck later that day don't explain the self return process and explain I can do that if I go past the scheduled time, then rush me back because he realized the tricked was needed that day for someone else and once I got back tried to have me take it down the street to refuel to â€œsave me moneyâ€.
