Left tire had only 5 or 10 psi. Normal operating pressure is 50 psi cold. This very likely would have caused a blowout during our trip. I had to inflate tires to specified pressure.

Location was supposed to be open at 9 :00AM and I showed up early to pick up my rental. There was no employee there. Called uhaul to find out where they were at 9:30 AM and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. Employee did not show up to work till 10:30AM. I was late for my job because employee did not feel like coming in. Beyond upset with this.

The u-haul database need to be upgraded. Clerks have to update all the rental information even if the customer just rented a similar piece of equipment. Just keeps customers waiting and delays in checking out..

Location was scheduled to open at 9:00am. LOCATION NEVER OPENED UNTIL 10:55am. THIS CAUSE A HUGE DELAY FOR ME SINCE I HIRED MOVING HELPERS AND HAD TO PAY THEM TO SIT AND WAIT UNTIL I PICKED UP THE RENTAL TRUCK.

We were treated disrespectful by employee by the name of Susan Mccullah. She would not allow us to remove our property from the vehicle. I ask her about the extra charges she told me that she would not talk to me about it. I ask her again in a calm voice why army charging me a cleaning fee when you see the teucknis clean. She said I can do what I want and demand that we leave the building. I told her that we would not until we get our property so we called the police. This lady is very rude and should not be in customer service. I want thank Kalee for all her help to deescalate the problem.

After placing an online reservation for a van, I was stopped part way through the self pick-up inspection process by an associate and told the van had been promised to someone else that morning, and I would have to switch vehicles, despite my reservation. After being switched to a different van, I heard the locations employees (who were outside taking frequent vape breaks) calling me "weird" because they didn't understand why I was walking around the vehicle. (I was conducting a vehicle inspection before leaving the lot, something done with self pick-up, and something I would think a U-Haul employee would recognize.) After finishing inspection of the second van, I entered the drivers seat and started the van and immediately a tire pressure sensor indicator came on the panel, I shut the van off for 5 seconds and started it again, the same indicator came on, I exited the van and returned to the service counter to inform location staff, and ask to be switched (for the second time) to another vehicle. The same employee who both made me give up my first reservation, and called me "weird" for doing a vehicle inspection, told me quote "Oh, we're aware, the sensor is broken, it's fine, you can drive it like that." I told her I would not drive a vehicle with a broken sensor off the lot and to please switch me, I had to wait for another employee to do so as she did not know how. Total time wasted was 1:30 hours! I had to extend my reservation into the next day to accommodate the lost time and pay over $70 to do so! Terrible customer service! Poorly trained staff! Rude and insulting! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Best uhual experience I have ever had. I was supposed to lick up in Titusville but they messaged me to go to Rockledge and then cancelled my order. Susan got me up and going very quickly with a Jew contract. Drop off was ask a breeze!! The ladies were so great!

I was told to drop the rental at this location. It was 22 miles out of my way and I passed several other UHaul locations. Then they tried to charge me for over mileage. The lady waived the charge but I was not happy.

Although the customer service Personnel are very helpful and kind, clearly U-Hauls customer service line is not set up for the amount of service it is receiving. Ahold wait time of 30 minutes is completely unacceptable. In addition unfortunately the Staffing in this Center is also inadequate. There was 10 minutes today waiting for someone to check me in the end a queue of over five vehicles or equipment. This is also an acceptable level of service. The center was extremely busy and needs more personnel. Finally Personnel were very unhelpful clearly stressed and my experience with them was not acceptable but I'm not sure the fault lies with them. A U-Haul is often necessary. So asking our experience is a little disingenuine. Of course it's acceptable or going to be okay because we have to use it. But you guys have a lot to do to increase the level of service and customer experience at this Center. Your staff is overwhelmed and your telephone lines are clogged.

Your general manager needs to do his job! He should make sure that his employees don't leave 6 dirty house AC filters in the back of a van. Also the general manager has no regard for people's personal info. Was checking back in and the wind blew the door shut and locked my iPad in the van. According to him leaving an expensive piece of equipment with individual personal customer info on it is not important enough to do his job, and come unlock the van. What happens if the air filters came from a COVID home and the next customer gets sick! What happens when the equipment gets stolen and people's personal info get hacked! HE DOESN'T CARE!!!!!!!

When you accept a reservation, honor it! Train employees, when presented with a reservation number, a valid driver's license and a valid credit card, not to refuse the rental and say things like, “ I don't feel comfortable renting to you,” and threatening to call the police. Also stop the bait and switch. Finally, honor the $50 reservation guarantee. The staff clearly needs training in customer service.

Its Obvious that everyone working here knows one another thru family cousins what not. This was booked out of town. Im pretty sure we requested an air conditioned unit. A fan!? In Florida!? No. I would never recommend this to anyone I care about, let alone, passing strangers. Sure, a free month because they screwed up my intake! I cant wait to get my stuff out of there. Uhaul is Great! This place SucKs! Sorry...

I stood 35 minutes with a frustrated employee who didn't know what he was doing and no one helping him but rather interrupting him to ask questions for their customer. My daughter and dog were out in the 98 degree heat all this time. I am disabled and needed a storage unit on the ground floor. They didn't want to go look and see if there was one so the boss came in and when he finally got off his phone said " well you can take upstairs or go somewhere else" I will never use that uhaul again

The installer was not able to the job that I originally paid for. I paid for the towbar and wiring plus installation but he was unknowledgeable of how to do the wiring for the brake lights so I had to leave with an unfinished product that you advertise to to install by trained professionals. Not the case at this location at least. So now I have to find somebody else to finish the brake light wiring and pay what will most likely cost me more in the long run

After returning the trailer where I told them it was going Uhaul decided to rewrite a contract for 5 times the amount agreed to. I had to pay for their mistake. Uhaul does not seem to care about anything more than money. Highly disgusted with this whole experience. I will look elsewhere in the future for moving needs.

I rented a 10' U-HAUL to drive from Florida to Boston. The vehicle I received was practically brand new and very well maintained. My daughter and I (two ladies driving over 1300 miles) had a smooth, issue free trip.

The location was understaffed for a long weekend. It took us 45 minutes to get the trailer hooked up. When i tried to return it after hours the pull in lane was so backed up it was impossible even if the app allowed me to find my reservation to check it back in. Additionally the only other employee was wearing political garments that some potential customers would find offensive.

I am a landscape designer and I work outside in Central Florida it is super super hot right now I believe it is illegal to work in attics this time of year I noticed because my truck is broke down I've rented trucks a lot lately and you have people installing hitches in your garage and is extremely hot in there my mechanic just bought $800 worth of fans for his crew in his shop because it's so hot even with all the bay doors open I'm going to drop off a fan when I bring the truck back but maybe you guys could pitch in

The rep was rude upon check in for ko reason. Then My gas mileage was put in wrong upon return and I was charged like $75 because of it. I went to the store and I was told the complaint would be put on the managers desk and he would call me asap and that was 3 days ago. Also the same rep was rude again.

The person that checked me in was good but handed me off to an insane lady. Shaw's screening at me from when I was backing up the truck until I left. She did not envelope see that the chains for the vehicle were on the ground. It took all I had to keep my composure

The Car hauling trailer had a tire with low pressure. I had to add air to the same tire the entire trip from Florida to Oklahoma. The tire should have been fied before I left. They just added air to the tire.

Check in process went off without a hitch. My problem is when I returned the vehicle before closing and the same person was a totally different person. He became short tempered arrogant and seemed not to have time for the customer but to rudely pointed to a poster and bellow follow those instructions. He appeared to be more concerned about leaving on time verses taking care of customers. I was not the only one at the time of bringing my vehicle back to have witness this shameful behavior. I hope that someone else wrote a similar review. I will reconsider using U-Haul in the future.

In order to rent a climate controlled storage space large enough for my needs I had to put my stuff 30 miles from where I was moving to after traveling from the Gulf coast to the Atlantic coast even though there were several storage facilities much closer.

I am relocating to the Melbourne area from the Clearwater area and had hopped to find a storage area closer to where I was going to be living. Even though I called to reserve storage space more than a week ahead of my moving date the Rockledge/Cocoa facility was the only one with a climate controlled space of at least 10 x 10 available within 30 miles of the facility in Melbourne at the intersection of Babcock and Palm Bay road. Perhaps that Melbourne facility needs to expand their accommodations !!! Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you!

Everything was great until I rented a storage space. I purposely went into this location 3 days prior to moving in to see about a storage space. I asked for the $89 storage space and if they had it one the first floor, since I am renting this for my mom who is moving in with me and can not go up and down stairs, because she's going through cancer treatment. I was told yes and shown a unit on the first floor. I even made a reservation for this storage unit. On the day I arrived with my mom's things I was told that the unit I was shown is not going to be $89, but approximately $160. Unfortunately we had to rent a unit on the 2nd floor, which is not good, since there's no elevator at this location.
