Salem AchkarWe had an issue with a tire on the U-Haul. Would be great if you had a program where you could take a spare tire along with the rental and can change it. U-Haul’s roadside assistance was very good, but we had to sit and wait for 2 1/2 hours.

Toys For Tots | First ImpressionsLimpiar bien el equipo por dentro ya que tiende a ensuciarse las cosas que cargas como por ejemplo mi colchón, vi un cartel que tienen pegado que dice si entregas el equipo sucio debes pagar 15$, pero al cliente no le dan nada si sus cosas están sucias, otra cosa es que el tráiler que yo alquile no tenía o creo que no tienen soporte cuando lo desenganchas y el tráiler tiende a irse, casi le doy a mi auto cuando lo solté porque es algo pesado y se va rodando sino tiene algo que lo detenga

MAX CHACONthe wait at this location is always too long. If there are more than 1 person waiting, all staff should drop what they are doing and help waiting customers. The truck that I took out had several serious issues: 1) the transmission needs servicing. 2) there is no back up camera in the truck. It's 2024. there is no excuse! 3) there is a serious whistling sound when you drive 50 MPH or faster 4) the radio works some times but switches to AUX IMPUT quite often and I could not figure out how to switch back to radio. 5) I have rented from uhaul 4 times in the last 6 months. is it really necessary to have someone manually enter my driver's license info each time??? it has not changed at all. mind you that this is where errors are often made! 6) either none of the staff speaks english or they refuse to speak english. I asked someone where to go to pick up the truck and he had no idea what I was asking. Do better!!!

I took pictures to prove it but then they told me that i shouldof send them before leaving, but no one told me such thing until i came back

The right thing to do is to reimburse for unused days since my unit was available for another customer once I moved out. The lease contract is contradictory because it states that it refunds prepaid rent but, in the same sentence, it says it doesn’t refund for unused days.

Went back to front desk to inform and was told it should work and that the error is a system glitch but the card should work. If it doesn’t work then to come back. I tried again and return again to the desk but found that the office was closed. We could not access our storage due to this issue.

End of the history I move my load to other bussisnes near. As a company you should able help clients better. 1- suggest the unit using the size of the truck. 2- Search and book other location units

If not, you're taking a big chance on losing your stuff to them. They will sell your stuff at auction, and come after you for the rest. If you call them the morning of the auction to make payment, they'll say you're too late, we had the auction and your stuff was sold.
BENJAMIN STUKES | Overall ExperienceMy experience in this location was absolutely horrible. I came from a cross-country trip and was told my reservation was not available. That is the absolute worst scenario. Someone can experience being told to leave and not having anywhere to leave their storage. The phone application. Told my reservation was for the 17th but the store associates told me their system said it was for the 16th, they had no one to blame for this issue and had no sympathy for the customer and told him he being myself had to give them in the best scenario 2 to 5 days maybe to find me something obviously that was absurd. I had nowhere else to leave my things, so I did not leave until he spoke with the manager and canceled someone else’s reservation , which I assume that’s what they do they had to cancel someone else’s reservation to accommodate for me. I only hope that person doesn’t experience what I had to experience because if this is a common practice in this location that is absolutely horrible. Do you need the accommodation for me eventually was a bigger unit than what I had asked for and they’re making me pay the difference in the price which I believe is unfair because I had a reservation made on my phone for the 17th and it is absolutely not my fault that their system said the reservation was for the 16th, even after I showed her what my phone said for the 16th she did not care once again I truly believe this is the absolute worst experience. Someone can deal with when moving especially cross country.

Esa situación me causó inconvenientes a mi hora de ingresar. Es una sugerencia. En otro orden de ideas, vi que u-haul está dando de promoción el primer mes de storage gratis si tienes otro proceso de unidad en envío y yo estoy enviando un u-box a LA y a mi no me dieron esa promoción. De igual forma las instalaciones del storage están en muy buen estado, limpio y buen clima, con baños limpios. Eso está muy bien.

Next day had to wait hours after office openings so that the elevator got fixed. The lady that helped me didn't seem knowledgable nor was she professional. The staff who worked with the equipment were kind, quick workers, and showed care. The facilities for storage are exceptional. We were told by another customer that Bismark is a quality man and we could reach out to him if needed. We're grateful for that reassurance.

Operation is too slow and manager doesn't care how long you stand on that line. Do not go here if you do not expect to wait in line. I was going to purchase an bed cover and turn in my storage unit. After 20 mins of waiting with 2 people in front of me, I walked out because there was only one person at the cashier/ service desk, by herself while a manager just sits in his office. My time is to valuable to wait this long for a service. Not efficient at all. This place needs more staff or assistance.

I went there a few times in the last 3 months and there is one lady that cleans daily , she even cleans the dust on the gates inside the storage area. Bathrooms are clean as well. Customer Service in the front is horrible though. It leave such a bad feeling the way they talk to you, it's like a machine/robot talking to you. Zero engagement. If you fix the front of the house, the place will be golden. I rented there a few times a Uhaul truck but the ladies there provide negative experience. I went to three locations in one day all within 30mins of each other in south Florida and each and everyone of them had there owe rules and regulations with guidelines on “promotions” and how they handle costumers issues, or U hauls issue which intern became the customers issues. ironically tho U-haul as a whole had no issues when it came to charging my credit card. “ This comment is mainly for the Call Center” I have used U haul at least half a dozen times in my life. However, after this horrible, uneventful experience I will no longer use you guys again.
