NATALIA G. | First ImpressionsI moved out of my unit mid-month but they wouldn’t refund the prepaid rent for the unused days. Other storage units do; just not Uhaul apparently. The right thing to do is to reimburse for unused days since my unit was available for another customer once I moved out. The lease contract is contradictory because it states that it refunds prepaid rent but, in the same sentence, it says it doesn’t refund for unused days.

Machines would be down so the access codes to get into the storage unit did not work—the alarm would just have to go off. Towards the end of my lease the doors just stayed open throughout the whole day. I ended my lease early because it felt unsafe to leave my things

Ivette P. | Overall ExperienceIt took too long to register for a reservation made for a unit. In addition, the card provided for the unit said “access denied”. Went back to front desk to inform and was told it should work and that the error is a system glitch but the card should work. If it doesn’t work then to come back. I tried again and return again to the desk but found that the office was closed. We could not access our storage due to this issue.

Lazaro B. | Online Move InI rent a 26 feet truck and the storage suggested was a 10x10. Mean I need other storage. When i arrived to the location they wren’t able to Help me because the have not any unit left; I asked to get a u-haul unit near and they says, “we cannot do that. End of the history I move my load to other bussisnes near. As a company you should able help clients better. 1- suggest the unit using the size of the truck. 2- Search and book other location units
Agustin B. | First ImpressionsAny agreement you make with them, make sure you get it in writing, it doesn't matter whom you talk to. Som messages don't always get relayed. If not, you're taking a big chance on losing your stuff to them. They will sell your stuff at auction, and come after you for the rest. If you call them the morning of the auction to make payment, they'll say you're too late, we had the auction and your stuff was sold.
BENJAMIN S. | Overall ExperienceMy experience in this location was absolutely horrible. I came from a cross-country trip and was told my reservation was not available. That is the absolute worst scenario. Someone can experience being told to leave and not having anywhere to leave their storage. The phone application. Told my reservation was for the 17th but the store associates told me their system said it was for the 16th, they had no one to blame for this issue and had no sympathy for the customer and told him he being myself had to give them in the best scenario 2 to 5 days maybe to find me something obviously that was absurd. I had nowhere else to leave my things, so I did not leave until he spoke with the manager and canceled someone else’s reservation , which I assume that’s what they do they had to cancel someone else’s reservation to accommodate for me. I only hope that person doesn’t experience what I had to experience because if this is a common practice in this location that is absolutely horrible. Do you need the accommodation for me eventually was a bigger unit than what I had asked for and they’re making me pay the difference in the price which I believe is unfair because I had a reservation made on my phone for the 17th and it is absolutely not my fault that their system said the reservation was for the 16th, even after I showed her what my phone said for the 16th she did not care once again I truly believe this is the absolute worst experience. Someone can deal with when moving especially cross country.
