The windshield wipers are old and make the view worst when you use them. The truck had empty water bottles and a coke can under the seat. I returned the truck with the proper amount of fuel and for the fourth (and Last) time they overcharge me for the gas. That location sucks!

I was told by the clerk to accept and use the insurance they automatically put on the pad customers sign so I did. Fast forward, I was backing up and hit the rear number against my house fence and dent it. Came back to return te truck and advised he clerk that I had slightly hit the rear bumper, manager called me 40 mins later statungbthat I had to pay $150 for the dented bumper. Why do you enforce customers to sign an insurance fee of $11 when it really doesnt cover what you guys describe or make customers believe I will definitely dispute the charges of $150.00, let everyone in every company review website know about my experience and most of all take this to help me Howard at channel 7 news, I’ll expose Uhaul in every negative way I can. I feel that I have been scammed as well as every other customer that has been basically force to pay for an insurance that doesn’t back anything after a damage is been done.

It has been a very frustrating experience as I continue to be incorrectly charged as if I hadn’t returned the trailer on tilme. I got concerned this Friday when someone rom Uhaul called several times asking if I returned the trailer at all. This location is VERY disorganized, charged me multiple times for the same rental. Talked on the phone with mutiple People no one takes ownership of the issue. Lots of “should” but no evidence of problem being solved. Thankfully AMEX will dispute with no questions asked.

Place was nice. Staff was not very competent. Maybe they are overworked because they handle phone calls while attending present customers. They gave me a contract with the wrong trailer number and basically wasted hours of my time in the process. I'm changing to Penske.

Muy mal servicio. Es mi primera vez y pregunte que iba a devolver el camión el mismo día. Me indicaron que lo dejara detrás de una reja con las llaves adentro. Después de 4 días me llaman para decirme que me iban a cobrar 4 días de alquiler. La respuesta fue que no habían cerrado el contrato por que el camión estaba afuera parado y para ellos no lo había entregado. Luego querían cobrarme más millas de las recorridas. Tuve que ir personalmente para que no me cobrarán de más. MUY MAL SERVICIO.MUY DESATENTAS LAS PERSONAS QUE ATIENDEN. "NUNCA MAS VOLVERE A ALQUILAR"

Pick up was long since I waited outside for the truck for 10-15 minutes and went back inside to complain. The truck arrived when they called again. When I returned the truck I was told wait one minute. After 10 minutes I complained and someone helped me. In both cases I was the only visable customer picking up or dropping off. The customer (me) was not the focus.

The person in check out, imply me (shows me the McDonald’s garbage in the vehicle) the trash can and wan me to throw the trash. This is rental vehicle and people sometime they may not have the time to throw their trash to the trash can. And I spent $300 in 2 days with U-Haul and I get this attitude from the person who I return it to. This is not professional at all, and big disappointment for U-Haul.

I was charged an upfront amount online, went in-store reps had no clue where or why I was charged and I paid full price in-store. Then I return equipment/truck full of gas from around the corner and still charged for fuel. Then I try to return unused boxes and they didn't buyback. I will NEVER use Uhaul again I should've waited for Penske to have a truck available

I moved from CA to FL with a trailer with all my belongings. Upon arrival to this location at Medley, I noticed a careless attention from this location. literally they didn't want to receive the equipment and let me move-in because it was 4:30 pm and they were closing at 5pm. This wasn't a proper way to support a customer who takes 2,800 miles to arrived his destination.

It is a little hard to find the location of this store, after getting off the freeway 826 north bound. I would suggest the store to put more signs along the way to guide customers to find it. Overall, I like their customer services. The people there called me in advance to confirm my reservation. When I called them to ask whether I can delay returning the truck (I originally thought I need only 10 hours, but I actually needed 24 hours), their customer services checked the availability of the truck and allowed me to keep it for 24 hours. They are very friendly and responsive.
