This was my cleaning out my Ubox. It did NOT originally arrive on time and I experienced horrible customer service in the past with phone calls from the female staff members. Nancy & Victor were SUPER helpful in helping me keep my items from auction and working with me to clean out the unit. I had a lot of issues from a fire, to a ACH not being taken and then a job loss. My children and I were elated to retrieve some of the things we hadn't seen since the fire 2.5 years ago.Janice B.

When I picked up the van it still had garbage in the driving area and in the back loading area. Smelled like cigarettes. The lady at the front counter was really awesome. Only one individual working at this location at opening with many customers. When I returned the truck there was another individual at the counter, but he never bothered to acknowledge a customer, so I went to another individual at the counter. Location also did not have any moving dollys that we ordered in advance. We really needed these, so major negative mark on this issue. In the future I will try a different location.Peter D.

Due to Covid, nothing really. Maintaining SSD (SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCES) is all. In my experience with UHAUL I'm always able to reserve or walk in and a get the vehicle that best suits me. Poor Customer service especially at the time of early return (Jonathan & the Lady) were very rude & not even ready to listen. Used 10 miles & put 2 gallons of gas service representative marked the paper incorrectly but ready to even listen. I have been a regular customer of U-Haul but yet to see such a poor customer service would not recommend anyone this location.USMAN C.

I made the reservation to rent 3 different moving dollies with Mike. He was competent, professional and friendly when I initially called for information and when I called back to make my reservation. The running lights and the right side directional/brake light did not work. They had no one to fix the problem, I had to take the trailer home and fix the running lights myself, could not trouble shoot the directional/brake light.ROBERT S.
The u-haul truck I had was bad it need a wheel alignment. it kept pulling to the right. Me and son requested 8 hours for the trip our paper work say 6 hours . We ended up paying more for our trip. Bad situationDAVID B.

all systems were down when we came to pick up the truck. They were still down when we returned it and were told that you would charge the card I made the deposit with once the system was back up. Instead, we received a 'collection notice' from you as if it was OUR fault that YOU didn't charge the card as you said you would. My equipment wasn't ready at the time of pick up. And then my reservation was given to someone else which initially put multiple charges on my credit card. That said, the gentleman who helped me at the location was great. It was before open hours and he helped figure it out and get me on my way.JASON S.

The location was dirty and had a bad odor inside. The cargo van was filthy and they attempted to disguise the smell of cigarettes with air freshener. Customer service agent was not friendly, difficult to understand and made no eye contact. When I returned the van they didn't engage and seemed annoyed that I asked for a receipt. I've been going to this location since 2015 and have never had an issue. After this experience I won't be returning no matter how convenient it is to my home. Rating is ZERODIANA A.

There’s a serious mouse infestation!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! There was mouse droppings and pee all over my things! I had to throw away almost half of the things in my unit because they were completely ruined. And the price they were charging at this location was outrageous!!! I moved to a different uhaul location that’s way nicer and climate controlled for $80 less! The storage facility smells so incredibly bad. I'm not sure if it's the smell of mice excrement or the smell of the poison trying to kill the mice, but either way it made me want to throw up every single time I went in there. Plus, now our belongings smell that same terrible smell now that we've taken them out, despite multiple cleanings. Furthermore, we had NO food whatsover, yet mice still chewed threw our things.
