The truck was supposed to be available for pickup on 12 November at 9:00 AM. It was not it didn't become available until 13 Nov at 1:00 PM. It is not my concern that the previous renter didn't return on time. No my problem you agreed to a date and time but failed to deliver the product. If I called and said I wasn't picking up until the next day you would have charged me for the day I didn't show up. Additionally, the windshield wipers were horrible and so bad I stopped and had replaced them at my cost. Otherwise the truck was fine.Timothy R.
Location not so much the issue as the complete and utter lack of maintained trucks and the useless corporate people who will not accommodate and inclement weather issues. The charges of exorbitant proportions to leave a return at a different location. Another reason Penske is the best rentals.Stanley C.

The worker that checked me out seem to have struggled with the computer system and by the time I used the U-Haul and returned it I was shorted $30 to my initial agreement then had to go in and wait for him to count his till to return my moneybradley F.
Have newer tires on trailers and reduce your rates. I mentioned to your agent about the tires and also asked if I had a flat what to do. His response was to call the number on the paperwork and someone would come repair the flat. I asked how long it would take and he said it could take 5 or more hours. This is unacceptable. 2 years ago I rented a trailer in Great Falls and I believe it was half the cost.WIlliam R.

Made a reservation at a different location more than a month prior. Was called two days out and told they didn't have one. Said I would have to go to a different location that didn't open until 9:00 am when I needed the trailer at 7:00. After much "discussion" found me one at the above location which was very inconvenient. They weren't willing to transfer the trailer to my preferred location the evening prior. This happens to me a lot. Additionally, twice in the past I have reserved a storage unit at the destination only to get there and they didn't have one available!! If there were a viable alternative to U-Haul I would use it.Donald P.

The people making the appointments need to get their act together. Where we had to pickup got changed 3 or maybe 4 times I lost count. We ended up having to drive 100 mile to pick up our trailer and another 100 to take it back on top of this someone changed our pickup time and never told up. We had pickup for 1:30 then we got a call at 10am wanting to know where we were that we were suppose to pickup at 9am.We did pick up at 11:44am and on our way to take the trailer back find out we were suppose to have it turned back in at 10:15am Thankfully we were already on our way to take it back and was only 10 minutes late. The people we picked up from were very nice and easy to get along with but the people who make the appointments need a kick in the pants.James M.
I was almost fired from my job because the Uhaul I was promised, twice was late, not once but twice... In the future, I guess I will have to take "guaranteed" pickup dates with a grain of salt and not stake my career on a date provided by uhaul. If I had another option, I will very strongly consider any other option.Jaymes S.

No real need although the 12' short ramp made loading rather difficult due to the increased angle. Also, the gas motor struggles even with what appears to be a six-speed transmission. It lacked the ability to compression break down hill over long passes like snoqualmie pass forcing additional reliance on the brakes. Would recommend ordering future 26' vehicles with diesels.Spencer A.

I was given the wrong truck for my trip to Walla Walla, Wa. I didn't know that until I got to Walla Walla. I was then changed another $220.00 on my debit card. I was not responsible to know which truck to use. Please give me a credit back. I returned the truck back a day early.TERRY C.

Rented a 26' truck. Rental was scheduled to pick up at 930am. It wouldn't start because it was out of gas. One of the employees has to fill up a 5gal fuel container. So that took over 30min to resolve. It had enough fuel to make it to a local gas station. Had to fill the truck completely up so it cost more than the rental for fuel. I drove to my storage unit and loaded up. Had to make one more stop before leaving Great Falls. Then I noticed the coolant light came on and coolant was leaking out of the panel by the passenger door. I was offered an alternative truck but by then it was already loaded. Drove back to the uhaul in GF and they added some coolant. Drove to Helena then Missoula. Coolant dash light never went off. Made sure missoula location knew about issues. The truck overall was extremely noisy on the highway. Bad window or door seals caused a horrible whistling noise at highway speeds. Overall after this I will try and avoid renting a uhaul again. This truck seemed very old. Should have been used for local only use.RYAN B.

The staff at this facility is great and the hours and ease of access is also great. The only issue is the units don't have any interior lights so it is really hard to see your stuff, and it's not climate controlled. This makes the units kind of expensive for what you get. I've paid less than that for a unit the same size that was lit inside and climate controlled. So it's not a good value for what you pay.Catherine B. | Overall Experience
