Basem EThe drop off. To be honest it was very uncomfortable the last time change about the drop off. I have to travel 1 hour and a half to make the drop off from Canmore to Calgary it wasn’t the agreement I told everyone about my destination and you always said it wasn’t a problem that I could drop off at Canmore son I spent 3 hours doing the drop off, more time and gas and also the lady told me that she will make me a refund because of the inconvenience and nothing happens so I feel like it was a trick front the lady told made me drive 3 hours, this really was the worse part of it. So I’m still waiting my refund
Reinaldo UVery professional. When the original unit(car dolly) was unable to be rented due to lights not working, they immediately after seeing no other dollys were available, upgraded me to the car hauler.

Justin CI was told the vehicle gas was below half and at the middle of the way about 2 kms gas was done, extremely poor and disrespectful manner. How can a company reserve a vehicle that doesn’t have fuel ? Is there any reason you can convince me why the vehicle was running out of fuel? Upon sharing my feedback to the employee I found him very disrespectful and unprofessional with poor communication skills. What an experience.
Naizghi AThe counter experience wasn’t great. Clerk was good but only one person on the desk and about 7-8 people waiting in line. Took 30-40 minutes to get to the counter. Too long.
Michael BThe only confusing part was I returned the motorcycle trailer at 8:30 pm when the location was closed. I phoned the next morning to tell them I returned the motorcycle trailer the previous night. They said that they haven't done check-in yet. Two days later, I receive a phone call asking if I returned the trailer yet from the same person who I previously talked to informing him that I had returned the trailer. I was worried that I would be charged extra time but everything worked out.

PHANINDRA CTruck had undisclosed roof leak and caused water damage too many of my possession including a irreplaceable photo from my deceased grandmother. I am extremely disappointed and upset. Hinges on back door of truck are completely rusted making door operation difficult. This truck should not be in use. Unacceptable and not worth the money.

Thomas BKeep the trailers, couplers, connectors, clean, rust free, dust free. Had to struggle with rusted couplers, and the trailer was messy and rusted.
Mian AUnderstaffed and base level qualified for the setting. The one employee had his hands full with the two ladies (I'll use this term loosely-c@nts would be more appropriate) in front of me. They were being extremely rude and I could sense they were sensing his inexperience in heavy duty customer service situations and were letting him have it! It was hard to watch. Once we got through after 1:40 mins wait, the trailer hitch was not cooperating. Wouldn't go onto the ball. Eventually we got going but very frustrating pick up.

Patricia BPrepare the vehicle before the customer arrives. Driver's door was left open and pockets such as the one you use to close the door were full of water. The windshield inside was disgustingly filthy.

Amarjit SThe store opened a little late and there was only person to service a line up of 5 people. A second person arrived later. We were told to go find the 26' uhaul at the back of the lot and found it wedged in a corner. Overall, not happy with the pickup. If I didn't have a professional driver with me I'm not sure if could have maneuvered it out of the corner.
Karen KVery disappointed that uhaul changed my drop off location. This added an extra hour of driving that I hadnt agreed to. When I rented the dolly it was clear that I could drop in Airdrie. Uhaul shouldn't be allowed to change the location after the agreement has been signed.
Derek FI've rented from U-Haul around 8 times in the last year. Always a great experience and I'll be back again :) The pickup location - Superb. The staff are excellent and the lot is clean snd well stocked. The truck - The driver's door catches on the frame of the truck, which is irritating. The rear door is VERY hard to open and close. I struggled to open and close it every time, and I am not a slight man. Also - The truck had NO CRUISE CONTROL! It wasn't broken or malfunctioning, this truck just didn't have it! For moving in town, that's irritating at worst. For an 1100km move, IT IS RIDICULOUS. Otherwise, five stars. :)

Adam SWhen I showed up there was nobody around to serve me, I had to phone the location i was armt to get someone. The trailer was covered in oil and dirt and was very dirty to hook up and unhook and left you very dirty. Nice location and a very large inventory and I was not offered a different trailer when I expressed my concern. I would not use this location again.

Ahmad AGet better customer service people running your locations who don’t go out their way to lie and scam people out of money.
Crystal BHad to go find the unit on my own. Tank was only half full. Equipment was not working properly so i was sent to another location with the same result and was then sent to a third location where i was finally able to get what i ordered. All this put me three hours behind schedule. In the end i got a discount which was appreciated.

Ivan MThe information we were provided to add an additional driver later (the advice was to drop into a u-haul location where they could assist) turned out to be incorrect. We attempted to add another driver at the Drumheller u-haul agency (Attention 2 Detail) but were told to call or use the app. We used the app but that didn't work, and then had to call 1-800-go-uhaul. after a lot of time on the phone, it finally worked but it could have been a much better experience.

Basem EThe computers were very slow. It took 40minutes to get the trailer even though I had booked online. 25 minutes was just waiting for the computer to register the information every time the Uhaul rep made a click on the screen.
