If I recommend I'd say reserve at least 2 Days ahead or pay for an extra day if you are on a certain time frame. I arrived at 7 am, 1 person working, a line up for trucks and trailers and drop-offs. When I arrived the 26 foot truck I had reserved was not available. I ended up with a 20 foot truck and a 10 foot trailer and on a long haul it was difficult to maneuver with the trailer I had to wait two hours to get the substitute truck and trailer shop in wired for lights. Disappointed the truck we reserved several weeks in advance was given away; ended up with a truck that was low on gas, thus had to fill before we loaded the truck so we had enough to get to our destination. Also really liked the mobile pick up feature before and would have been helpful to know that we would have to go in to obtain the keys. We weren't able to drive away with the truck until 30 min after we arrived due to the number of other people there all lined up to pick up trucks at the same time (with no change to the return time.). These should be staggered more or have the trucks ready for pick up . The guys running to the truck to bring it over we're hustling so kudos to them but we still lost half an hour.FRANK U.

The cab of the truck had a pungent smell of cigarette smoke throughout & from the ventilation system. The exterior was very dirty. The associate did not tell me that we didn't need to come inside upon return. Great price & wonderful service. Thanks!!!Max J.
The interior fabric and other materials are contaminated with thirdhand cigarette smoke. The windows were wide open and the AC ventilation was on high flow through of outside air during the entire 4 hours yet when it was returned the stench of cigarette smoke was still strong. All U-Haul vehicles should be no smoking and renters who smoke in them should be charged a $500 decontamination cleaning fee.Carl O.

Edward was very rude and dismissing, would not listen to my concerns. The other attendant was also very rude. I have been a loyal Uhaul customer for at least 30 years. This by far was my very worst experience. I did not feel safe as one of the attendants had his friends there and they wanted to start â€œsomethingâ€. This store, and management of this location is terrible. Every time I visited the location the customer service area was not staffed, leading to excessive wait times. When I tried to contact a manager by phone due to correct a billing error, I was never able to talk to a manager and promised return calls from general manager never happened, multiple times. I even drove to the store to correct the billing issue. The manager was installing a hitch and I was asked to wait about 30 minutes or I could get a callback from the manager. I couldn't wait and guess what-no callback. After more issues with final pickup of the U-Box, I filed a formal complaint with U-Haul about the store and was told I would receive a call. A week later, I am still waiting for promised call--which is on par for this entire U-Haul experience. Moving is always stressful and a hassle. If you go to the Speedway Store in Tucson for your move, your stress and hassle will start when you walk in the door, to an unstaffed location.Michael P.

The service agent recommend rotating the trailer hitch on my vehicle and remount the ball hitch. The clearance made all the difference in the world for going over bumps and backing into driveways. I've used this vehicle to tow with for roughly dozen times. But he was the first to suggest moving the tow hitch. I will definitely use this U-Haul location again in the future.John A.
