Make the staff better trained. The driver took the Uhaul back and the woman argued with him that it had a full tank of gas and not the over half a tank he put back in it. Also she didn't know how to calculate the extra mileage and he had to ask for something proving he brought the vehicle back. She said she'd have to get her mgr to calculate it and then they would charge my card on file. Definitely not happy with the outcome.MARTHA A.

Judy was very rude to me and my wife she accused us of leaving trash upfront which we did not do. She said we have cameras and that there would be a Xtra charge for them to throw the trash away. My daughter had a large unit upstairs that was infested with roaches. We moved out because Judy practically called me a liar and I do not appreciate that and she did another couple the same way. My overall experience was really good. Initially there was a location delivery issue but it wasn't their fault. They were very helpful with fixing a problem that they did not create. The best part was the delivery location. Jack Jackson I'm castle Haynes was the BEST! He went above and beyond to help me. He made sure we had everything that we needed and thought of logistics so that we could get the box as fast as we could. Jack also made arrangements for the drop off of the box so it would take long. Ridiculous that one in direction delivery to house is $100 but opposite direction is $3000! Rent truck through customer service, asked which truck would pull 2 boxes and rented what she told me. Was told they would have double trailer ready, they did not. Was told they do not have any double trailer, then why would I rent a more expensive truck?!?! General manager extremely rude! And now, I just got an email that my rent is late with fees although I returned the boxes already! I will NEVER go though the money hunger uhaul again!Dustin N.

Well there is no sense of the online rental part as every time I have done this I have gotten there and had to wait 30 plus minutes anyway, the last visit was closer to a hour as supposedly the system was down. They charged us more than quoted online, the insurance was wrong, they billed our wrong card and finally we went to drop it off where we gave 3 other times this year as they even verbally confirmed the drop off with me and they didn't know I was coming I wasn't on the list and they were full, it was a total disaster.Walter N.

Every time I rent a trailer there, I get over charged. I'm out of town and will have to fix it when I get home next week. I rented a trailer for 24 hours but returned it the same day, during business hours, and I was charged for two days of rental. When I returned the trailer, the guy who guided me into park it, told me I was good. I asked him if I needed to go inside and check in. He said, "no, you're good". I asked him if he needed the contract. He said, " no, that's yours. You're good to go". I didn't even have the trailer for 12 hours, much less 24 hours, and I was charged for 48 hours. Pull your contact with the people at circle gas station 912 west market street Johnson City Tn. I did a online order contract with them and then I could not get in Touch with them have to go to the main one in Johnson city and then the guy that was helping me acted like the was sick and beg someone to finish it while he was out side drink coffee joking and laughing and when I got the truck home the same guy didn't put furniture blankets in the truckJohn H.

The truck ran extremely poor and then the ramp on the truck would not slide in after we loaded the truck. It ended up coming off the truck. I had to contact the uhaul roadside assistance and that was a joke as you couldn't contact them via phone (was on hold for 30 mins then hung up) I finally got them via internet and the lady wasn't making sense of what I needed. She sent the roadside assistance to me about an hour later after giving him the wrong address, and he was very kind. However it was a waste of his time as he said it was beyond repair and we wouldn't get charged for damage but to throw the ramp into the back of the truck and return it that way.AUBRI H.

Dealt with the manager Judy. She was like a breath of fresh air after very negative, costly,and unprofessional experience we had at facilities in Bristol on State St..We.made a reservation for a storage unit in a.m. of Sunday at Bristol facility . After a 40 mile trip we found that the storage facility was closed for the day. Why did your agent not know about closure? All others we spoke to on phone after arriving in Bristol were able to see it was closed on their computers. We were told to call Johnson City facility where we were properly taken care of by Judy. Their were several customers in Bristol in same situation as us and many who were locked out of their units. Considering trailer rental was $340 and we went 40 miles out of our way not to mention we had our helpers drive to Bristol then to JC at my expense plus fuel this became a very expensive unload. We had to call JC to inquire about storage units available as all your agents told us we would have to wait until Monday the 23rd as they could not help us. This all cost me $200 dollars in paid labor and fuel. Had to be done Sunday as everyone had to work Monday. This was $200 I didn't have to spend if there were competent people representing your company making reservations and troubleshooting when there were problems not caused by customer.JOSEPH S. | First Impressions

Everyone at the facility was very nice and accommodating. The problem for me is I have no ability to get in touch with anyone at the actual store by way of phone. All the phone numbers take you to an automated system that is very frustrating. I’m all for streamlining things that a customer should be able to get in touch with the local facility. I moved into the unit on a Saturday, which was a nightmare as there weren't enough carts and my party and I ended up having to wait almost an hour before another group was finished before we could even unload our truck that was rented. That was super frustrating as the carts were taken from someone else that had finished when we were trying to unload one cart upstairs and the party had gotten there after us. I was happy at first and when we were trying to finish our unpacking and move in we were locked out with no one willing to help. I had to leave my unit open unattended all night with unknown access by anyone who has 24 hour access . The 24 help number placed at the site is useless as no one answers it . And even customer service couldn't help they even said it says store at your own risk so that if we didn't camp out in front of the door we weren't getting in before 7 am even though thw posted accessible hours are 5 am thru 10 pm . Very poor customer service and even worse we might have lost our possessions and it was humorous to the people at customer service.
