the lady that waited on me was not kind. This was the third time in the past week I rented this trailer and will be renting again on this Friday. Had no problems the other two times. This time the clerk was not helpful and was hateful. I am renting the trailer to take luggage for the kids going to church camp and turning it just a few hours later. I have been doing this for four years now. I had already booked the trailer for four times. It shouldn't be that hard to do it the third time. Hope I don't have problems Friday morning ... have to get it early and do get the youth home.MARK R.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with UHAUL. I made a reservation on 7/11 to pick up a truck & auto transport trailer from UHAUL on 7/16 from the Morrison, TN to Jonesboro, AR. Total for truck, trailer & insurance came to $579.00. Well, unfortunately Morrison Hardware didn't have a truck available on the date of my reservation, so I was referred to Sparta St in McMinnville. Great, right? Not exactly. Yes, they had the truck, but he didn't have the auto transport I had booked. Luckily the Morrison location did have the auto transport, so I picked it up there. What no one told me is that by splitting my reservation, my bill would nearly be doubled. I ended up being charged $529.93 for the 15 foot truck we rented, and billed $428.45 for the trailer. When I called the Morrison location today, I told them it looked as it maybe I was billed as if I was using my personal vehicle to tow the trailer and not the UHAUL. They couldn't see where they had entered anything incorrectly & referred me to call (800) GOUHAUL. I spoke with a very sweet lady there by the name of Katrina. She was very helpful. Notated the issues. Expressed that she was sorry for my inconvenience. She also told me that the auto transport wasn't showing that it had been turned in at UHAUL in Jonesboro, AR, and I told her it was turned in with the truck on Saturday. She said unfortunately she couldn't help me, but that the TN Scheduling Dept would be able to. A lady by the name of Nikki took over from there. Nikki wasn't as helpful as Ms. Katrina. Honestly, it seemed like she wanted to antagonize me. She also didn't see there was any fault by UHAUL. Apparently it's all my fault that I was billed $369.38 more because I chose not to pick both items up at the same location. What choice did I have? On top of that, absolutely no one brought that to my attention. Any business can make a mistake, but you should provide good customer service & admit fault when there is fault & take the appropriate measures to fix what can be fixed. The end. Lesson learned. It would have been nice if we had a new truck that can handle a 13 hour drive. Plus, when we were given a return location and went to return on 13301 Orange Blossom that uhaul place turned us away because they were at full capacity. So we spent a day finding a place to return truck and trailer. One associate did help turn the truck/trailer around and we were really thankful for that. Also, we didn't know storage was first come, first served. We couldn't use our one month free discount. We spent so much money and all uhaul could give us was one month free and we couldn't even use it. Y'all need better perks and rewards.DARIUS H.

When I rented my truck I was informed that because I was doing a one way contract I would be qualified for a storage for one month for free, which really was going to help my situation. When I got to my destination I was informed that I couldn't get one because they were all rented. This really put me in a bind for it was the 4th. I had to go to my home and unload the truck into my garage. I feel lied to and am very disappointed. Thank you for hearing me out.RANDY C.

With my truck reservation I also reserved 5 dozen moving blankets. The blankets were not in the truck. I called customer service immediately but was on hold for almost 30 minutes. Early Sunday morning I got on the U-haul app and chatted with Caitlin and told her that I didn't get the blankets. She asked if I wanted to pick up the blankets or have them deducted from my bill. Since I was 50 from the pickup site I asked that they be deducted. When I turned in the truck last night I was still charged for the blankets. Can you please see to getting the $50 charge for blankets refunded to my card?Gregory S.

Overall the experience was very good...BUT, the call center was TERRIBLE: a 20-30 minute wait and I finally hung up and made the reservation online. Everyone at our location here was GREAT, equipment was fine, value was good. But, hire more people at the call center...it shouldn't take over 3 minutes to respond to your customers, she said she had 800 calls to answer.John D.

I gave this location a 5 week notice that I will need a truck. Less than 24 hrs before I'm suppose to pick up the truck I get a call that they do have a truck available for me. This is completely unprofessional. When I made my reservation in person at the pick up location I said that there is no rumor for error. I had to pick up the truck on June 5th at 7:30am. I was told this would not be a problem. I was not able to pick the truck up until noon on june 5th which put me 4 hrs behind schedule. In return I was 4 hrs late with everything on the schedule for the weekend including a job. Plus the truck had less gas and more miles than what the contract said. How do you send out a truck with only an 1/8 of a tank of gas in it?! Again very unprofessionalROBERT M.

The truck I rented was in bad shape felt like the transmission was going out it was not shifting proper so it was reving high causing it to burn way more gas $$. The box leaked really bad and was full of water. All my boxes and mattresses where soaked my things were only loaded in the truck for an hour. When I returned the truck and told the person that was at the counter checking me in about it. she really didn't care she said,"that sucks welp, I'm gonna go check you in". With no offering any resolve to my stuff getting drenched and potentially ruined.Damien K.
We rented a car dolly it was great we just had a tail light on it that was loose other then that in great shape.. The man that helped us named Lance was excellent much better with customers then the giy we had before him. I was disappointed because a week in advance I had reserved 2 furniture dollies and the morning I came to retrieve them and the uhaul truck the dollies were not available so I had to go across town to Harbor Freight and purchase 1 furniture dolly for about $20. They were suppose to give me a $20 credit but because I went 3 miles over I actually only got about an $8 credit. The gentleman who assisted us that morning was not friendly and was more concerned with visiting than assisting us. However, the young man who assisted us at drop off was respectful and quick to help.Scotty F.
