When we walked into the store we wanted to rent a truck, and was told that none where available. I went online and saw that there was a Availability and reserved it. Went back to the counter and was given a vehicle. I don't know if there is a disconnect with the store and online but I feel like it should be something that is fixed.Nicolas O.

U-Haul website needs to reflect the actual facility access hours. It closes at the same time as the office and cannot be entered after business hours. Extremely inconvenient if a customer needs access after coming over from work or while moving. Just not the friendliest people overall. Pain in the butt experience. U-haul altered our reservation and we had to drive 40 miles out of the way to get a truck when I had made the reservation weeks in advance. I got a last minute voicemail regarding the change. When I called back there was â€œnothingâ€ available closer to us despite having made my reservation for our current city weeks in advance. If it's not available at that location for that day, then I shouldn't have been able to reserve it in the first place. I won't be using U-Haul ever again.Jason R.

First uhaul that was rented had a hole in the gas tank which caused major issues in our relocation. Had to wait 2 hours for a technician to stop by and â€œrepairâ€ the hole which ended up not happening. Had to wait for a tow truck to get the uhaul. Not a good time.Jenny W.

The guy acted like I inconviened him by showing up. Your website does not work, your life chat was dead, and we had to reject 2 trailers because the lights did not work. On the 7th of May I was charged $135.50 for the same trailer I paid this time $49.....I rather buy a darn trailer then get screwed over from UhaulCarmen R.

I know Representives gets very very busyâ€¦.a lot of customers moving and requiring Ur Trucks. Please, take a breather for a moment and check Return equipment, even if Trucks coming from another store or another state. Don't send a truck out for one way trip that passages side mirror does not stay in place it was unsafe to pass another vehicle. The dollies looked like something from the 70's not the big dollie that I had order. Could not put part on credit card and pay cash for deposit so I had to pay all in cash.. Due to covid we have to wear masks. The staff was not wearing a mask. And they were eating... I brought it to their attention about the masks being necessary and they said " oh yea but" and continued eating.. Some 4 more customers came in without masks and they didnt tell them anything. I ecpressed how i had lost 2 family members of covid and 23 friends and maks were necessaty and they laughed it off...
