Ensure the employees give out accurate information. I was informed that I would be charged for the days that I rented a cargo trailer. That wasnt the case. I only had the trailer for 2 out of 5 days. When I turned it in and called the location I rented it from they said I will be charged for 5 days. That really had me upset especially after driving for 19 hours nonstop, downloading the trailer as soon as I get to my destination, to only be told that I have to pay for the 5 days. As a customer service like that makes want to seek other companies and I wouldn't recommend UHAUL to other people.

Uhaul’s are in such high demand in this area! We just wish we had the option to use the truck all day. But regardless, the app was easy to use pick up and drop off was far lass complicated than we thought it would be. We will definitely be using it again!

Margaret the store Manager was extremely professional!! You need more store managers like her!! She was just so polite and courteous!! And her employee OJ sharp young man very professional!! I think this is the most professional atmosphere I have been in for a u haul dealer!! Will recommend all my friends and employees to this location in Killeen in 2nd st to see The Manager Margaret!!! Im wondering why I was charged 72.00 when I did not exceed 30 miles & I returned the rental back with 1/2 tank of gas?? Please explain

Asked specifically for no drop off location to be dictated was given one that was closed and didnt do 24 hour drop off then given one far away from my location so I had to incur extra mileage charges which is garbage service. I shouldnt pay mileage because of poor service.

No issues at this location except a mix up with drop off scheduling. Was suppose to be a one way but they scheduled me to a location in the town I picked up. Luckily a nice young lady at 2711 E Hwy 190 in Copperas Cove rerouted me on the day of return to avoid the extra trip. So I was thankful. The pickup location that I was suppose to pick up my U-Haul started off as a total disaster but the worker Ms. Mica took care of me by taking me to the Veterans Memorial BLVD location to get a replacement truck. She took me in her own car because someone at another location rented my reserved truck after a customer returned it late. I got dropped off at her location assuming the truck I rented was available. Had it not been for Ms Mica at the 3501 Stan Schlueter location, things would not have gone so well. So that worked out. I waited until she took care of her customers (2) that had reservations also until she could take me to another store. One customer she even called to tell them she had to leave and asked to push her time back to help me. The customer agreed. She did have to close the location to assist me after 2 pick ups showed up while I was there. My reservation was at 9am. She got me over to the other store at 9:45 where the young man took care of me. This was the worst experience I ever had with U-Haul but the workers that helped me made it ok. Prior to all of this, a young lady by the name of Ashley told me none of this was her fault and that it was a customers fault that they didn’t return the truck on time which was very frustrating. She called to try and change my pick up location after I arrived at my reserved location. I asked to speak with a manager which Ms Nicole was very accommodating and apologetic. So a bad experience turned out to be a lesson I hope for some. Ms Nicole offered 20 extra miles and $50 guarantee refund since my reservation was not available when I arrived.

This location was the second drop-off location because the original location, Tru-Brue in Copperas Cove, Texas, had a note taped to the door informing U-Haul customers that they needed to go to another address because this location was closed. The information provided to me by U-Haul said that this drop-off location would be open until 6:00 p.m. It was 11:00 in the morning and I needed to drop off the car dolly before I could unload the truck at my final destination. The note sent me to an address that my GPS DEVICES, plural, could not find. I followed my Garmin's instructions and found myself about 6 miles in the middle of nowhere outside of the town that I was scheduled and under a mileage contract to be in, not to mention the fuel consumption that I was encountering, created high amounts of stress and anger. I called 1-800-GO-UHAUL and spoke to a customer service representative that provided me 50 more miles to the contract, but no relief from the extra fuel and other charges that I was now having to accrue due to their subsidiary's negligence. I found that U-Haul has no problem spending their customer's money freely. The customer service representative was very rude when I attempted to explain that the time taken to find a suitable drop-off location, the miles that I was to encounter without knowing if 50 miles would cover all of the miles that the new drop-off location would create to and from the U-Haul and apartment 3 times, the fuel charges, and the extra time I had to pay the laborers that I had hired to help me unload the truck because I was not able to rent a floor dolly made for the worst and most costly moving experience for me to date. I am very dissatisfied, to say the least, with U-Haul after this entire ordeal. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. (I am copying and pasting what happened at the start of this U-Haul experience to give to public fair warning.... The employees at the U-Haul store that I walked in and made my truck and tow dolly reservation "should notify customers that if peripheral equipment is needed, ie. floor dollies, etc., they must be reserved along with the truck to ensure availability. Not providing this information created a tremendous hardship for me. I was totally screwed not having a floor dolly. I ended up having to hire moving company laborers to help me load and unload the truck in both my departure city and destination city, creating a much higher financial expense on me. Very, very poor business practice.")

My son dropped off the truck , so I didn’t see or speak directly with them. I do know at first they said I paid with a credit card so any refund would go to my card. He had to tell them, No, I paid cash, so I should be getting my $100 cash refund. Not sure why with a cash rental you would need more cash to secure a rental. All in all Before at pickup and drop off the staff don’t seem to have enough knowledge.

In "97 it was dirty and run down. Reached out to corporate / regional office ( Nicole 512-865-4153) and never received an answer about concerns. Paying $106 for 8X8 is ridiculous.. Mgr not honest.

I clearly told the representative I needed a storage unit. She chose a storage locker. Yes, a locker. It was so strenous loading tuff boxes onto a ladder into a locker. We rented for 39 minutes! Sad!

I reserved a Storage unit weeks in advance. When I showed up to transfer my stuff in the unit, Uhaul had leased the unit to someone else while I was listed as the leaser. It was a bad experience.

Experience is very good even though I got behind on my bill and couldn't really get caught up the buyout option of the storage is a great fall back for if you don't want to lose anything precious.
