OK LThe uhaul at this location is outstanding the people behind the counter were very courteous and were very helpful. I always rent a truck from this location. Awesome people keep up the good work.

GERREN JThe store is clean and organized. The lady at counter was wonderful. The vehicle itself was terrible. We wrre given a vehicle that had check engine light and it shut itself off at a few stop lights. When we were moving our stuff the vehicle violently shook and AC ran hot. We return it immediately. No dependable.

philip fThe check engine light is on, the gas was below em half when I got the truck(as noted in the pick up paperwork and pictures, but when I went to return it they wanted to charge me an additional 25 dollars because the gas was where it had been originally and they wanted me to fill it up.

DAVID TThe lovely woman who helped me with my rental was so helpful and pleasant. I didn't get her name but she made sure that everything went as smooth as possible and even made a change so I could return the trailer closer to my home rather than back to their location, which was a tremendous help! She was fantastic!
SHILOH WThe transmission was slipping the entire time and the vehicle wouldn’t get above 55 by the end of the rental. The doors would randomly unlatch causing an extreme safety issue. When you’d go to close the doors you’d have to slam them shut just to get them to latch close. We had to pull over repeatedly adding significant miles to our trip which I was then charged more for. I will never rent a uhaul again. And I should not have had to pay for the death trap you all put me in.

DAVID VThe African American front desk agent acted like she doesn’t want to be there. She was on phone speaking to only God knows who and doesn’t attend to customer. You said internet was down but had zero customer service and experience to explain in a clear and concise manner to the customer or suggest another location. She had a lackadaisical attitude towards her job. I will never visit this location again!!!

DWIGHT MThe only problem I had was that this version of truck did not have a ramp to help load cargo.
STEVEN RThe clerk had an attutide, like she didn't want to be there. Sent me several miles out my way for the return. My assistant reserved a dolly transport trailer instead of a utility trailer. I wasn't allowed to exchange the trailer since I had picked it up. Call the 800 numberfor assistant on the exchange was told it was up to the mananger discretion. Needless to say I couldn't get a refund or make an exchange. Wasted my money, I will be using Penske next time.
KAREY SMale employee helped me after he was done helping other customer the female employee just sat on her phone never once offered to help even though she looked up and saw I was waiting. Also kind of silly that I dropped the truck and trailer off a day early and no refund for being early. Received a text from U-Haul that there was others families scheduling for the equipment. Next time will not be so kind to return “equipment” early.

Precious LHave more efficient workers. Took an hour and a half to pick up the reserved U-Haul. The employee the completed our pick up was amazing but other workers did not communicate with line or show sense of urgency.

VICTOR V | Overall ExperienceI called the location first to get information. Evidently the person I was speaking with was the store manager. I was asking about reserving a vehicle. She said they could do it, but didn’t know if it would be from that location. I would have to go wherever there was one available, I told her I didn’t want to drive an extra 20 minutes to pick up a U-Haul. She didn’t want to bother with me. She ended up just hanging up on me. I was not rude to this person in anyway I was just trying to get information I arrived at the location after a long wait was told yes you can reserve a vehicle and yes, we have plenty of that one and there should not be a problem. People weren’t overly friendly, but I would venture to say their attitude starts from the top. PAUL CThe truck was not there when I reserved it two weeks before. The truck that I got was much smaller than I reserved which made it harder to move things and they cut the time down from12 hours to 5 hours. We had to beg to get more time because the truck was smaller. All in all it was a terrible experience and I don't want to EVER use U-HAUL again.

I had asked multiple times to buy boxes and she kept staring at me and would just say “oh uhm let me go do something else” and left me there multiple times. She was extremely unprofessional. I had asked for a broom and dust pan because there was broken glass they gave me a broom and that was it. Was I supposed to pick it up with my hands ? I drove 1000 miles to get my things and a lot was broken. I will never use this place again

lori m | Overall ExperienceVery friendly staff members, they were incredibly helpful. The actual storage unit was sorely lacking and needs maintenance asap. Some of my problems at this location was the door and lock latch didn’t line up. So I had to push-up on the door in a weird way. It was incredibly difficult. The actual storage building was well mopped/ swept, however, there needs to be an exterminator called to this location. The amount of roaches I saw in my unit after only storing a few furniture items left me feeling physically ill.
