The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. During pick up I checked in on line to save time. It still took over an hour and I was the only one there! During drop off I pulled into the bay and was told to wait in my car and someone would be out shortly. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. At the time I was the only one there but at least 6 people that came after me were helped first. When I finally got upset and asked what was going on the employee yelled at me and said sometimes life isn't fair. Let's just say luckily for him I had my kids in the car. Also I returned the trailer early because it was junk. I had to refill the tires multiple times and the chains holding the ramp were broke so I had to hold it closed with a strap. I attempted to call but was out on hold for 50 minutes and then they hung up on me. I would live my money back but that won't happen. I'm not waiting at that store again!Neil C.

The online reservation system was easy to navigate and the reservation process did not take long. David was very helpful in getting me on the road with my rental.Jay A.
I was assigned a truck and told to bring it back with a full tank of gas. I went to find it in the lot and it was already gone. I was then assigned a different truck and headed out. I used the truck for a few hours and traveled about 20 miles. When headed back to return it, I saw that the gas tank was only half full. This was my first time renting a truck and I'm not familiar with the procedures, so I followed the instruction to bring it back full. Filling the tank required 15 gallons for $46. When I got back to location, I explained that I couldn't have possibly used that much gas, but had been told to return it full. The employee agreed but said he could not refund for gas. He said I only needed to fill what I had used. I was instructed to call the manager Nick. I have left him several messages and he never calls me back. There is always a extreme wait time on the customer service line and I haven't gotten through to speak to anyone. Be sure to check how much gas is in the truck before you leave! I'm sure most people do that but I was nervous about driving the truck and didn't think to check. I ended up paying about $40 too much and can't get anyone to refund my money.Kim A.

There was one customer at the desk the entire time meantime there was a line of now at least 10 people. Very, very poor customer service. Fast and professional service. The gentleman behind the counter was great to deal with. The only recommendation I have is if someone does the online checking out the truck and rents an appliance dolly that the dolly would be in the truck. They remedy it right away but on a busy day it would keep some customers from waiting. Overall great experience.Joseph F.

My truck code and picture took me to a totally different truck that had no keys. We had to go to the office and wait to get the right truck and keys. The original location and was in the north west corner and the actual location of our truck was directly opposite the office. Not even the same pictures of trees! Trailer brakes totally empty of brake fluid, extremely unsafe as I was hauling a very heavy load and could have killed someone when brakes did not function as expected. Zero customer service when returning trailer and nearly threw out my back trying to lift a 6x12 off my truck as young lady behind counter informed me she was the only one there and could not help me out. Hi I was not happy with the Return. uhaul did not tell me I was being charged drop off fee of $20.00 I dropped it off at about 5am I work 3rd shift . You need to train your employees to tell customers about these junk fees .todd T.

The process was easy, folks at the location friendly and helpful. However I HATED not being able to call the local U-Haul location directly. Every time I called U Haul, they said waiting time was 5-10 minutes and it ended up being over 20 minutes each time when I had a simple question. Next time I do business with U Haul, I WILL NOT go on line or call, I want my experience to be face to face. Corporate U Haul is wasting everyone's time with the cheesy website which I had difficulties with or on the phone. My whole experience with this uhaul facility at Les Paul parkway in Waukesha was wonderful- from the very beginning to the very end. The staff were incredibly helpful , especially Nickolas Lederer who always kept patient and calm in the face of frustrated clients, including me. Nancy who is part of the cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful and kept the facility well maintained and clean. I would use them again without hesitation and would most definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family. Can’t do much if the person working doesn’t know how to get you into the building under your 24hr access card. For that happening now I couldn’t unload my truck, couldn’t pack in more loads to unload within my time period. Had to put all moves on hold and was told come back tomorrow because someone else will be available to help me because he doesn’t now how to let me in!! So now I have to pay over another $100 to rent a truck when I could have gotten this all done within my time? Absolutely NOT!! The storage facility was always over 80 degrees sometimes between 95-96 degrees even though it would only be in the 70s outside. The bathrooms were always out of paper and towels and the garbage was overflowing. When we asked about it they blamed it on not having any housekeeping staff. there is people living in their units and when you tell the staff they shrug it off. it says on the wall contact your manager if its over 80 which i notified them several times nothing being done and its 68 degrees in the office,. Im going to warn everyone what a horrible place this is, the floors are never swept, there was a sock in the hallway for 2 months its still there which proves the floors are never cleaned !!!! The truck we received wasnt cleaned when we got it also they charged us 46 miles were they didnt read the mileage before and I only went 5 miles . They kept saying that this truck shouldn't have gone out but they are the ones that gave it to me . Great experience for this first-time Uhaul user. We rented a 20’ truck and car transport in Arizona, drove for four days to Wisconsin. Very pleased with the beautiful and modern facility, the convenient location, and the smooth transition to locate our furniture at this Uhaul Storage. Tim and his crew at Uhaul were extremely helpful in getting us settled into our storage unit. Tim talked us through all our concerns. We are confident we are being taken care of at a secure, clean, accommodating facility. We also were able to use their recommendations for movers to unload the truck, which only took an hour. The truck garages were fantastic for unloading with the outside temperature being in the teens. Also very happy about accessing our indoor heated unit at my leisure using the heated garages.
