Trailer does haul rather rough, likely due to design. However, thankfully, It did get the job completed as required. Customer service at this location is lacking in some areas, specifically n respect to the counter service. The times I have used this location, service is very slow. However, when dealing with agents one-on-one when acquiring the equipment (such as having a trailer attached when picking up or detached upon return), the experience is ideal. The agents involved in providing the equipment are professional, courteous and polite. Good customer service. The pickup process was great. Very friendly and thorough. My problem was with the Road Side Assistance process. I locked my key for the truth inside the vehicle, along with my cell phone and contract. It took over 1.5 hours to finally get ahold of someone at Road Side to arranged for lock-out service. It may be a good idea to either have duplicate keys kept on-site or perhaps have a service such as on-start that could remotely unlock the doors.DARREL E.

Not please with the service.. I have been doubled bill due to a late drop off.. 3 hours late to be exact. I understand I had signed a contract but I had asked the manager if they can help me with this but they did not. I told them I will post this on social media and I was told because I will be doing that I an no longer to rent from there.. very rude and bad customer service. My â€œonline reservation â€œ was incorrectly submitted to my location of choice. I was then sent to another location. Stood in line for 20min, just to get in a truck full of animal hair. I was already behind schedule, so took it anyways. When i brought the truck back, i chose to finish the transaction in person. My deposit was more than my total rental. I reserved a 5x9 utility trailer with a ramp. I thought it would be better for my touring motorcycle than your 4x9 mc trailer. I did that because the photo on the web site showed the 5x9 had an extension for a mc wheel. When I went to pick it up I was given a 5x9 with a ramp but it did not have the extra space at the front for the mc wheel. The lady at the counter said â€œoh, not all of them come with thatâ€ I understand but your website needs to be more informative because the extra space was the ONLY reason I reserved the 5x9. I ended up paying double what my original contract stated. I used the check in but apparently it did not go through. I was not informed that it didn't except it and was charged an additional $20. I put gas in and it brought it to my starting point but they said it wasnt enough and charged me another $25. I was charged another $7 for a dolly rental but there wasn't a dolly in the van. Not impressed about the additional FEES and the so called after hours drop off. I can't prove that I did my check in. I called to inquire and was told there was nothing they could do. Staff are overworked which seems to make them impatient and gruff. The lot is confusing as to where to park when you're leaving your vehicle on site. Crew outside seemed helpful. Overall, I felt like I was an inconvenience- which is too bad. I'm sure the staff want to have good days- they just seem to be very busy and under the gun to get people processed and out of the way. Maybe having more than 3 people on during the last weekend of the month might help them and also make the customer's experience better.SUSAN L.

No one answers the phone when calling. If you do get someone, you get out on hold for 20-30 mins. Someone should be available during business hours and especially when you are busy. There wasn't enough parking so I had to park at Metro and walk back and forth to pick up/off my vehicle. I won't be returning to this location. Also I received a phone call stating we left a cell phone and coat in the rental vehicle. When I came back to see if they were mine, they said the people had already come by to pick them up. No call to say don't come, they have found it. Also the total price for my rental for 4hrs was over$150. I'll go to enterprise next time. ThanksIan M.

Staff were helpful and is the reason this experience was good. It was obvious that the size of trailer we reserved was not in fact reserved. Staff quickly found a solution however. We had a young lady trying to hook our trailer up and it wasn't working. She went above and beyond to help us. You have a decal on the inside of the trailer saying an extra $15 charge if it's not cleaned out so I should have got a discount on my rental but I had to take the time and cleaning out myself it was full of dirt and gravel nails and this is a motorcycle trailer unacceptable both tires we're badly worn and cracked and and one of the tires were overinflated by 10 psi the max is 65 and it was at 80 psiKEVINC P.

Found out after renting the unit on 2nd floor and arriving in London with my things there's no elevator on the premises and had to pay extra for a unit on the ground as stairs would have been a problem. Terrible customer service! We cancelled storage before actually renting a “container”. U haul still charged us a full month rent. We never occupied it at any time! (check your cameras) We received threatening emails we owed money, from this Fatima women, who also called our daughter, breached our Confidential personal information, defaming us & insisting it was “fishy” (in her jargon)! Good thing....this phone conversation was Recorded. This woman, Fatima was very unprofessional & rude! This woman needs to be REPRIMANDED or you will lose customers. We will be pursuing this further with our Attorney & have contacted The Canadian Consumer Protection Act! My experience from the day I arrived until I moved out was horrible. When I arrived they didn't have the size storage I reserved so they gave me a bigger one at the same price. Then a month later they called and said I had to move my things to a different unit or I would have to pay more. I live out of town so I couldn't do that and it was COVID The manager insisted that it be moved so we did. Then they tried to charge me more that the price I was quoted every month.
