When I arrived at 7:20am to pick up my truck the truck was parked in by other trucks. I had to wait about an hour before someone showed up and moved trucks. The condition of the truck was nasty. Dirty cab, spilled coffee everywhere. Front wheels wobbled back and forth. Wipers need to be replaced.

Truck was beat but with the snow storm, it was good to not be charged for the extra days. But there wasn't communication of that until i called multiple times. The scheduler was rude about the snowstorm and told me “too bad” when asked about returning late. Two customer service reps were very very helpful but I only remember Jasmine.

I have asked them to remove my damage coverage before I pick up but the representative said he already dispatched without my approval and he cannot do it there and asked me when you return they will refund you, and when I'm returning they are saying, the one who charged needs to return you not us. I'm stuck in the middle and the store is not picking the phone either.

Arrived to pick up my trailer and it was still behind a pile of snow. It took almost an hour for them to get the trailer out, and the parking lot was covered in snow and ice. They could use some better plowing, and preparation for the days rentals.

The truck brakes were bad. I had to brake with 2 feet. Plus the steering wheel was to loose, hard to keep truck under control. I'm a 60 yr old woman. I have rented many times from uhaul. This was a horrible trip to New Jersey and back to Pa!

I electronically preordered a truck and 2 dozen moving blanks a week in advance. Next in 24 hour prior to pick up. Hired people to help with the household move. On time to pick up the truck No blankets! The truck smelled like rotten fish! I understand the dynamics of your business but when you know you can't fulfill an order. Communities that to the customer so we can adjust.

The digital check-in was easy to use and convenient. One thing that can be improved is advanced notice about reservation issues. I received a notification less than 24 hours before my reservation telling me my van was not available at my preferred location and time. Fortunately I was flexible, however I made the reservation four days before. I would have expected to hear about a reservation issue earlier. Thank you.

Angelo and his crew were great. Had a problem with my turn signals not working on trailer. Got me a new 4 way adapter and ground working and I was on my way. Angelo is the best!

Have gas in the truck. It was only a quarter tank of gas when I picked up the truck.

No pads were available which I find hard to believe since it was early in the morning and the lot was full of trucks. I was told to fill the gas tank when I brought thee truck bac. as it was supposed to be full when I left. It took 11 gallons which means I got 5.5 miles per gallon. There is no way the tank was full when I left. I was ripped off.

The guy there... last name Fredrickson Henry Fredrickson was miserable had an attitude and I did not trust him I truly believe he overcharge me.. My boyfriend and I are not at the same nationality and I could see that bothered him...He is a racist.

We reserved a 10x10 unit and unfortunately when we arrived with all of our things we were storing, we were told there was no 10x10 units available. We were not notified of this prior to arriving with our Uhaul truck full of items we planned to store in a 10x10, and we had to make multiple trips to take things back that could not fit in the 5x10 unit we were given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - so no issues at all with the service.

The agent at the desk was efficient, polite, and fast. I was very impressed with how well the store was run. He explained everything in detail. I will definitely rent again at this location.

You changed my reservation location on the day of my move. I talked to a woman on the phone who did nothing and read me the fine print - didn't even offer to help me find a different equipment or even a “sorry for the inconvenience” or a little discount for ruining my day. Buyer beware, uhaul will change your reservation and act like it's normal. I'd recommend a friend with a pickup or a local moving company instead.

I reserved a 5' x 8' trailer. After being bounced around to 3 different Uhaul locations I ended up with a 4' x 8' trailer six hours after my original reservation time. This caused my departure to be 5 hours late, and because of the smaller trailer we were unable to take a lot of our stuff on our 3 month extended stay. At all 3 Uhaul places everyone seemed indifferent in terms of helping. Overall a very poor experience.

The original rental request was for the location in Horsham, PA. Their service was horrible! They lied to us and canceled our reservation on the day we scheduled and then tried to send us to NORRISTOWN, PA for a trailer that was not there! If not for your customer service representative, we would have been out of luck. I would NEVER recommend the HORSHAM, PA location to anyone! The Malvern location and employee were helpful and that was a good experience.

The driver door of the truck did not close well unless you slammed it. Also, there was an empty pack Of cigarettes Marlboro on the floor of the cabin. The back was not that clean either. The representative was very nice though. That was the best part of the transaction. Very polite and attentive. However, there was no INE when I first came in. I had to wait a few minutes for the rep to come in from the lot when picking it up. Drop off was easy and quick.

Storage unit was fine, but the commuication between the website and office does not exist. I spoke to two office staff two months in a row to put me on auto-billing --- I was charged later fees each time because they didn't do it. Then when I checked out, I used the website because clearly the office staff didn't follow-though. Guess what, my check out was not processed. I stopped into the office just to confirm, and he had to do it manually. Why waste my time.
