In a time where identity fraud is a very real threat to everyone, I found it very unsettling that the associate used his personal phone to take pictures of my drivers license. I cannot for the life of me think of how that is appropriate or that uhaul would be OK with this. Also, there was a short in the trailer wiring, which drained the battery in my car overnight, forcing me to pay for someone to come in jump my battery. Not a good show for this location, I expected better.

We had problems with the ramp. It wasn’t working properly. We also selected a lock but when we tried to use it, we found out it wouldn’t work with that size truck. We felt that should’ve been pointed out at the time of purchase.

Highly recommend this location. If I were to name a Uhaul location as the Flagship of the franchise this would be it. No shortage of trucks or supplies. Very helpful young men on staff and 800 number support team is very helpful in coordinating drop offs and answering any questions. Great experience from start to finish.

Arrived on Sunday morning. Big line of trucks in the lot. I had a trailer and no idea where to put it. Went in office and was told to take it all the way to the back of the lot and drop it with the others. Asked if they needed to check it it and they said they would do it later. Happened to look at the UHaul app on Tuesday and the rental was still open and marked late. Had to call to get it sorted out because they never checked it in.

After U-Haul failed to provide the equipment we reserved—they gave us a 26' truck instead of a 10' truck—we were no longer able to conduct our move as we'd planned. For starters, we picked up the vehicle in a town twenty miles from our move's starting point, and only then did we discover that U-Haul had that very morning switched us (for the second time) from a 10' truck to a 26' truck. We then had to maneuver this 26' truck into a tiny apartment building parking lot, spend an inordinate amount fuel on a vehicle well in excess of what we needed, and then park the thing on a small dead-end residential street, which we blocked during the entire unload process. As the coup de grace, because the truck was SO BIG (which we DID NOT REQUEST), we had to return this 26' truck the same night—I'm talking 9:30 p.m.—to this wretched unattended U-Haul facility sixteen miles away, even though there is a facility only five miles away, most likely because the vehicle was TOO BIG for the smaller and closer locations. U-Haul does not honor its promises and puts customers in the most inconvenient positions for its own bottom line. Would not recommend. Ever. Not this location, not any location.

The uhaul was almost on empty, gas light came on on the way to my house. I've never rented a moving vehicle that wasn't completely full. Quite inconvenient and annoying. Additionally the vehicle was not moved to the awning to prepare for customer pickup. It was parked a distance away and not backed in to make an easy exit.

The facility itself was clean and convenient, and the rental process was straightforward. However, my experience with the representative who assisted me was disappointing. He came across as irritated and disengaged, as though my questions were an inconvenience. During the interaction, he continued drinking a Red Bull while helping me, which felt unprofessional and made me feel less like a valued customer and more like I was interrupting his day. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but basic attentiveness and professionalism go a long way in shaping the customer experience. The location was fine overall, so was the truck/trailer, but the interaction with the employee left a negative impression.

There are two signs where they want you to park and it says stay in your car. No one came out and after 5-10 minutes I walked in and they said I could come in to close the sale. If that’s the case don’t have a sign that says stay in your vehicle.

I chose to rent with Uhaul because of an exceptional employee Austin Clay. I was looking for a pick up truck to rent but there were none available. Austin called me to let me know that one became available after it was dropped off early. Awesome service!

Morgan runs her post like a captain who knows the tides. The drop‑off was clean. No friction. No wasted motion. U‑Haul let me keep the truck past the clock, and she lined up two storage units before the dust even settled. The labor crew she pointed me to worked hard and it was hot. No slack in the rope. No excuses. Just the kind of help a man needs when he’s moving his life from one shore to the next. Morgan keeps order. She keeps pace. She keeps her word. This round was a ten. And the story isn’t finished — I’ll be back when it’s time to haul everything to the permanent home. Good operators are rare. Morgan is one of them.

The a/c did not work part of my drive time. I found you had to ensure the a/c was turned off before you turned the engine off. Only then would it blow cool air when it was turned back on. Also, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. My experience at pickup was that they tried yo give me a truck with only 1/8th of a tank of fuel. I had to ask for another truck with at least 1/2 a tank of fuel. You would think the trucks would be refueled to at least 1/2 a tank before they are issued.

I have no suggestions. I was treated professionally, promptly and my questions where answered, then I was asked if I had any other concerns or questions. I forgot my personal water bottle on the counter and emailed them to please hold it for me. The response time was the same business day. And yes they had my water bottle waiting for me. Best U-Haul location EVER.

The trailer vibrated and shook between 55 and 63 mph. Likely the wheels need to be balanced. It would shake the truck so badly that it was hard to speak at its worst.

The truck i was given was very used... I am aware that the trucks can have high mileage, but this one had some issues. It was very hard to get into park, if it wasn't on flat ground, it wouldn't shift up to park and would be in neutral and coast down the hill. I was also give a truck that said it was full on gas. i drove 26 or so files and had to put in 7 gallons of gas, so either it was full, or that truck gets 3 miles per gallon and needs to be looked at.

The trailer that was rented had a misaligned tire that eventually blew two hours from home. Roadside Assistance tried to get me help but we needed up waiting seven hours till a tow truck arrived, and that was only because a highway patrol was able to get the truck there sooner by calling them directly. Trying to coordinate from Arizona wasn't a good experience. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

1- the appointment started late because no one was around to turn in keys 2- when I picked up the car, the wire was just left hanging out instead of properly hiding cable and using the car's predetermined ports to fish cable thru and leave hitch connection next to newly installed hitch. 3- the technician said that there were no ports to fish the line thru so that the cable didnt need to hang out but when we made him remove the spare tire you can clearly see that there were ports to use for that very reason. 4- when we went to pick up the car, there was no one around and waited about an hour before someone approached to help checkout.

This is the best Uhaul facility I have ever been to. From the knowledgeable, friendly staff to the clean facility-everything is top notch at this location!

Only issue was with this U-Haul receiving its mail in a timely manner. I set up my payments through my bank to release the 1st week of the month for a payment due date of 29 of each month. Many times, I received late notices. Staff always corrected the late fee as check was fate pre due date. Staff super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I am extremely unhappy that a living roach came in my refrigerator. I had no roaches since I moved to texas 5 years ago. Apparently someone brought them to your storage site and it's distressing that this is affecting me. I recommend you do a through desifesstation so as to not affect customers such as me who hates these invasive parasites...

Moved items out do to roaches from other units that are infested and moving into my unit. All my items were $60,00.00 in brand new merchandise and could not let it all be ruined from roach infestation caused by other rental units.

Facilities are brand new and the unit has security system as well as available carts which are easily found. Premises are very clean. I was helped when dropping off my auto carrier even thought it was after hours by an employee who was leaving. He took the time to make sure if I needed help before driving off.

No fault of the local office, but 800# told me I had. 10’ truck and a 1st floor storage space. Got to the store and had a 15’ truck and a 2nd floor space. My choices were not available upon check-in at the store. Otherwise, staff and experience was friendly and efficient.

This facility is not ready for customers. It shows when you look at the phone number on the website. After cancelling storage because it wasn't the keypads didn't have power yet to get in they still changed me. Also insisted that I do my move in over the phone a week ahead of time.
