They took 45 minuets to get me my pre ordered truck. Once I had the keys they had trucks blocking the exit. Once top of all that my truck was so close to a light pole I couldn’t even get into the truck without hitting the door. On top of that they spammed me everyday to return the truck and I don’t know what the breakdown is for an extra $70 a day I was charged when the contract says the rental per day is $39

The drop off was very simple. I pulled the truck in front and an attendant showed up immediately to take the truck away. Within minutes he came back with my receipt and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

Great customer service experience. There was an issue with the power feed coming out my car. They determined the problem and repaired on the spot, without charge. They are not the closest location for me but I would travel the extra distance to rent from them next time.

The welcome and registration went nicely......the truck and trailer were relatively clean......the truck ran well...... Issues with following: intermittent Working AC Radio worked erratically ....must be some loose connecting wires or components Was getting faulty tire PSI alert for right front tire.....stopped at Air pump , borrowed Auto tire gauge, which only tested up to 55 PSI, not good for Truck tire PSI , which is 80? tires seemed visually good,

I waited outside for a ~30 minutes to return a tow dolly only to be told it would be an extra charge to have a uhaul staff member unhook the equipment When returning my truck, the uhaul staff member was rude

My 6x12 open HO had broken glass in the grooves of the bed. I had my helpers sweep it out before returning it. I rent from this location about two to three times a year. In the past a Furniture Dolley was not available even though I asked for one when reserving equipment. Today a FD was essential for my move AND an FD was supplied!!! Yay!!! The CSRs that attached and removed the HO were very helpful. One more thing, the IT system froze up when I was checking in and the problem was only partially rectified when I returned the HO three hours later. Not a major problem for me - just delayed the initial transaction by about 5 minutes.

This location is my go to. We need rental on a weekly bases and they never disappoint. From the welcoming and clean environment to the awesome friendly staff. The trucks are always clean which is a plus. We send all of our referrals to this location highly recommend it. A++

I went in kinda last minute and it’s always friendly and pleasant. Quick in and out. Both of the guys that were there accommodated me. I didn’t feel comfortable driving the truck I initially asked for. and went back inside and asked them if I could take a cargo instead because I felt safer driving a smaller vehicle and the guy helping me was super nice about it. unfortunately I didn’t catch their names,, Definitely coming back and recommending this location to friends and family.

My left thumb was injured by an employee who asked for my help to loosen the bolt on the 2 5/8 ball to replace it with a 2" ball. The hammer drill used caused the pliers to injure my thumb. I'm a programmer and now I'm in lots of pain just moving my left thumb. Also, the bolt on the trailer was left loose and it shake and rattle all the way home

My truck was not water proof. My stuff inside the truck got wet. Upon closer inspection there were mushrooms growing in the truck. I have pictures of it if necessary. Also they sold me a lock that did not fit with the truck that was rented to me and would not take it back because it had been opened. But obviously it was opened or else I would not have known that it did not work with the truck.

I turned my trailer in at 10:45 A.M. on July 3, 2026 On my receipt it says I turned it in at 3:27 P.M. - that's false information & could lead to problems. You should receive a physical receipt at the time you turn it in - no matter how busy it is!

the 10ft truck ran and drove great throughout the trip.........staff was pleasant and helpful....... the staff can provide a simple tutorial on operational instructions for the vehicle...aka , we didn't realize there was no Cruise Control, or at least we couldn't find it....had to try to find trip and odometer indicators by trial and error.... had to call office to find out how to move mirrors?

The last 2times I have rented from this location the vehicle I was given the cargo bay was open and there was either snow and ice in the cargo bay and the door was jammed which we switched vehicles and the lady on it was open and there were blankets in the bay. They need to make sure the vehicles are ready to go before tge customer has access. Overall the people are friendly and helpful.

My issue is less with the specific facility and more with the parent company that allows for more bookings online than it has the staff in a given location to manage. In other words, U-Haul will take your money whether they can actually deliver on the promises of the arrangement or not. I opted for moving help to load the U-Box (third party, via U-Haul's website), and they were great, but the box wasn't ready for pickup (even though I called to confirm it would be). Everything had to be rescheduled. Buyer beware. The workers themselves are doing the best they can, but it's clear they are not being given the resources to manage well while the parent company rakes in the profits.

There was a leak in the top right corner of the cargo area which soaked my boxes and got my furniture wet. Further more when I went to start the truck to return it, it wouldn’t start. I had to contact roadside service and waiting 45 minutes for him to arrive. Not a good experience at all.

Tires were visibly old at pickup, trailer was old too but clean. One tire shredded and went flat about 25 miles from destination (900 mile drive), so it was unfortunate. My opinion is that trailer shouldn’t be on the road anymore. Pretty old and beat up.

My only complaint is that in order to enter the area where the storage lockers are, you must enter codes into two separate entry systems, 3 feet apart. This is annoying and a waste of time. They should just have one entry system.

I was expecting one month free storage after renting truck at the same location, only for me to be told that I can only get that if I returned the vehicle to a different pickup station. I felt blindsided because I was not told this initially and this made the whole experience terrible.

I am still waiting on a claim resolution. For some reason, my storage unit was not cancelled on the day of move-out, and I was billed for another month. I think the issue is being resolved, but just takes time and several phone calls to rectify issue.

We had to try at least 5 different storage units at move-in. The 4x8x5 unit door was too small for a queen mattress to fit through, even though the website stated that it would. We had already unloaded most of the trailer into the building, so had to move everything to another area of the building to a unit with a larger door. We were given 3 different locker numbers in the office, and all had locks on them, that the previous renters had left. Finally, found a locker that was open. Even though the process was frustrating...the staff was very apologetic, and helpful. Would recommend staff goes through all units to remove locks from empty units.

However, if it were not for the free month I was offered for the unit and the fact that I only need the unit for 2 months, I believe that some of the other local storage units would be better choices for various reasons for long term storage.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The problem I had was with the construction design of the building and door. Raising the door open with my hand resulted in a serious injury. The ends of my fingers were smashed as the door reached the top of its travel.. stops should be installed on all the doors to prevent this from happening to others. Thanks

I don't feel the storage entrance is secure at all. Anyone can walk in during open hours and roam around. We were in the end storage unit and you didn't know if anyone was around the corner as it was a dead-end and someone could have been hiding there. I did see the cameras, but I feel a large mirror at the end could show if anyone was hiding around the corner. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we will be using your service again.

I did not appreciate the mouse trap in the unit. I did not appreciate getting invoices and calls regarding owing rent on the unit, after I had already moved out, telling at least 2 employees that I'd moved out.
