Amelia MThis was the third truck they gave me after two of the other trucks both started with low tire pressure warning lights. Then this one had a Spaulded windshield from a rock or something. When I went to check in your website didn't work to find location even after I explicitly turned on location. The bar code didn't work because I scanned every qr code I could find and they were all for the stupid app I didn't want to download. Finally had to eat the data and download the app only to spend a bunch of time fighting with that because it's more advertising bs than actual useful functionality just like the website checkout reservation process. To their credit the staff was friendly and very helpful in spite of being busy for all my interactions.

DANIEL SI will not use this location or Uhaul again. The forcing of the insurance, the gas measurements being off and the milage gap saying that truck was dirty.

Gamael JI had reserved a 26’ truck in Weare, NH, with an early pick up. A couple days before the rental date I was contacted by UHaul and told Weare didn’t have the truck I reserved and I now needed to go to Manchester, but still had an early pick up scheduled for 7:00AM. I arrived in Manchester and found the app would not complete my check-in. I was directed to call a number, which I did. I was told by the UHaul representative that no one left the keys in the early pick up lock box and I would need to wait until the store opened at 9:00 AM. I was offered a different location in Bow, NH, but that store was also closed and I was told there SHOUKD be keys in the early pick up box. Not wanting to waist time driving to Bow, I kept the original pick up in Manchester. Once th opened, the staff seemed unprepared, unsure of what to do, and never apologized or even mentioned the screw up, even though I pointed it out. They also charged me for 2 days when I only rented for one!

David VThere was noone at the desk when I arrived. I waited for about 10 minutes and then went outside to find someone A gentleman got out of a truck he was moving to help me. He checked me out. He said he gave me credit for the 10 minutes I waited or I would have been charged additional $$$ for bringing the truck back late
KERRY Cgood job !! I thought I made an appt. but I forgot to press complete order ( dumb dumb). I walked in and they took care of me right away. I had a friend in an emergency situation, So i needed a car tow dolly asap… they did a great job getting me in and out.. they saved the day

ADAM PI had an 8:30 am appointment for a Trailer Hitch installation for my Jeep Cherokee at the U-HAUL at 443 Hooksett Road Manchester, NH. Upon arriving at 8:20am, I was told that: "He won't be coming in until 11am." NOONE called me to communicate that the appointment was delayed. The attendant at 8:30am stated that he could not do the work due to a medical situation. Upon making the appointment 1/19/2026, Anne Breneman was my contact - for this" 1-1to1/2 hour install". I returned home and contacted Aaron at 10:15am Reference ID#5690775 to discuss this situation. I returned at 10:50am for the install....which was completed after 2:30pm. Very disappointed that it took so long and the former waiting area is not there. I had to ask for a desk chair to sit in for the entire wait time! Steven Faria was the General Manager. He did the work. I just hope the quality of his work shines!

We moved out of our storage unit this past Sunday we did let them know in the office yet they were still trying to charge us for another month and tried to charge the card every single day. We are lucky we didn’t have no money on that card. 2. When we were moving out of the storage unit we realized that there was a leak from the unit above and it completely ruin my new mattress and was told a manager would call me the next day. No one ever called but they did call to tell me my card was declining even though they shouldn’t have been charging me. Told her we moved out and they were still trying to charge she said she would make sure they didn’t try to charge again but guess what that same night they tried to charge again. When I asked the woman why a manager never called about the mattress she said I will have them call you. And guess what? A week later and still haven’t heard from a manager about my mattress. I am a hotel manager and would never make a guest wait this long for a call back. This is so unacceptable and someone definitely needs to speak to this manager

It wasn’t going to work for us so I canceled the storage space and only had it for two days…. But charged the entire amount. The first day we couldn’t even access the space because our cards hadn’t worked. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Felt like I was taken advantage of in a time of crisis. Thanks for nothing….

I also am happy to say I ended up lucking out and got a 5x10 unit for free month because I rented a uhaul truck and got a deal with renting a unit. I only needed the unit for a few weeks so it worked out perfect and the employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. The closing of the unit went smooth and I am very happy.

There was a miscommunication with my truck rental and had to be returned sooner than I thought and was behind with my move, but Jose helped me make my frustrating move a little smoother and was able to let me finish with what I was moving which was helpful.
