I finished early and got to the location to drop off my truck at 7:05pm but the location technically closes at 7pm. Even though they were closed, the woman working helped me finalize my rental. I really appreciated her helping me close out my reservation even though she probably had other tasks to do. It gave my the opportunity to tell someone in person some things I noticed (low oil message came on and dome light was on when I picked it up)! The truck did not start the next day. Was told there was an ignition issue and part on order. They explained how to turn it on. They did call to apologize but, as I told him, would have nice to be told when we got it the night before. Had movers and helpers waiting - that I still had to pay during this time as was over half hour late. Wouldn't have hurt to at least discount or deduct the blankets to make up for loss of timeDebbie L.
This Manchester location did very well for this whole experience. I originally booked this reservation with the nashua d.w. location, they called me the next day to say they did not have my trailer and changed my reservation to bedford. I call bedford to confirm reservation with Juan and was told yes but its not an in town trailer so you have to return it back to another location. Moments later tara from bedford calls to tell me i can return it there and apologized for the inconvenience. On Thursday i stop by to verify if i needed a drop bar on my hitch or not, and tara said i may, but could be all set with a straight bar and they have drops in stock if needed, i purchased one just to be safe. Friday around 2pm i get a call from Juan saying my 1030 am reservation cant be fulfilled because the trailer wont be back and they will push it to 2pm, this is now another inconvenience after multiple people on multiple days had looked at my reservation they say it was looked over and no one caught the trailer would not be returned in time for me to use. I am than asked if i want to pick it up in Manchester and get a call back from juan instead of placing me on hold saying i am all set to pick up in Manchester, but does not tell me there are multiple locations so i had to call each of them to figure it out. Again the Manchester location was extremely helpful and thats about all i can say for this experience.Michael A.

The location was fantastic I would rather deal with the North Manchester branch than the South Willow branch As I would rather deal with the bed for themselves Willow Biggest problem I'm running into Is the brand new building that's twice the size of South Willow Doesn't have enough equipment To do as many sails as South Willow same with the North Branch I got the medium sized and closed trailer you guys offer I would've rather gotten a big one However Bedford New Hampshire had none And saying with the North Manchester However North Manchester had the medium size so I chose to downsize instead of going to a South Willow Street South Willow always seems to have almost anything you need in stock you need to stop at a moment's notice It's even worse it's a legit s*** show at South Willow Street location If those 2 are their locations Had more equipment available to be rented at a moment's notice for a few hours of here and there Those 2 stores Would pretty much take A lot more business on the people at the Bedford New Hampshire location in the North Manchester New Hampshire location Are phenomenal at their jobs Not only are they being trained correctly They actually do the proper steps But I just wanna say if if either Bedford or the North Manchester branch ever have what I need I will be going to eat or 2 of those locations Because the staff is just outstanding and I really hope that this is shared with them And I hope that they actually aren't just fairly paid but are paid higher than other rental companies For the amount of work that they do In my opinion and plenty of others customer service is the most valued thing any company could ask for It's not having a trailer and stock that's gonna make me come back to it it's the kind of people that you have there in their attitudes that are gonna make me come back And because of the great customer service and phenomenal attitudes I will be a returning customer Thanks for the great experienceCameron H.

Do not give me the wrong truck so I cannot check in online for 3 hours after I brought the truck back because it was saying I drove 13000 instead of 14 miles.. Also I am a woman and do not like being a parking lot in the dark at Uhaul because when I tried to call CS it was a 60 to 80 minute wait. Thank god for the manager CoCo that came on the line after calling 3 times. she came on and also figured out what was happing that they rented me the incorrect truck. That put me in a situation for 3 hours as your company had my credit card on file and CS was saying i had to have the truck checked in by 7 pm I was there so long trying to firgure it all out. CoCo let me emil her the hotos and also the odometer and put the keys in drop box and let me go home. I am so thasnkful for her and so loved getting able to go home. Who would want to hold 60 to 80 inutes longer for a CS rep what the hell much better system would be apprciated as I was only oving 4 pieces of furniture out of my house I used the truck a very short time to put up with the hassle of someones mistakes as we all make them and I get that but I had a heart attack being stuck there like this.Brenda H.

I have never had an issue with uhail other then using the app to return a vehicle. Trying to take the picture it wajts...the app fails miserably. I wasted 20 minutes before I went onto the web browser and did it that way. The app is great for ordering stuff but not for returning equipment after hours.Ryan B.
Contactless registration was ridiculously complex. The identity verification was unexpected, and difficult to get completed on a weekend morning. Staff was relatively useless - one was doing class on the computer and totally disinterested in assisting me in any way. The van key was not already placed in the box, and the vehicle had no working interior/dash lights which meant I could not see my speed or cabin controls once it got dark. My original Quote listed my 1 day 22 hours rental for the trailer cost of $24.95. When I dropped off the trailer the cost was $49.90. The agent didn't know why there was a cost difference but I noted I would look over my receipt and investigate. Also, I called while in route to pickup my trailer and was told I couldn't pick it up because it was snowing. I reserved a trailer for a particular day because of a particular schedule. After speaking to several supervisors they eventually let me pick up the trailer that day. But not before my plans were delayed. If there was any question I couldn't pick up the trailer, this location should have called me to discuss it. I am thankful I was able to pick it up, but in the future a call to customers to speak about a delay in their rental would be useful to others Im sure.Bradley S.

Because the clerk said a 1/2 a tank and not 9/16th of a tank... And I didn't note the difference I was charged an extra almost $20. When I brought this up to the customer service rep over the phone she said you signed for 9/16ths. And that is correct though when the clerk told me the Amount he said half a tank. I returned it with half a tank. Why would I fill the tank up but purposely leave it short to pay you guys's higher than my normal gas price fee? I feel as if in the interest of customer service that extra amount should have been waved. Also the check engine light was on And the mileage was off A little all was adjusted. The clerks were very friendly at the location. I don't believe the error was an attempt to trick me however it did cost me an extra fee of 16.95.MICHAEL D.
