Only issue with return truck app instructions pamphlet was brief was guessing and lost on how to begin return process had to get assistance rep and seem not quick and easy more than one photo ,first time using always seem long anyone should be able quickly use without out assistance

I’ve used this particular location a number of times, and each time my experience is worse than the last. When I used this location back in April I believe, I was charged for miles that I did not use. When we returned the equipment, we were informed that the GM, Gary I do believe, had used this particular equipment to deliver a ubox to Miami University. The very nice representative, called the GM, who had no time to talk because “he was driving”. Fast forward to yesterday, Monday, October 14,2019. When we arrived there were no representatives inside the establishment to help us. When they finally arrived there was an issue with there computers, no one knew how to fix it because, “they were both still training”. Which in my opinion is fair but, if this is the case why would the GM leave them alone?! So upon the technology malfunctioning, the young man proceeded to call the GM for assistance, and rather than the GM suggesting they start over, or perhaps try another method, he tells the young man, “If it doesn’t work that’s because there’s not enough money on your card.” Now as you can imagine it is particularly embarrassing to stand in a lobby full of customers and hear someone say, “there not enough money in your account.” Not only was that embarrassing but it was also not true. Moral of the story, I will not be using this particular uhaul location by any means while this particular “GM” manages this location. In my opinion he is unprofessional and not very personable at all.

Make sure the gas reading is accurate. The receipt said the tank was on 7/8 but was actually on 3/4 when I picked it up. I called customer service and they took care of it quickly.

The only issue that was different from 2016 to now was the Uhaul containers were not only bolted but the hinges were bolted also. Movers had to unscrew 2 hinges off of each pod to gain access- total 6 pods=12 Hinges= 36 screws. Very inconvenient. Otherwise- good experience.

Only one person staff John working at the time with 12 customers waiting and more pulling in the lot. Line outside the door. Need to hire more employees always busy at end of month. 2nd staff shows up 10am. Both staff members were great, patient and friendly due to the pressure they had to deal with. Way to hold up John and Bob. Thanks again for all you do.

I was charged for gas and a cleaning fee when personally swept out the bed of the truck myself.

If the gas needs to be put back to where it was at pick up, it should at least be on full, and mileage shouldn't be charged as I drove an extra mile to get to the gas station.

The problem was .. I made the reservation over the phone to the 800 # for a pickup truck .. when I got there, they had no pickup trucks. They gave my truck away. The guy said next time .. reserve it online because when u do it over the phone .. it doesn’t reserve it. Crazy

The only problem the door to our unit broke and it want fixed until we moved out. But the staff was awesome and helpful. Customer service over the phone was good as well.

I was charged an overnight fee ($20) because the website would not allow me to upload pictures, per the new policy. I called U-Hsul customer service 2 times prior to being charged the fee to explain, but was still charged the overnight fee. The store I rented from never answered the phone. Extremely disappointed. Will try another truck rental in the future

Ubox service was absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend it to anyone. The boxes were shipped a week late. I was charged for extra empty boxes. The computer information was entirely wrong.

the particular space I was assigned was not conducive for boat storage. It was very difficult to maneuver the boat into the space provided. I was told this was the only spot available.

I only used the Uhalul box service delivered through this location. I had gone to the Reading Road location for questions and reserved thru them.
