I responded to the Colerain location at 850am and was the second person in line. I was helped within 10 minutes, but the employee was not sure how to use the system because he was new. He completed the reservation and gave me a truck. I walked outside and found the truck was different than what was on my paperwork and I could not use the link I was sent. I went back inside and now found that I was in a line of about 8 people. After a lengthy period of time, the other girl, who knew what she was doing had me come up to the desk because she saw my paperwork. She advised that he had done the entry wrong because it was a one way rental and that that he had given me the wrong truck. She sent me outside with the keys and said she would resend the link. The link never came. I went back inside and waited in line again. She again called me up and had to redo the entire reservation. She gave me a third truck and a new link. It actually worked. However, I had now been at the location for an hour and 10 minutes. It was abasolutely awful!!! When I returned the truck to Ace hardware, there was one person in line ahead of me. There were three other employees standing next to the counter, but no one offered to help to expedite the process. I had to stand there and wait for 20 minutes. Simply awful customer service. The manger in Cincinnati has a very negative behavior when I was there picking up the rental truck it was not explain to me that I had a certain time to pick up the car tow trailer that it would be kicked out of the computer and that it would be re rented to someone else. It was all ready fully paid for as long as I was to pick it up before the store closes why is there a additional $100 deposit when the rental and full insurance was paid in full for the service,that seems very strangeAnthony H.
When I rented the box truck, the gas was 1/4 full. I feel the trucks should be full when you pick them up. Then you can just top it off before you return it. Just a thoughtTricia F.

I ordered and paid for an utility dolly, a furniture dolly, and a appliance dolly but when I got the truck there was only a beat up utility dolly. When I dropped off the truck the two gentleman working told me they didn't know how to fix it in my bill. So I paid for 2 days of use on equipment I never got.Brandon A.
Better customer service and empathy for patrons. Dude was flat out rude! I was expecting a storage unit per my confirmation call at this location. He told me I was wrong! How is tah when your CSR was the one who set up. Needless to say there are plenty of competitors that will service me better next time. what uhaul did to me at this location was unheard of, I had a uhaul extension contract till June 2nd and on May 28th they towed my uhaul with all my belongings in it and their excuse was their employee messed up and wasn't supposed to extend my reservation but mind you she did and we paid for it and they towed it with out as much as a phone call or text or email anything. My fiance and I were baffled by this this and they did absolutely nothing to fix itMorgan B.

The woman working here is extremely rude. She is the whole reason I did my whole process online. I will be moving soon and will not go to this place ever again for a uhaul. Her whole attitude sucks. She really needs to be trained on customer service. I wouldn't send my worse enemy here to have to deal with her. I will never use this location again myself either. How would you rate this location overall? It's hard for me to really give a fair answer to that question because I've had a little experience with other locations. However this location seems to have done a bit better than the two other locations that I've been to recently one in Hamilton one in Sharonville. The Sharonville location I had to wait in line for over an hour to get served last summer. The Hamilton location charge me a $30 cleaning fee and threw away my property when they could gave called me to let me know I left something behind in the truck I rented. There needs to be a management change at the regional level because the customer service experience could be better. There is not enough of a emphasis on good customer service and a management change is an order at U-Haul.Robert H.
I was there and my reservation was at 9:30 and once I hit my truck number, I saw my truck but it was locked. I saw the worker open it. I had to go in the office to get my keys. Once I finally got to a worker, he cannot find the keys to my truck even though I have the screen shot from the reservation on my phone. While I was in line, my truck got rented out. So now they had to find another one and get me the keys. Am hour and half later, I am finally in the truckJerry T.

This is the second time I have been to this location. The first time I came as a walk in to inquire about renting a truck. I left without making a reservation because of the rudeness of the employees. I decided to give them another chance, but this time I reserved a truck online in advance. Unfortunately this time was no better. I know that help is hard to find but there is absolutely no reason for the attitudes given by some of the employees. I will take my future business to Home Depot, where I have always received at the minimum good service.Edward B.

Nothing. I was so pleased with my experience. The website was extremely user friendly, and when I arrived at the store the truck was ready. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and polite. He explained everything to me, and when I returned the truck. The staff told me I could just leave the keys in the truck and asked if I would like an email receipt. I did and they said I was all set. Fix your business model or something because it took me two and a half hours to get my U-Haul scheduled for 7pm. I was on hold for 30 minutes all to learn workers at my location messed up and forgot to put my keys out for my truck. I then had to drive over 30 minutes to a new location and it took another 30 to verify our information. To say I'm pissed about this situation is an understatement. I will never be using U-Haul in the future and I will be sure to tell all of my friends how horribly this company handled my situation. I'm incredibly displeased and will take my future loyalty elsewhere.Aidan S.
The trailer wiring should be inspected/ repaired on this truck. I pulled a trailer and the taillights did not function when the headlights were activated. I have a test light and I tested the wiring and there was no voltage that was detected in the headlight tail light leads. The brake lighting and the turn signal lighting worked fine however. First I went to u-haul glen crossing in Cincinnati for trailer. Trailer had a bald and cupped tire on it. Manager said they could not change the tire so I had to go to the Northgate store which is above 10 miles away. After all this running around why wasn't the trailer at glencrossing inspected to make sure it was road ready before it was put on the lot. If I hadn't looked at the tires I probably would still be sitting on the side of the road on my way to Texas waiting for a tire. I think there should be some type of compensation for the trouble to get a trailer.TIMOTHY E.

I'm dissatisfied because the u-haul app based on my experience has many issues that prevent it from being useful for the customer. I would like to see these issues fixed because when the app has worked correctly for me it has been a great tool and it has really improved and the customer experience. I was charged for a extra day because I was 1/2 hour late getting the truck back. A working u-haul smart phone app would have allowed me to turn the equipment in without having to wait in line to speak to a representative.Robert H.

This is my favorite Uhaul location it had the truck I wanted with plenty of space but I had to ask for a Dolley and there were no straps or places to put straps in inside the storage of the truck! I had fun with it nevertheless!Troy D.

When we got there the person said he wasn't sure why but the truck was marked for maintenance. He went and checked and said no its good to go. As soon as I went to pull on the highway the enginge stalled for over heating. I kept having to stop because of this. I only had to go a total of 30 mins and took 3 hrs because I couldn't go over25 and kept overheating. That truck shouldn't been rented out. Be polite. There was a warning light on the dash so unable to read the mileage. The employee at UHaul did not tell us about this issue. So we had to go back into store to get the employee attention to know how to turn it off. We had a lot of problems with returning the U haul after hours with the website. It took about an hour. It was very frustrating. We called help line and left our number and they would call us back several times then give us a message they were helping other customers. During the six months contract we visited several times. The magnetic card for entry/exit never worked. Hard to reach staff each time due to activity at front desk.
