Even though it was an open trailer, there was mud on it from the last rentals. It needed swept too.

I had an awesome experience...Ryan was very helpful. When I went to put on my receiver to pull the trailer I rented, I was missing my pin. Ryan was kind enough to LOAN me his personal pin from his own vehicle.

I was charged for my storage unit after it was cleaned out. I left THREE messages to not charge my credit card for the uhaul van until the money for the storage unit was credited back to me. Less than ten minutes after my third message, i got an email receipt where my card was charged. I am STILL waiting for a reversal of charges and a phone call from the general manager. I have given this uhaul location a LOT of business over the past year, only to be repayed by making some of my bills bounce. Thanks uhaul.

A newer model vehicle would have been nicer, but we were satisfied.

Online portal was fairly user friendly. I had to make a couple changes before pick and was able thru my online account. At the store the employees were helpful and friendly. Whenever needing moving truck we only use this location. It’s clean and well stocked for your moving needs

The only issue I need to mention is that it was an incredibly busy moving day in Colerain Township Cincinnati on the day I rented this truck. There were about 10 customers standing in the store but only 1 employee handling everything all by himself. Now, he did an outstanding job of remaining professional, friendly, and worked as quickly as he could but we had to stand in line from like 3:00 to 4:30 pm because there weren't enough people working. When I asked, he said 2 guys called off that day. So, why didn't the GM come in to cover for them? I sure hope they had legitimate reasons for calling off. Some customers got so mad and frustrated that they were cussing out loud. I just think someone should know about this. Sunday 7/01/18.

On Sunday I scheduled a trailer at 1600. I came to pick it up and waited for a hour and twenty minutes for the service man to assist me. I feel sorry for him. He was good but all alone. No excuse. I have observed on other occasions that a professional approach by the staff was less than professional. Sorry but you asked

The older worker was very unprofessional, bad attitude, over charge, very displeased.

I came in on Saturday 6/30 to rent a cargo van for 7/01 @ 1:00pm. That transaction went smoothly and quickly without any problem. On Saturday I was told I could arrive a little earlier for pick-up. I came into the store at 12:45 on Sunday and was third in line. There was one clerk processing rentals, filling propane and checking returned vehicles. The clerk on duty was trying to do the best he could. He apologized for the wait and he said 2 other employees were scheduled for the day and called in sick. Quite frankly, I was in line for 35 minutes before I started the check-in process for a van I had reserved. The move I had to make was local and I returned the van about 1½ hours later. Unfortunately the clerk on duty he did not receive any help. There was a line of returned vehicles sitting in the lot. When I came in the office the clerk took the key, apologized again and I went on my way. There were so many returned vehicles in the lot that I had to exit through the entrance. Again, I don't blame the clerk working that day, he was doing the best he could but he was only one person. I don't know if he was the manager but if he isn't, the manager should've been contacted and the manager should've called other employees or, come in to help. There were a bunch of disgruntled customers and the employee didn't deserve to hear their complaints.

Making my reservation online was easy and saved time. The check-in at the Colerain dtore was quick, and everything was ready on the reserved date. Drop-off was also wuick and painless.

Customer service was great.

First of all, kudos to Joey. He could not have been nicer and tried any harder than his authorization would allow. Obviously ALL the UHaul locations are understaffed - not just yours. I had a reservation for your storage unit which is close to my daughter's new school U of Cincinnati. When we got there, Joey stated the elevator has been broken for TWO WEEKS and showed us the stairs. No way. He called around for 45 minutes to the other stores who ignore their phones, searched online, and contacted UHaul corporate. Finally he found a unit online that was available 15 miles away. My wife and daughter sat in the loaded UHaul truck for 45 minutes while this was going on. Our goods are now stored at Cincinnati Northgate 770082 in an outdoor unit (which I was purposely trying to avoid). Due to all this commotion, wasted time, and corporate incompetence I would like to be reimbursed for a second month storage. Since we cannot move the contents by multiple trips to the nearby storage unit as we had planned, I'd like to be reimbursed for a one day truck rental as well.

When a customer comes in your store greet them and let them know you will be with them in a few minutes instead of having a person just stand an wait an not even be acknowledged. That was rude.. But overall had a good experience.

I originally set up my reservation online on Monday the 18th for the Hamilton Uhaul location 25 South Erie Blvd. I requested a 10” truck for the Wednesday the 20th and also established movers. I establish my credit card information online. Soon after I hung up the mover called and suggested that I get a 15 foot truck I agreed and also decide to get the truck from the Colerain location since it’s closer to where the first pick up would be in Reading. I didn’t make any changes that evening after talking to the mover, since it was a weekday and I didn’t think there would be much of a problem getting a 15 foot truck or 17 foot truck in the middle of the week on the way to the coring location after work around five I called the coring location and asked if I would be able to change my reservation for pick up at the Corine location even though it was established in Hamilton the lady I spoke to said yes that’s fine and did have a 15 foot truck available after I got there and got everything all establish I just had to get a 17 foot truck since it was the same price everything went well there young man that was helping me was very kind and courteous. I left with a 17 foot truck and I had guesstimated 40 miles at the $.79. By the time I leave the 9178 Colerain Ave. location which is approximately 530 I went to my daughters which is located at 117 East North St., Cincinnati, OH left directly from there to the storage unit at the Uhaul location in Hamilton 25 S. Erie Blvd.. after that time it was almost 8 PM and from that address I drove 288 for Gordon Smith Road to my daughter’s new address in Hamilton Ohio I had the movers for three hours after finishing up I stopped at the gas station filled the tank back to 3/4 as it barely moved a notch I then droped the truck off at the 25 S Erie Blvd location. The odometer read 34.2 miles for the completed traveling I was please with this because I guesstimated 40 miles I drop the key in the box and approximately 3 PM I received an email and was very shocked to see that the bill had gone from $81 up to $143! and some odd change After work I went to the Hamilton location to see if they had any idea what might’ve happened the truck wasn’t there the young man told me that he drove it back to the Colerain location he had no idea why I was charged the fee and he called someone and apparently because it was dropped off at the Hamilton location instead of being brought back to the original location I was charged three times ? Which basically was $62. Extra and the gas meter had the reading at 74... miles and the tank at a Half gal. I The young man in Hamilton told me that it was an in town rental??? I believe if it was a major deal that that should have been stressed just as much as them expressing that the tank should be back on 3/4 of a tank. I established the reservation in Hamilton I called Colerain, Colerain called over to Hamilton and simply took over the reservation I didn’t see it being a problem to drop

Not charging mileage fee.

The inside of the truck was dirty. The floor was dusted and literally had what looked like toenail clippings. There was also a used cotton swab on the dashboard.
