My first appointment to pick up my trailer was horrible, the uhaul representative booked me on a 2pm appointment without there being a trailer. Luckily the operator of the uhaul got me another trailer 40 miles away. Then it got a flat tire on the trip and that road side service took a very long time through communication on the uhaul website.ALEXANDER S.

The cabin of the truck smelled like a skunk smoked 5 packs a day. It was disgusting! I had to wear 3 masks just to dull the smell. My clothes and hair smelled of skunk/marijuana and cigarettes as well. My strong kid who was supposed to help me load and unload the truck could not even stand by an open door. So I lost my help. The steering is very loose and it was hard to keep the truck in its lane. Very disappointing experience.WILLIAM G.

Rented a car dolly and this branch failed to tell me that on some vehicles we need to use shims to prevent front air spoilers for being damaged while drive up the extended ramp on the dolly. Thus, my vehicle sustained damage--thank god I purchased insurance, This was brought to my attention when I dropped off the dolly at another location and they, in turn, explained what had happened.Vahe M.

I was called 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up time and was informed that the 26 foot truck i requested a week before wasnt available. Then when i asked if i could drop off the truck at a different location since i knew it was going to be 2 trips instead of the 1 i was expecting to take they informed me i couldn't. The customer service was nonexistent. Not a single person greeted me upon my arrival and I had to actively seek someone out to have help checking in. I was roughly directed outside where there was the Uhaul pick-up sitting already idling with the windows rolled down and no one around it. Yes, I know how to drive the truck but this seemed in very poor form for someone who might have questions or want to be walked through expectations of the truck (needing to make sure you return it with the same fuel level, etc). Imagine if I had never used UHaul services before? What a horrific and unprofessional introduction this would have been. The return of the truck was no better. The employee barely spoke to me, was very irritable and dismissive. I will NEVER RETURN to this UHaul location and will gladly warn off anyone I know. Very disappointing.Kimberlee M.
I booked a cargo van at a location near my house. I received a call from that location, explaining that the van wasn't available and directing me to a second location, 30 miles away. When I arrived at the second location, no van was available. The surplus mileage increased the cost of my rental.Grant A.
Hello the first time I came to this U-Haul location everything went well but these last three times, it has always been something new. I was not informed that I needed to bring the U-Haul truck back with the same amount of gas. I also get told a different price when I go to check in but then get charged another one when I come back to check out. I was also told the other day that the card holder on file has to be at the location every time I go pick up the U-Haul, I wasn't told that before and I've never had any issues. I'm not sure what I'll be told next Wednesday that I go pick up the U-Haul.ANAIZA C.
Just continue to perform the best customer service possible . It will also help if Uhaul lowers the cost per mile on the usage of thier vehicles. This can be quite expensive if you live in the state of California where everything is 50 to 100 miles away. Twice as much if it's a round trip.CESAR S.
I rent trailers pretty often, and this time I had an issue with a fuse not working. The guys were very helpful and I was able to replace it and rent the trailer. We had a few laughs about it too. ThanksJACOB G.

When the rental equipment didn't work with my set up on the RV they didn't offer me much alternative. Had the same set up two other times I rented from other stores and there was no problem. When I made the changes the installer was in a hurry and showed us how to secure the car to the tow dolly on one side but left us to secure the other. Equipment was great, was in and out quickly and efficiently. The only criticism I have is when I tried to call office to speak to someone about extending my rental I was on hold for @ 15 -20 minutes, and the next day I was not able to get through, but they called me to check on rental and all was taken care of! The main problem with this location is that access to the loading dock is dususlly difficult. There's very little customer parking and often employees and customers who are not actively using the loading dock are parked in the spots in front of the loading dock. Personally once I have unloaded I move my car so that somebody else can unload while I'm inside the building.
