I don't know what happened to the staff before the ones that is there now. All I know is that this staff are unpleasant, rude and unprofessional. No one greets you when you're at the counter and there's no eye contact from any of them. I've used this location to store my belongings many times. The staff at that time where great. My only "gripe" or misunderstanding was the placement of the additional lock on my storage unit??? I was not behind on any rental fees but when I needed to get access to my unit I had to wait for a staff member to remove uhaul's lock. On several occasions this was a major inconvenience. Man,..they are being an lazy A-hole... they sent me to get my cargo car in a huge lot with a lots of cargo car. first the letter and number start with D than B while it was writing error on the key number. second all numbers on cargo car are in the back, the one cargo car they gave me had numbering in front. third car key has no alarm or panic button and was a regular mechanical car. forth lot was huge with over 15 cargo car all over.... you guys are really has no respect for customers.Babak I.

Great DIY service facilitator, the best. Kind of scary with the width of the wheel wells in the six by eight trailer while driving through road construction areas where they use concrete standing balustrades as it feels so narrow and the trailer feels so wide. It is also important to drive slightly to the right of center in the lane so that the trailer wheels don’t go over the lane into the other lane. The manager did a great job I don’t know his name but I do know that he was under a lot of stress because there was a murder that happened. I feel that he should’ve been able to get off work due to the circumstances for the rest of the day. I’ve had storages with you guys for over seven years. The transportation of the box was a nightmare. It was a week delayed and NO one could tell us when it would be expected. The lack of information and communication was unacceptable. In addition, the process to get our guaranteed $50 a refund was inexcusably so much work. I had to call several times, then the wrong amount was issues and every person I talked to said I had to talk to someone else. Lastly, $50 a day is NOT enough when a box is late. For all the items we had to re-purchase because our box was late such as towels, sheets, air mattress, etc. The $50 a day does NOT cover the total costs of these necessity due to the box being late.Marissa M.

The geolocation feature required to check out/return equipment does not work, and there is no on location barcode to scan as an alternative to that so you cannot complete mobile self service rentals, you must go through the staff, and the location closes at 7:00pm.Robert M.

The only issue I have with this storage facility is i cannot get my refund for 28 days overpayment. I feel like I’ve been Robbed. There is no way that I shouldn’t be given a refund. Truck was dirty they charged for gas that was not in the truck when I picked it up. I will be taking my pictures in because I'm not going to be charged for stuff that I did not use. Yes I know that's how you guys make your money but ripping people off of there hard earned money and it's robbery.. not only that I was charged for a dolly that they said they did not have that they were all rented out but when I got my last reciet to my surprise there it is. I waited 20 minutes to get someone to open the gate so I could move my boat. This was right after letting the front desk know that’s where I was headed. No one would answer the call phone. It took them half an hour to get the truck from the back and then another half an hour to clean it. And they give it to me with an empty tank. Staff was friendly, but this place was a pain. Tons of issues including incorrect office hours, storage units being very far from where the U-Haul truck can park, mechanical issues with the gate, mechanical issues with the truck, reserved equipment not being available, and the staff accidentally putting a lock on our unit. None of these issues (besides the difficult physical distance between the unit and truck parking) would have been that big of deal, except this place is seriously understaffed to the point where every little question meant waiting in line for at least 20 minutes. My unit was very far and there was a huge support boulder in the middle taking up much of the space. I called for assistance using the uhaul assistance buttons located throughout the storage, however no one answered. This posed a safety concern to me. Also, online told me I have access until 10pm however the day of my love in I came at 7pm and was told I did not have access. The online process was very tiring. The next day I came back and spoke with the staff in the main office and they were very accommodating. They assisted me in getting a new unit. Gave me a lock. We’re very kind and assisted me in locating the unit. They apologized for the call buttons not working and stated they’d make a note. I have been taking care of this storage for a friend for the past 5 years. After the flood, the storage contents were "thrown" into storage boxes and sent to the Hayward facility. When I went to see the contents, they were so mixed up that I couldn't get to them. They tried to triple the price! I am "not" moving out. U-haul moved the contents to Hayward where it will remain until the original owner returns.
