LISA T | First ImpressionsStaff at the Uhaul very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Miss Shy and Manager Calvin assisted me with my Midwest Uhaul boxes transfer. They showed me different avenues to combine my items with one payment per month. All the staff very friendly and accommodating. cecelia j | First ImpressionsCORRECTION: I moved out on June 8, 2026. Unfortunately for me and my family we lost heirlooms when one Wardrobe Box was stolen from Room 4517. My other items were all damaged by an oily black substance on most items, including chairs, household furnishings, all boxes opened and unopened had thick dust and black sticky substance on everything. My mother’s heirlooms what’s causing me grief and depression.She and I were the same size, shoes and everything. With the burglary taking place in Room 4517 I lost part of my history and heritage that I cannot get back. I am totally discussed and in tears. I can’t stop thinking about mother’s wardrobe. Well that’s it! Obviously I rented too long and someone came along and robbed me for my precious valuables. May God bless and forgive those who knew what happened and didn’t inform me. I feel betrayed and robbed. I never visited the storage at night nor in the dark. I can’t comment on it be well lit. I am concerned about why the Camera Surveillance System outside of my Room 4517 didn’t record the burglary.
