Upon moving out, U-Haul did not complete the inspection of unit for more than a week, and I had to call to remind them. Additionally, it is written I can access into until 10pm, but employee informed me at 6:50 pm that I had 15 minutes before they were closing up and I needed to leave. Unclear and inconsistent.
