I was super frustrated with the online check out system. It gave me an error message and said try again in a few minutes. I did with the same response. I waited on hold with customer service for 15 mins before giving up. Then I didn’t get a final receipt for 2 days. So frustrating!

The staff at this uhaul location was rude and ubhelpful I had to ask how you are supposed to put a car on the car dolly and they didn't want to help me at all they were completely uninterested in the fact that I didn't know how to use the dolly and they didn't even want to assist me at all I will not recommend this place to anyone ever. The facility was huge the trucks looked very well maintained and the yard was spotless but the staff there sucked and for that reason alone I will never do business with uhaul again

It was a hot day, there was a bunch of dust that came out from the cabin vents. The windshield was very dirty and foggy (this could be a hazard situation) vision though was bad at night time... I rented a 20' moving truck, i decided to included insurance hoever it does not cover the top part of the cargo box as stated by uhaul personnel. There where scratches all around the box but not listed on the report... i wonder if i have not pay attention to it, i may be liable to compensate uhaul for those scratches ? So, yes there are important items to improve your services.

The facility is a short walk from the Coliseum Bart Station, which makes it very convenient. They have tons of trucks of all different sizes and are courteous and efficient. I also got a fantastic deal on the 10-foot truck. All around, a very good experience.

The individual who took the routine return was so rude and obnoxious he turned me off from the whole U-Haul experience there. Everyone I dealt with prior to him was pleasant and professional I will be sending back and this gentleman's name and I want to have lunch a full-on complaint he was so blatantly obnoxious and rude and because he's been an associate since 2010 he felt he had the right to do so and I don't appreciate being treated with such disrespect when I'm spending my hard-earned money and I was overcharged $13

My rented U-haul was stolen with everything I own in it and I still have not received a refund and can not get a hold of anyone at U-haul about my claim. To improve your service you can get your "Recovery Equipment Dept" involved in the refunds to all the people who get their U-hauls stolen and maybe figure out a way to stop the thefts.

The location has numerous homeless encampments around it. This was for my daughter so she was with me. I made the return as I didn't want her there. The trailer I used 5x8 was not the one I wanted, I received the email stating the 6x12 was ready yet when arrived I was told the trailer would not be there until 12:30 to 1:00pm. Very unacceptable, I used the 5x8 which was ok. The associates that helped were all great people.

I rented a truck a few days ago and hours later, in the in the first event, I came to an stop sign and when It was safe to proceed I stepped on the gas pedal and the motor raced but the vehicle did not/would not move. Eventually I was able to back up 1 city block back to my residence. I put the truck in drive again and it acted normally, so I proceeded. In the second incident, I was middle of an intersection and had come to a stop when the transmission failed again. It was a very frightening and traumatic experience as other motorists in all four directions began honking their horns in anger, agitation and frustration. I had to put the vehicle in reverse and almost ended up hitting the car behind me when the truck suddenly lurched into gear. Finally on the third day, this unfortunate event happened twice. Fortunately I was not in dangerous traffic situations when it happened. An hour later, upon returning the vehicle I was told that there was little to no transmission fluid in the truck which means that the truck was rented to me in that condition. I had traveled less than 100 miles. Yes, I saw a read out of the "Temperature of the Transmission Fluid" which was interesting but meant nothing to me. What the heck do or would I care about the temperature of transmission fluid. It in no way notified me that the vehicle was in need of transmission fluid. I understand universal signs and language that would inform a driver that the oil is low, transmission fluid is low, gas is low etc. Signs and warnings like red light indicators and plain and simple language that clearly states that immediate action needs to be taken. I am very disappointed and frankly angry that routine maintenance had not been performed on this vehicle which put me and my loved ones in danger and I can only speculate how many other drivers are unknowingly driving U-Haul trucks and vans that have not been properly serviced; endangering the lives of other drivers and their families. I find it unconscionable and actionable. Where does the responsibility and accountability lie?

My reservation was for a cargo van but they told me my reservation had been moved to another location 20 miles away. I had no transportation to the other location. This location made me rent a larger vehicle even though they had 2 cargo vans sitting in the lot, and even though I had made the reservation 2 months prior. Even though the daily rate was the same, they charged me a higher mileage rate, even though they failed to meet the terms of the reservation
