The truck ran great had no issues. But when I picked it up the inside of the cab had a horrible smell I had to put air fresheners inside the truck to get the job done.

That location needs more room in lot. Barely room to get more than one car to pull in when picking up. The lady was great even though she doesn’t normally work at that location. But it feels over stuffed and cluttered there.

The owner was really great, and when she saw the condition of the van that came in, she searched for a better one, and had her daughter retrieve it for us. The replacement van was nearly new, and that was perfect for our 3200 mile cross-country move! Thanks!

This is not specific to this location, rather just uhaul in general. U haul changed and modified my location multiple times ultimately assigned my reservation for a truck that was way too large for what i needed and forced me to rent a two way rental to get the appropriate size truck. I will never use uhaul again.

I am a Soldier who moved from Ft. Bragg back to my home of record. I was charged an extra 8 dollars for going over my mileage limit. I explained the reasoning for this as being due to me having to weigh the truck empty and full at a CAT scale several miles away from my house at Bragg. Very disappointed. Should not be charged for things that are military requirements. Will not use UHAUL again.

I actually booked my pick up date incorrectly, they were able to accommodate and make a few adjustments so I can have my trailer during the needed timeframe. They were busy when I went in and I’m glad they took the time to make it work for me so I can reach my commitments as well. Job well done.

Maintenance checks, you either need more frequent or better checks. Running doesnt equal safe. High rpms without changing gears could blow the transmission. I would still recommend but with caution.

The person helping me did a thorough job of inspecting the truck and noted all damage. I explained that I didn't cause the damage and had noted / taken pictures of the damage I noticed. The other damage I didn't even notice but also did not cause. She was very understanding and worked with me to address the issues noting in her report that I did not cause the damage. The return location was small and cluttered but well marked for returning the vehicle. It just looked a little cluttered and there wasn't much room for parking but the service was good. I would recommend this location without any concerns.

Again, the system was very slow. About 20 minutes into the process of checking out and being kicked off the UHaul website, the customer service rep said she would take care of getting the vehicle checked back in.

Didn't have a bad experience at this location, just the 2 before it for not having keys in the lock boxes. However I heard the man behind the counter needs more things to hang on his fridge and I dont want to disappoint, please add this to your collection.

The parking area is an absolute nightmare there's only 3 parking spaces. You r either not finding a parking space or your blocking someone in. Customer service is great, you are in and out pretty quick.

This location is consistently over crowded with trucks and trailers and it's very difficult to get in and out of but the people inside are super friendly and nice but the location and the facilities there need a lot of help.

Very friendly and helpful to do business. Vehicle had low mileage and clean. There are plenty of vehicles to choose from. The website was easy to use to pre-order a rental. I would try to have more parking for people who leave their car for a daily rental.

The roof over moms attic leaked. I started loading the truck tonight before he came back in the morning to discover that the roof had leaked all over the boxes I had up in the Mom‘s attic portion, including on several of my electronics and other items very disappointing would like to request an adjustment/credit for of the rental charges for the truck.

The lady ar the desk was fantastic and she even tried to help me in getting the uhaul truck to be dropped there instead of the place that was recommended because the truck I had was scheduled to be used later that day but at that location but I was there and the mechanic had to do some maintenance on that truck so he gave the couple a 20 ft instead of my 15 ft. So in real time I could have dropped my truck hete instead of 30 miles away. I would like to have someone from uhaul call me at 812 207 9660 so I could tell you the whole story.
