Did not follow instructions for check in. Never got receipt for moving pads. The fuel adjustment may still be pending which was not owed. Staff very nice and helpful.

Truck was very clean, but the driver side mirror was so loose that it changed position over every small pothole. Needing to readjust the mirror constantly to see other cars and be able to change lanes or back into a driveway was very inconvenient and dangerous. Away from that I was very happy.

Maybe note that the 10' truck does not have a ramp. We had trouble getting 2 refrigerators up into the truck. Dolly didn't have enough of the rubber track to tilt and assist with getting it up that high, so it was not really needed, as we ended up using Packing Straps my son had from a previous moving job he had. That was on me though, as I did not investigate further about what I needed. Thanks.

Upgrade your software - so many issues with setting up Uboxes, tracking Uboxes, etc. Train your staff better. Hire more staff - I waited in line so many times, once for almost 45 minutes. Do what you say you are going to do - too many to mention but most everything I was told would happen in terms of notification, didn't happen. My pickup of my Uboxes at the destination was not set up properly. I called the night before to make sure my Uboxes would be ready by 8:30 am for my movers to be picked up and was assured they would. They were not which delayed the movers. A company that's been around as long as Uhaul, should invest more into upgrades and making the experience for customers and for staff easier and more streamlined.

The trailer was rented with a severely damaged tire that was unsafe. Additionally, the roadside assistance person, while being helpful and friendly, changed two tires but did not identify the problem tire. Only after we took it to another Uhaul dealership did the quickly identify the problem and change the damaged tire. When i checked the trailer back in at the KC location and told the young woman working what happened and attempted to show her pictures, she was utterly uninterested and unconcerned.

I was there for 3 hours, and had to pay an extra $250, which was BAD. But it wasn’t U-Haul’s fault. Gabriel went so far above what was expected by installing one of the connectors/switches on my lights. Thanks so much, Gabe!!

The gas was left at below a quarter of a tank. If the gas could be kept at full tank all the time, it will make it easier for the next customer to return it full and not screw over the next customer on gas.

Guy that checked me out only checked my hazards. When driving home we had a bad rattle to I stopped at Lawrence location to have it checked. Rubs out all lighting wasn’t working but luckily the shaking was normal on empty trailer. Lawrence said to make sure to leave review of the checkout in Shawnee

I did share that the driver's side door hand a pool of water in it. I thought that was bizarre. I shared with them upon check in that the door had issues closing and that it rattles, as did the driver's side mirror while driving. When there was an uneven pavement, the mirror holder would rattle and jolt more than usual compared to the passenger side.

No complaints or suggestions: The facility was clean and uncluttered with a large, unobstructed driving area that was easy to enter and navigate around. The staff was courteous, attentive, and very helpful. I will rent there in the future.

Our rental came with a twist - we were renting 2 trucks with my friend renting a 15 footer and me renting a 20 footer. We had a wrinkle, however - I was to return the 15 footer the same day and my friend returned the 20 footer a few days later. All carefully explained to, and approved by, the U-Haul location staff. I returned the 15 footer the same day as promised, and then started receiving both phones and emails asking why I had not turned in the 20 footer? Three phone conversations (a call center, corporate, & the facility manager) and 3 emails later they finally managed to figure out their own paperwork. The 20 footer was returned in the original day promised. Rent from these guys if you want a truck for a day. Anything else appears to be too complex for their systems to handle!!

It was not a good experience I had at this Uhaul store. The store’s front desk clerk needed customer service skills. She had me look up my return equipment location. While she went back to surfing on her personal phone. She said a least as possible not even thank you for your business. So unprofessional!! Then to top it off the trailer I was to pick up had a flat tire. She could have cared less. The only thing that kept me from walking out was one of the service technicians named Rob. He was able to find a new tire and get me on my way! Thank you Rob for caring and your professionalism!!

Brand new facility at 7000 Silver Hill in Shawnee Kansas is absolute wonderful. The staff is extremely nice and very professional and extremely helpful. You couldn’t ask for better. The place was as clean as clean to get and the equipment is very nice and well taken care of.

The supervisor was kind of rude when I stated that I had hoped to pick up the truck in Tonganoxie and that it was a 30 minute drive to get to his location. He argued with me about the amount of time. I was hoping to be compensated for the inconvenience of having to drive the extra distance to pick up the truck.

Screen the moving labor better. One never responded, a second after I drove 5 hours to the pickup point told me they would be 90 minutes late.

I picked up after hours so the keys were in the lock box. Great idea; however, I’m only 5’2” and the combo lock was so high up I could not read the combination. I had to take about 10 pictures with my phone and do the combo by feel. Would there be a way to lower the boxes?

Facility is nice and new. We were given a tour and the team member gave us great instructions. They answered all of our questions. I wish I could remember the name of the team member that helped up. They were awesome at their job and were very polite.
