Se necesita q haya mas comunicacion a la hora de poder entregar en cualquier locacion ya q asegun se podia entregar en otra q no fuera donde se alquilo el vehiculo y resulta q no q tenia q ser ahi, igualmente a una persona q vino de otro sitio lejos le hicieron lo mismo. Creo q UHaul es Uhaul en donde quiera.

Excellent customer service. Made sure I understood operating the Cargo Van. Upon my return a guy was right out there and made my exit a breeze. Highly recommend this location! In fact, I will be back again in 2 weeks for my final move and will be getting a rental truck.

The person I spoke to on the phone at the facility did not give me his name. He was very rude. Because the box arrived early the payment had not been automatically deducted so I had to make a payment before the box would be released. Instead of explaining this to me he simply stated I owed money and he wouldn't let me have the box until I paid the money. I inquired as to why they had not automatically deducted the money from my saved cc. He stated they did not have the cc info. I gave him the info. He did not tell me how much he was charging me. He simply said "Okay, your done" and hung up on me. The movers had to wait over an hour to receive the box and they were never told what the hold-up was until one of them went to find out what was taking so long. Very disatisfied. I will never use U-haul boxes again. I will go with POD.

Everything went well except I had reserved an appliance hand truck and I did not receive it as there were none in stock. If a reservation is made days in advance, and it shows on the website that you have it in stock, then I should receive it. Be prepared when a customer arrives, that has a reservation and have everything they reserved.

Not charge an extra $31.97 for being an hour and fifteen minutes late returning a trailer when I was told an extra day would be $20.00. Plus having to go to three different locations to pick the trailer up thus having to drive an extra 60 miles.

I was billed for 6 gallons of gas,for a charge of $33 when I only drove the truck 3.96 miles. 🤡 The retards at the office are obviously not educated enough to be in their position. Not only that I put in a gallon of gas to make sure it was still at same level, if not more than when I used it The idiots said I went 10 miles, when the idiot who rented it to me said he "had to bill me @ least for 10 miles" I then asked if they weren't used? Would Ibe reimbursed. His response was yes!🤡 Was not the case! 😡 I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENT FROM THIS SHIT HOLE, ESTABLISHMENT! I am also disputing the fraudulent charges with my bank.. Hey U-haul...🖕

Exactly what I would expect from a U-Haul location and the reason that we always use U-Haul for any moving needs. We are a military family (now retired) and have exclusively used U-Haul for our cross country and local moves over the years. This location is new, huge and has absolutely everything you could need to help you pack up and move.

I have to rent another truck and vehicle transport to move second vehicle and remaining household good in two months when second home is sold. I returned both truck and transport to a location that was different than originally planned (Ocala Fl instead of Sanford Fl) 70 miles north. Less miles on truck and vehicle transport. My reason for this is that my flight plans changed to fly back up north and could no longer fly out of Sanford. After calling your customer service number and speaking to a very unpleasant indifferent, it was my understanding that i would pay an $80 fee for each unit for wrong destination return. They first checked truck in and I paid $86. They then proceded to check in transport and fleeced my for $414!. I no longer had the truck to use so I could nit change my mind and was forced to pay this extortionist rip off. They were very indifferent also and asked what I wanted to do? What choice did I have? I do have the choice to rent from Pensky for the next trip in two months. Uhaul has successfully communicated that they no longer need my business and you can bet I shared this with all my professional mover friends (I'm a retied Allied over the road mover and know many local movers now). Enjoy my hard earned money because I am DONE with Uhaul.

Uhaul needs a repeat customer or rewards system. I rent fairly regularly, the same thing. What I rent should be auto populated in the fields. Also, small issue…..the padlocks on the truck beds are always corroded/oxidized and very difficult to unlock and lock. I now carry a spray lubricant to fix the locks every time I rent.

My biggest issue is the dealer knew what I was gonna use the truck for for pulling a trailer and the light package on the truck did not work and it took them over a half a day to fix it making me late for the event that I was supposed to need the truck for and that threw my whole schedule upside down… Perhaps you should check the equipment before you rent it

We have rented U-Haul trucks before and this time we needed a storage unit. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is great. The lighting is excellent to be able to see all the way into the storage unit. Having the rolling carts available to help move items in and out is so appreciated. It’s an excellent facility.

No electric outlet in storage unit - means no ability to run a floor fan when our "climate controlled" unit was not adequately climate-controlled. Also, no lighting within the unit made sorting through contents of our boxes made difficult and tiring. Staff great! Carts and hand trucks helpful. Probably would choose typical, ground access facility in the future for short-tme storage and need to work in the unit.

We are extremely pleased with everything about this storage facility! We would absolutely use it again and highly recommend it to anyone searching for a storage facility. It is super clean, well lit and secure, from the check-in process to the close out process it was very smooth. Customer service was excellent and employees all looked very happy to help and looked happy to be there. We also dropped our one way trailer off and also rented a local truck to use. The drop process was so easy and the pickup process was fast. The truck was very clean inside. A very well run facility!

Unit was too small for my 6'x12" Trailer. Had to bring alot back to my Air BNB. Could not squeeze one more item in. I do not understand how they think you can get a 6x12 FULL trailer into a 5x5 space?? Just CRAZY. NO WAY.

First time access to unit was annoying. 1- had no idea needed to go first to another key pad to register in before going to the ones next to access doors. 2- I was under the impression that storage units could be accessed 24/7 but that wasn't the case. 3- Access process is still kind of annoying.
