Associate loaned me a lock for the one-way rental. Greatly appreciated. Odd that your policy is to provide a lock for local rentals but not for one-way. Seems more likely to need to lock up belongings when moving out of state. Why not equip all trucks with a lock? Truck was showing its age but seemed well maintained and performed as needed.Brian W.
Tire pressure was only 7.5lbs on one of the 4 wheels. While the trailers are sitting idle in the yard the employees need to go through and double check tire pressures and condition instead of sitting in the air conditioning on their phones waiting for customers to come through the door.RAYMOND A.

The two ladies that assisted me with my check-in were awesome Unfortunately, check-out was one my worst customer service experiences. As soon as I pulled up to the truck drop-off area, a guy was opening the back of the van with a hose in his hand. A women was standing at my window saying I need to get the mileage. She rolled her eyes and gave me an inpatient llook as I grabbed my handbag and drink before exiting the van.I also had a box in the back of the van that my daughter was transferring to my car. They gave us an unpleasant look the entire time. No other vehicles were in line behind us. I feel that we were rushe . The staff should at least give the customers time to exit the vehicles before processing and cleaning.Kenyatta H.

Make sure everything is functioning correctly, Customer should be allowed to write down the mileage of the vehicle when it is returned. The computer was not functioning correctly when picked up brought it to their attention. Said don't worry about it but you had to keep turning on the vehicle to get the correct mileage.Olivia S.

Had a total of 2 units, seemed to be much confusion about my move out date for one. Malinda (I believe is her name) helped clear that up after speaking with 1800 customer service who couldn't even figure it out and I never got a call back from a store manager. Second unit was outside, my things were covered in rat poop and roaches dead and alive literally had to bomb my new place to kill everything. Prices could definitely be cheaper due to critters. This location is literally always 100% busy with very little staff. Josh ( or maybe Justin is his name ) was always helpful anytime I needed anything. Very satisfied customer, there was a problem with the u haul system and i wasn't able to get my card to get in to my unit after 5, i was able to get a hold of the manager after hours and ricki was very helpful to the situation and my needs as i had to be at work the next morning at 5am and she extended the time on the trailer for me to come in when i got off work. This was the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. The staff was cleaning the outside and removing leaves to keep them from blowing inside the building. Very secure and convenient.
