The location is very convenient. The staffing is too low for the amount of customers. The wait in line is too too long. I used the app which was a disaster. It wouldn’t take my responses and took an extra 30 minutes. When I went into the store to get help, the SAME people were in line as when I stepped out to use the app. Also, there’s no wifi in the store and the phone signal was too weak for the app so I had to step out of line and go outside to bring it up on the phone. The store itself is neat and clean and the trucks are in good condition.

Ashliegh BI was in a long line of people waiting to rent. The 'lot' guy came over when he saw the car in the drop-off lane and took care of me right away, told me where to drop the tailer, and said my balance was zero and the receipt was in an email before turning to help the people in the store.

Wanda MThe customer service rep was incredibly helpful and courteous. He noticed broken glass in the trailer and cleaned it. He also helped hook up and unhook the trailer. Lastly, he helped park it after I was done.
Brian AEquipment was good. Service was very slow during arrival but helpful once started. There were a lot of people outside looking to help which is understandable but it felt pretty intense with so many people coming up to me when I arrived.
Janee EThe truck we were given was only at a quarter tank so we immediately had to put gas in it. Then the power steering was bad and then the truck locked up and wouldn’t start when getting ready to drop it off. Had to wait for roadside assistance to come start it back up. NOT SATISFIED!

SEAN MThe only nitpick my rental was a TPMS tire pressure warning indication when I first started the vehicle. At first it was flashing. Concerned about encountering a tire pressure problem during the rental period, I mentioned it to the staff. They advised me that the light was not indicating a problem and that it would turn off once I started driving. He went on to say that a problem would have been indicated by a notice on the LCD screen of which tire(s) were underinflated. So I went with it but the tire pressure warning did not turn off; in fact it switched from flashing to steady on. In my experience, a steady-on TPMS warning indicates low air, and I was concerned during the rental that this would become a bigger issue. Looking back, I would have preferred if the staff had taken the time to check the tire pressure at the time I brought it to their attention, both to address the potential issue and allay my concerns beforehand. I will mention that the staff gave me a $20 discount regarding this issue, which I appreciate (even though I didn't ask for it).

TAJAE Slocation the changed me to was very difficult to get in and out of and out of my way. The 1st trailer we hooked up to i thankfully discovered a flat tire. we switched trailers, no problems.
TED SThe truck had two dash warning lights on - a traction control or something service notice and tire pressure lights. Also with over 100k miles it was clearly in desperate need of new shock absorbers. My wife and I joked we could get whiplash the way the truck bounced and bounced after bumps
David TI made my reservation online. It was moved to a uhaul further out. I called a few times to talk with the customer service department and the second agent I got said she saw multiple vans for rent and secured a specific van for my use. I appreciated her help but I should not have had to make calls to secure what was already secured and then changed.
