JR Fwhen I came in to rent the trailer the lady (Burnette) seemed high as a kite, and was very unprofessional. Making all kinds of childish sounds and fart noises with her mouth. Then person that help put the trailer on the truck was very polite and professional. when I dropped off the trailer in the afternoon that lady was on her phone and made me wait 10 min to walk out and look at the trailer, I figured she was doing work stuff on the phone but when she finally put her shoes on and walked out she walked in front of me still busy on her phone, and I could see what was on the screen and no it wasn't work related. When we got out side she was so busy on her phone that she walked in the completely wrong direction. I will never return to this U-Haul again I will rent from some where else going forward.

george dAlthough Nick and Carter were exemplary employees, Alyssa was an extremely bad experience that I would not want anyone I know to endure. I was overcharged for storage and had to cancel and reschedule bookings all because Alyssa refuses to acknowledge her mistakes.
Sheila FNick and Carter were excellent staff Alyssa is a nightmare! She made booking errors she tried to say I made. She charged me storage at the Titusville facility beginning from the day the boxes were delivered to my home in NEW YORK CITY. The boxes didn't arrive in Florida until May 4th however I was charged storage from April 23rd receiving the first month free and charging my credit card on May 23rd. My understanding of the agreement was that I was allowed 9 days for transit after which storage charges would begin. I would receive the first month of storage for free and payment would begin on June 4th. This can all be attributed to Alyssa who gave misinformation and basically lied when I called the first and she said I would have to speak with Brittany to get the matter resolved but when I called for Brittany Alyssa handled the call herself and insisted that charging storage in Florida beginning on the day the boxes were delivered to my home in NEW YORK was correct.

Capt.Russ GUnfortunately, due to everything being on the app there was no customer service. Could be helpful to go back to in person check-ins. Especially, during open hours. The app is not terrible but it causes frustration.

NANCY BThe original drop-off place, “OM Mart,” didn’t have room for my truck at drop off, and directed me to take it to the main hub at 2070 Garden St. not a big deal. But the phone number to the OM Mart location goes straight to voicemail. No way to reach them by the number listed. Even left a voicemail and got no call back. I used the recommended guide on the agreement to fill the tank up to 5/8, which said it was 21.9 gal which I did. But that filled it to 7/8. So do I get reimbursed for the 1/4 tank extra I put in it? That’s roughly 10 gallons @ $4.35.

Max MOriginally I reserved a dolly but it was left at another location. Due to the inconvenience I was able to use a transport but as I traveled with it into the varied grade roads a problem developed. When brought to a service center in Montana it was discovered maintenance for brakes and shocks had been neglected.

diana cI chose the $15 insurance and they charged the $30. I had the truck there at 11:00 and when I went inside, they said to leave the key and they would check it in. They checked it in at 1:30 and charged me for 2 days. This is not an honest location.

Christopher FNo notes at all here. The staff were very helpful. I didn't even have to turn the truck off, they said to leave it right where I parked it and they'd handle the check in. This was a great relief after a tough day of moving boxes.

I was unable to access my storage unit at 9:30 pm, Sunday 5/3/2026 and when I contacted her she responded promptly and after exhausting everything she could remotely, she came to the facility and spent 30 or 45 minutes, of her Sunday night, getting my issue resolved. Knowledgeable, Kind, polite, and very professional! Thank you ma'am! 10⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tammy mI rented a open trailer to pick up fencing, as we pulled out of uhaul parking lot my husband radiator cracked and overheated it was spewing antifreeze so I had no choice to return the trailer with 35 mins and was charged for entire day That’s ridiculous.
SUSAN RI came in around 10am and there was a long line however one of the girls made sure everyone was taken care of and was working two registers at the same time! She was very nice and on top of her game despite how busy it was. 10/10
TAYLOR RAn awesome staff. They were 10 deep at the counter when I showed up to pick up my reservation today and there was a confusion on the date of pick up. Alyssa was amazing. She didn't skip a beat trailer was not allocated for someone else even though the previous arrangement was booked on the wrong date. She's bouncing from computer to computer hopping location. She's in the yard running around getting things set up and loading up trailers and trucks outstanding I have been in customer service for close to 35 years. I will always come to Titusville U-Haul as long as these guys are there.👍👍👍👍
ANDREW GThis was the worst trailer I have ever rented. One of the tires was wobbly causing the trailer to bounce and make it hard to drive. Another tire had a screw in it. I had to sweep it out before I loaded it. I tried calling the location several times with no answer. When I was in the location picking up the trailer a woman was in front of me because she said she kept calling and nobody answered so she had to come in to take care of her issue. The inspection stickers on the trailer showed that the trailer has not been inspected since the 4th week of February.
Christopher FNot enough staff. I rented a trailer for a day and returned it after 6 hours. I was told it was checked in and I would get my recipe by email. The next day i received an email stating I didn't return my rental. I called and was told it would be a five minute wait, after waiting on hold 40 minutes I went to the location only to waiting another 10 minutes for someone to check for the trailer. After finding the trailer I was told they checked it in and I would get an emailed recipe once again. Never again will I leave without getting a recipe this was a stressful experience imagine if the trailer was stolen or damage and still under my name. Cutting corner to save a dollar only results in poor customer service.

SEAN MWe were overcharged from what our reservation was by more than double. I called to question it and was told management would call me back within 3 days. No call back. No rate adjustment. Will not recommend.
COOPER SI reserved the trailer from U-Haul on south street in Titusville and everyone was super helpful but they didn’t have the perfect trailer so they found one on garden street and reserved it. At garden street everything was fast and polite. Both locations were fantastic and make me want to rent more equipment from U-Haul.

We needed a storage unit and ended up getting two due to a number of reasons. My only critique is that they need trash cans in the storage building other than the what is in the bathroom. There was small amount trash on the floor in the halls and in the unloading bays that we picked up to help tidy the place up. If there were trash cans, other could police their own trash and have an easy way to dispose.

I did have some mildewing on my belongings even only being there for 2 months. But. I guess welcome to Florida. There is cheaper storage in the area that offer the same service. Over all the space was clean, the people were friendly and I really enjoyed the neighbor recycling service to be able to leave things that you don’t want in good or fair condition for anyone who would like it check it out.

This was due to the facilities staff putting me on eternal hold or never answering the phone. Until the facility called me to pay my bill. Be aware when you close out your rental follow up with the 800 U-haul number to confirm closing out rental. Great experience other than that.

It was very annoying. Thank goodness they only had one left on ground floor and I was able to get that. I am very disappointed. I have rented it from you before and I’ve never had this problem right now I don’t think I would recommend Titusville Storage. After a very long ride from New York to Florida I was in no mind to fight the people in Titusville. Very disappointing. It probably was customer service who screwed up my reservations, but I don’t care who it is I was paying and I expected to get service or at least have a reservation.

Only feedback item .... the Vanbody storage unit (retired truck beds) had a musty / moldy aroma and the rat poison trap in the unit wasn't very welcoming and gives a poor message about contents being damaged by rats and whatever might gain entrance. The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. You have some good attitudes there and some need work. Overall my needs were taken care of and I am a satisfied customer
Duane b | First ImpressionsThe only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174.00 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month started

I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Other than that, that's the only issue I had.

The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc). They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people). Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick. There are much more affordable options literally everywhere else.
