The lock on one of our units was accidentally cut by another customer. That customer notified the staff at uhaul. We were never notified, our unit was left without a lock for months before we returned several months later to find our lock missing and the shavings of where it was cut on the floor. Because this was one of several units at this facility, we are not aware at this time if anything was taken. I do believe uhaul had a responsibility to contact us. We purchased all four locks on our units from them. They really should have replaced the cut one. The phone was never answered. Once my boxes were back at the center waiting for shipment I received zero communication even when my shipping date changed 5 times. It took a formal complaint (that I still have not been contacted about) to finally get a phone call the day my boxes were picked up. Additionally, the website interface never updated so I was not able to track my boxes as they were finally being shipped and had to call around to local uhauls at my destination to find out which one my boxes were going to and when they got there.Alyssa D.

I had reserved a 26' truck for a move to Rochester for 9 am. No one called to tell me that this truck was not going to be available. They did put me in a 10' truck with a trailer but it was not what I reserved. It was a nightmare. A phone call would have been great.LINDSEYM S.

The guy gave me a the wrong truck, I drove 87 miles, the car that I wanted to pick can't not fit in the uhaul truck, even though I showed to the guy the type of the car that I'm going to pick, he made me spending $120 gas, because I have V8 truck, beside than uhaul charged me $67.50 for the contract. Very bad service. I lost money and uhaul never pay my gas money, because the wrong its from U-Haul. Uhaul needs to train their employees.ISSA A.

I've done business with this uhaul location before and it has gone very well on most of them. This time though the cab of the truck was dirty, most surfaces sticky to the touch and dusty - I doubt cleaning protocols were followed before I retrieved it. I also had charges on my bill that I didn't agree to, which is not the first time this has happened a this uhaul location. In addition, despite numerous attempts to reach that locations office no one has answered the phone line there and the mobile app is not functioning correcty. I don't knoq whats going on there recently to cause the decline in service but its quite likely I will avoid them in the future and give my business to another location.CHRISTIAN H.

Trailer was clean and they did a light check but as soon as we got in the road and used the left blinker the truck said fault.
