I wasn't greeted with a friendly greeting. Just told I didn't need to be in the store to drop off. Don't worried I won't ever again and I will tell all my family and friends. The location was perfect bc it was near our house. It took close to an hour to recieve our truck with no other customers in the store because the representative kept trying to get us to bring back the truck we were using the next day at 11 and get a new truck to "help someone out", even though we had rented it for 2 days. The sales representative Mike then made a comment that it sounded like we weren't even packed yet.Richard W.
The service was terrific. I had a complicated trip scheduled, and I wasn't sure what truck would work best. The manager, Michael Duffy, clearly explained my options and put me in the right rental. The truck was clean, ran well, and was exactly what I needed. Thank you!James C.

Person and Vehicle was fine, after I dropped off I put my Gas back in the way I was suppose to. I had told them, and send massage wit pic to them, that I only had half full of tank., after they said 3/4 full. He assured me for my refund of $36.16 which I am still waiting for. He said they credited it back, but the approval # he gave me was the charge #. So, no I would not tell my friends or family to go there, unless they give me my $ back.mary anne B.

This UPS location lost the key for my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to the UPS location on December 15, 2 days before my December 17 rental. At no point in time did anyone glance at the wall to confirm that the keys were there. I was stuck waiting an hour past my initial pickup time while the key was looked for. I was then asked to drive, as the customer, to the Ford dealership down the street to get a new key made (there was only one person in the store at the time). For my inconvenience, I was informed that I would receive some VIP voucher, which I never received. Very unprofessional, although this was my first time using U-Haul, it will probably be my last.Jeffrey W.

The employee that checked my equipment in had me wait there while he taught a new employee the procedure. Then rudely asked me to move it I informed him I'm in a hurry been here 10 min while he ignored me. Then if you check your camera footage he became aggressive and borderline combative. The lock on one of our units was accidentally cut by another customer. That customer notified the staff at uhaul. We were never notified, our unit was left without a lock for months before we returned several months later to find our lock missing and the shavings of where it was cut on the floor. Because this was one of several units at this facility, we are not aware at this time if anything was taken. I do believe uhaul had a responsibility to contact us. We purchased all four locks on our units from them. They really should have replaced the cut one.
