I was long customer at U-Haul facility and in the last 12 years when my life turned so bad losing family and trying to take care of life situations it was nice to know that I didn't have to worry about my storage and all my precious belongings inside it. Was not going to return to this location in regards to the way I was treated in the past, however, the ladies that took care of me this time were exceptional. The suggestion I have is to have some type of equipment to lift trailers so that employees and customers don't have to physically lift off hitch. Nice workman comp and lawsuits in the future.Tim G.

I would like to make sure U Haul corporate knows that the location they directed me to when making my reservation on line - JR Towing - was horrible...upon showing up at my appointment time for pick up one person was there who spoke absolutely no english, I tried calling the local number and it was disconnected....after 15 minutes on hold with the corporate phone number they redirected me to this location....so after an hour of wasted time and an extra 30 miles in travel time....I got what I reserved and paid for....Daniel M.

Great employees. Secure facility. You simply charge far too much gor your smallest size storage closet. $95 per month is ridiculous to me fir such a small unit. You had me for YEARS. Our only complaint was that we felt this location was understaffed. We have never rented moving equipment before. Including us, there were 4 customers there and 2 registers open. It took about 35 minutes for us to be waited on. The employee who waited on us was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had completed information online except I could not enter information for a possible secondary driver and had prepaid. We left the facility about 55 minutes after we arrived on time for our scheduled 9 am pickup time.Mary G.

If all reservations are to be done online, let the receptionist tell the customer that that's the process of getting a van/truck when they walk-in without a reservation. Rather than saying there are no vans available and immediately when the costumer when online there are several van available at the location to be reserved. That was my experience.Clarise P.

I would have given perfect ratings but due to the fact that my camper was stolen out of a secure facility and the fact that management(including upper management for not helping the staff) did not and would not review the security footage of the theft of my trailer. 2 months after the theft and 6 days of footage still has not been reviewed. Another bad mark for customer service for lying to me(that's a whole other story). I would have to add that the intermittent blockage of my storage unit by uhaul trucks and trailers was an inconvenience at best. My unit number 1439 was filthy when in moved in to it two years ago but it was very clean when I left it. All you did while I waited more than hour is give me some dumb excuaes. My only issue was that on move out day (Fri., Sept 3), the entrance was being paved and we could not pull the semi truck in. We had to park it next door and then I had to rent a UHaul van to get my household goods from the storage unit to the truck. The storage unit i ended up using was fine, however it was not the original destination. I had a reservation for one place when I arrived they couldn't find me even though I had a confirmation number and all the information. So they had no room for me. So after and hour and a half they sent me to a further location and weren't willing to compensate me any kind of gas for the unexpected extra driving. All in all, every person I dealt with was polite but said they couldn't do anything more for me, so I found it all very frustrating. My unit flooded and ruined over $5000 worth of my things. Management told me to file an insurance claim 12/30/2019. A year and a half later on 4/30/2021I was evicted for filing that insurance claim, after being there for 7 yrs. One thing to fix. My card didn't work and when I came the first time, it took 30 minutes for me to finally get bk to my storage. I tried to use the pin but that didn't work. When I came back this week, I was assured the pin would work but it didn't. I had to turn around and go bk to the office to get someone to let me in. We have been paying for a parking spot for our camper in this facility for almost a year. Majority of the time there was never any parking spots for us. There was always trailers blocking the pathways. Once We couldn’t get by it safely not back up so the camper hit the building and took the awning off costing us $2000. Management was rude and did not care. Someone also stole the battery off the camper. This past Saturday was the last straw. We tried to pull in the parking lot and there was uhaul trailers and trucks blocking the road again. Couldn’t turn down one road because someone is running a garage out of their storage unit and had the road blocked. So we had to figure out how to back up without ruining our camper again.
