Mark TI wouldn’t use another location but this one, I made a reservation in Woburn I showed up late and it was gone no truck no call no apologies no nothing but rudeness including the manager!!! But Wilmington was so welcoming and understanding it took me maybe 7 mins to get it done. I want to really Thank this location for their service!! It was nice to see people care about others! ❤️❤️

Joao PGreat customer service. The stores manager was very helpful. We were supposed to pick up the truck at 5pm on Saturday but the customer who had the truck didn’t return it until a few hours past 5pm. I had to go back in the morning to get it which was a super inconvenience but not the stores fault. They ended up bringing my total down due to the inconvenience as well. Super happy with this spot and highly recommend!!

John MI'm always satisfied when i rent from Patty. She is friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor. The van we rented had a terrible smell. I notified her of this issue when i returned it and she thanked me so she could take care of it before the next customer rented it. Had i realized the smell was so bad when i rented it, i am confident that she would have remedied the problem.

Bronwen WMy experience with U-Haul was excellent. Communication over the phone and in person was clear. Answers to my questions were explained well. The only thing I wasn't aware of is that the time I reserved my vehicle for was only good for an hour and then it expired; I thought that was just the earliest I could pick it up, then have it for the day. As it turned out, that was no problem at all, but I suppose it could've been had there been no vehicle available. I will definitely come right back to U-Haul if/when I need a moving vehicle. Thank you!
Wendy WI ordered supplies with a trailer from Woburn. I went to Woburn, and they did not have my supplies ready. It took about 20 minutes to find it. Then they realized they didn't have the trailer I reserved. Then they called "traffic" but no one was answering. I called Wilmington, and they had a trailer ready for pick up. That was the only easy part of this transaction. On drop off, the woman was flustered because the lot was full, and didn't have much room for the trailer. I pointed out that the safety cable was cut because it was pinched do a steep grade out of a garage. She just went off, essentially causing me of cutting the cable. Why would I do that, and then tell her about it??? I told her she was very comforting, and because of that she went to my truck with her head inside of my truck. I kept telling her to get out of my face. And she then accused me of "about to swear at her." This experience was horrendous. I've had bad experiences at other U-Hauls. I rather not accept jobs that requires rentals from you, or I'll just go to Home Depot for rentals instead.

Was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Upon my return they greeted me with another hello and how was the rental. What I really liked was this was my second rental in consecutive weeks and received the same customer service! Great job by the team. Thank you

Sheryl MWell the staff was very nice and efficient, they appeared to know nothing about towing a trailer. This surprised me out of U-Haul. I was seeking validation on what tow ball I should purchase and had to figure it out on my own. I was offered a 2-in hitch for a 1 1/4-in receiver.

Vinh TThe Wilmington facility is easy to get to, had what I needed when I needed it. The most exceptional part of the experience was dealing with Patty. She is a breath of fresh are and a true delight to work with. She bent over backwards to accommodate a special request that made things so much easier. I would go out of my way to do business with her again. I can’t say enough good things about her and the facility.
James KI booked on line the morning of the rental for the location closest to me. When I arrived to pick up the rental several hours later I was told they had nothing booked for me. While he was checking on my reservation I received a call from the dispatch office that my rental had been moved to a different location due to the period of time I had booked for. Other than this issue the experience was excellent.

Maria MIf you want to improve all Uhaul locations, have them run like this one. Patty is AWESOME! She worked with us to get the best pricing for our 700 mile pick up trip, gave us the best van they had and genuinely cared about our needs. Very accommodating! Highly recommend this location!!

DAVID Dwas absolutely fantastic. We were in a big bind when it movers fell out and we had to move out of our house because our land lord was selling the house. Jammed between a rock and a hard place, we were desperate. saved us by finding and reserving multiple trucks. By putting the customer first and providing exceptional customer service, made us U-Haul fans. He is a premier example of fantastic customer service.
DAN KStore manager Patty was very rude and disrespectful. Cursed at me and even made threats. I called uhaul scheduling department and filed a complaint. Don't wish to rent from location ever again.

We picked up in Malden which went smoothly but Wilmington set the bar high. Patty and her team had such attention to detail, when I arrived there was at least 4 others there for either pick ups, drop offs or propane and handled everything with ease. My wife and I reserved a unit at that location and patty finished the process and walked us through everything we needed to know and showed us the unit and where to access the unit. Patty and her team was welcoming, supportive and efficient.

William M | Overall ExperienceStorage area had outside light, but the unit itself has no light. I also rented a 15 truck and it smelled in cabin and truck was not cleaned. The truck also had suspension problems on turns made loud noises. Brung it to workers attention, he had no idea and quickly said "he will put it out of service". Come on man, you knew because of your action when he drove up truck and his hesitation and character I picked up. Truck was a safety hazard and I'll never rent from here again.
