They were so busy the dolly I had reserved over the phone was not present, so worker stayed we could have the appliance dolly for no extra charge. Upon returning the dolly on time, worker was very behind and after standing in line for about 15 minutes, the worker stated to just to sit it right here and you are good. I received and email several days saying the equipment was not returned. I had to make two separate calls on two separate occasions to have this fixed and I still ended up being charged for the appliance dolly instead of the smaller dolly I had originally reserved.Olivia C.

They were very accommodating when I needed to keep the truck an extra time. This is the best U-Haul location I have ever used.Terry M.
Originally tried to rent a 20 ft truck. Website said there were none available. Instead I rented a 26 foot truck, which was above my budget. When I went to pick it up there was a check engine light on. When I brought it up to the employee they said I didn't need to drive it and brought me back to check in. The lady said she had like 12 people in line and would get to me when she can. She then proceeds to tell me there are no more 26 foot trucks. I asked if there were any 20 foot available and she said yes. Took my printed contract, gave me the new keys and a piece of notebook paper that says half tank and the mileage. When I went to drop it off, the check check in service still thinks I was dropping off a 26 foot. I was still billed for a 26 foot. When I asked if she was going to refund me the difference I had paid her response was â€œit's just a $10 differenceâ€TIMOTHY W.

The staff was helpful and I go here even though it is a little farther than other uhaul sites for me. They just handle everything better. One thing I wish was an option was a partial day charge. I got stuck for several hours on I-20 behind an major wreck so came in after my deadline on Thursday. It kind of stung to get an extra charge on top of that for a full day. Love the people here and the service though.Trent D.
The pick up my trailer was great and the staff was friendly and helpful! The problem was when I was dropping it off the next day I waited over 30 min after I went inside to let them know I was trying to do it off! No one ever came out to take the trailer off my truck so I had to drop it myself and then go in and let them know. I had watch to employees standing in the parking lot just talking and smoking 🤷â€â™‚ï¸!!! When I went in and let them know I explained all this to the guy at the counter and I didn't even get oh I'm sorry about that or anything close! All he said is the trailer is out there right? If I would have waited in line at the drop off I would have waited all day! Very disappointingâ€¦Aaron V.

There was a loaded gun left in my rental from your previous customer. And I still paid $70+ for the rental. This should have been taken waaay more seriously than it was. Your management team at this location could use a lesson in guest recovery and diligence when renting vehicles. Absolutely unacceptable in incomprehensible.Daniel R.

The U-Box we were given had a broken jack stand, which meant we could not disconnect it from the vehicle towing it during loading. It also had lots of ants in it, all of which seemed to survive the cross country trip and ended up in our garage in the new house. One latch on the door was broken. All in all, the U-Box was in rather poor shape and seemed fairly poorly constructed and was in need of maintainance and cleaning.MATTHEW N.

My reservation was changed without notification, which caused me to scramble. The owner was visibly ill while still working. The truck's gas gauge was broken. The pre-rental check out on the app was terrible. I'll look elsewhere in the future.Benjamin T.
The pickup location was fine, except for the fact that it was the FIFTH location I needed to visit in order to get the pre-reserved (and paid for) trailer: 1) Alpharetta St (Roswell location): I made the online reservation for this pickup. I even visited the store to clarify info I would need in advance of the rental. The location said they had no record of a reservation. They then discovered the reason was the rental was "reassigned" (by corporate office?) to a different pickup. They then made another reservation for pickup at that location. 2) South East Tire in Woodstock: after being called by your dispatcher and being informed that the Roswell location did not have a trailer available, I had to visit this location (20 minutes out of the way). Upon arrival, after having already checked in and paying for my rental, the location informed me the trailer was out of service. 3) Tims Auto (Woodstock): the gentleman at South East tire tried to find a locally available trailer and said he spoke to someone at Tim's. It was only several blocks away. Upon arrival, Tim informe me he had no such discussion with anyone. 4) Tim then send me to Midland Storage (also Woodstock, a few more miles out of the way). They don't even rent trailers, only trucks. All their trucks were rented out (big college moving weekend). 5) I then had to call your 800 number to find an available trailer at the last minute. They sent me to your corporate store on Hwy 92 in Woodstock.William G.

Make sure employees follow through on prepping a unit for renting. I rented two units and one was still in use when my movers tried to load the unit. Also make sure locks are in unit.Carol W.
Possibly have more staff on hand for Saturday mornings. The 2 staff members were doing a great job from what I saw but there was a line 4 deep at 8:30 when I was there. When it was my turn, everything was handled quickly and efficiently.Andrew C.
