Your app and website absolutely suck. It took 45 minutes of trying to be able to pickup the truck at 7am. I know what I am doing with IT, I had location turned on, fast LTE cellular speed, and ad-blockers turned off on my phone. both the iphone app and the website failed many many times before it would let me get the code to the truck. even when connected to your stupid meraki guest network, it would not work.Eduardo M.
The check in process takes a while - I showed up at 9:50a for my 10am reservation. I didn't get the trailer hooked up until 10:35 just because everyone's check in took forever. Most everyone had a reservation but there seemed to be a lot of the same questions being asked at the time of checking in. The worst part, the whole check in process counted towards my reservation time. so I was short changed almost 40 minutes of a 6hr reservation. Self check in didn't work because the office was open so the truck wasn't in the designated area. Would be good to have a disclaimer. Location services were turned on during rental return but couldn't verify location. Should be allowed to enter location manually or use the location barcode which we used when picking ujason A.

So I rent at this uhal regularly. Last week I borrowed a uhal and left my knife inside. When I turned it back in and no where to be found. About two months ago, I left an AirPod in a uhal and same thing it disappeared. The service is good, the crew is dishonest. No I wouldn't dare recommend this uhal to a friendDaniel B.

The staff at this location is excellent! Uhaul overall is a horrible company to deal with!! I rent from Uhaul every week only because you don't have a REAL competition. Your corporate customer service is terrible! Everytime I call it's at least 40 min on hold before getting through. It's impossible to talk to a specific location because they forward the phone to corporate. I "ve been using Uhaul trucks for my business for 21 years and it just keeps getting worse. there were a lot of people in line on Sunday morning and only one customer service rep. Steve Larson, the owner, was very attentive in all aspectsbuff G.
i think there might be some fuel theft happening at this location. I was given the same truck i had a week prior which had 3/4 of a tank when i dropped it off the first time. location claimed it had 3/4 when i picked it up a second time but the truck only had 1/4. then the location attempted to charge me upon return despite my photo that there was only 1/4 of a tank when i picked it up the second time. this appears to have been resolved and i don't believe i was charged (i'll have to review the receipts to confirm) but in either case ~20gal of fuel disappeared.Thomas S.

interior windshield was dirty and created a safety hazard while driving into the sun. so, minus one star. on site staff was excellent and the vehicle was otherwise in good condition. thank you...drbuffBUFF G.
The truck rented had high mileage, poor brakes needing extra long stopping distances, even when the truck was empty, door seal was falling off and steering was slack needing half a turn to make any changes in direction. After renting trucks from U haul of > 8 years and other suppliers in the same period, this was the most unsafe truck I have ever rented. Price gouging was done by U Haul as the same truck at the first location booked was 50 cents cheaper per mile, this meant we paid >$125 more than expected. We had booked a 1 way rental which was never confirmed despite ~ 1 week daily follow up with your call center and locations, forcing a change to 2 way rental the day before. Overall rating would be 4 out of 10 at best, with 1 out of 10 for pricingBarry L.
