I selected no for the equipment as the first vehicle I was assigned to was empty on fuel and we had to change vehicle last minute. I filled a complaint about damage charges and only after more than one week and multiple calls we were able to solve the issue. I shall highlight the professionalism of Mr. Kirk de Abreu and Tashmicka Alston in trying to resolve the matter.

Stjuart DThe moving helpers i hired through u-haul took me to a nightmare. they were late. they took three times the hours recommended by their boss who had a complete list of items to move. I had three helpers. One did not work and sat for an hour after helping with a couple of items. The other two worked hard while arguing and breaking my furniture and NOT TELLING ME. I heard the cracking of the breaking and they said oh nothing. they costed me a fortune. they took 9 hours to move a one and a half bedroom AND LEFT ME THERE WITH A QUARTER OF MY STUFF TO MOVE! that caused additional fees i had to extend the location of the u-haul three times until the next day! plus the cost to get my stuff fixed. And the helpers keep asking for their tip… NIGHTMARE! YOI MUST TAKE THIS COMPANY PUT OF YOUR APP!!! I DEMAND A REFUND AND COMPENSATION FROM U-HAUL! my whole body is in pain now for two days i am a skinny not strong woman and i had to fill in for the guy who left! CONTACT ME NOW.
Sonia DI had to wait about 30 minutes past my reservation and the agent had a bit of short tone, which was improved by the end of the rental when I returned it and informed him there is an issue with the oil pressure in the van (he seemed appreciative of the heads up). I thought I'd get a new van but received an older model after what appeared to be a mix up. The agent did extend my rental to make up for the wait time which was nice, but the stern "bring it back or the rate doubles" when it wasn't even a full day was a bit much. It's clearly a busy location, especially at the end of the month, with impatient customers so that wouldn't stop me from renting again. Overall I'm satisfied and would use this location again.

PARIS MThe initial set up on your phone is a bit tedious especially having to identify someone available to take an unknown call to prove your identity. I understand the necessity but maybe advanced warning that you’ll Need someone standing by to receive a call might help.
Aubrey LEveryone except the lady to the left of me needs an attitude adjustment. The lady that helped me wanted to be rude so bad but it looked like she was in training because she kept asking the other girl what to do. The other girl that was helping was really helpful and nice. Then the drop off dude was hella rude and unwelcoming. Let’s do better.
Oscar AVery frustrating to be charged and extra day and make a call and have to do it over 3days this is just a waste of your time and my time. So I learned a lesson never go before you get the final invoice. I already make a call to customer service and have to wait 3 days to be resolved this is not nice at all.

Abdelhay eEmployees were rude for no reason. Also I kept being told by the front desk guy that I was getting texts for things and that wasn’t happening, which made me misinformed on some policies including the fact there is no storage at this location and I was actually assigned to a place in NJ (despite choosing this location on the website and receiving confirmation). Just an absolute mess of a move that I haven’t experienced with U-Haul before, so I assumed it’s this location.

Daniel WThe staff were very helpful, but I found all the digital aspects of both the online and in person check-in to be extremely burdensome, redundant, and clearly designed to trick me into buying unneeded services. This has gotten much worse since the last time I rented a UHaul and honestly it's so annoying and time-wasting that next time I may consider just renting a large vehicle from one of the rental car companies.
Christine NLocation has spacious streets so it was easy to pick up and return the truck. Pick up process was cumbersome with needing to provide two alternative contacts and waiting for that verification.

Location is excellent. Easy on and off the westside highway. Moving forward, I will rent van or truck from this location.

Abdelhay EI made a reservation to be pick up in one location and drop off at another location and somehow my reservation changed to be dropped off at the same location and therefore they charged me an extra 200.00!! Be aware of this they want to do everything on the their U HAUL App, be very careful and double check pick up and drop off location or else they will RIP YOU OFF!!

Egor FI called ahead of time to add 12 blankets to my order. Spoke with the call center. When I got there to pick up my truck, that location did not have 12 blankets for me. They said I could have four and that if I needed more, I would have to purchase them at $8.95 ea. I was not very happy about that.
CHRISTOPHER LRefill tanks on site before customers pick up. I received the tank at 1/8 full and the contract indicated that I would receive a $30 penalty if I didn't return it with 1/4 of a tank. I had to pay more than the $14 fuel credit given the price of gas in NYC, so I lost money on the gas refill.

Andrew ADesk attendant very helpful and nice. Garage attendant rude. Called me an idiot. On the return did no respond when I asked if I was all set. Looked at me and stayed silent. I shouldn’t have to put with that or dread being treated like this when I am simply trying to pick up a truck. .
Patrick AZero customer service. One person working the counter and would not assist me with the app when i had questions. Very Rude overall. I rented a uhaul last Thursday and it took 5 minutes. Today with a prior reservation it took 55 minutes to get the vehicle.

Nicholas PWhy would you make me check in online twice with photos of drivers license all of the documents and personal information when it’s pointless. There’s no online check-in. Easy pick up or anything. You have to go through everything all over again at the counter. It’s all pointless
ROBERT PIt took me 45minz to get the keys as I had uploaded all my info the night before and asked for counter service..... Once I got the keys it was smooth and the lady that assisted me with the checkin was very patient n helpfui. The return was a breeze... Hope this helps.

ERTON FThe pick up process is quick and easy if you have the app ready and installed on your phone! If you have any questions when returning the equipment, save yourself a headache and possible argument, go inside and talk to someone behind the counter; the "return crew" are extremely unhappy ALL THE TIME, EVERYDAY, NO MATTER WHAT.

Ian PI rented a 15' truck over the weekend. The driver door was crooked and only shut completely if slammed very hard. In the morning, the truck wouldn't start and I had to use a booster pack and cables to jump start it multiple times. When I told the agent at the location, he accused me of leaving the lights on overnight. I never did that. He didn't care and kept repeating it was my fault. Without any evidence. Without checking if the battery life was over (this was an old not well-maintained truck.) And without any apology. I eventually had to tell him to stop insulting me. When he wouldn't, I thanked him him and left. Very unfortunate. I've only had good experiences in this location in the past. Thank you.

Joudi ZA bit money grabby. I drove two miles and was charged for 3 gallons. Really? A 19.95 rental ended up being $90. And $90 is fair- just don't nickel and dime us.

ERNEST BThe absolute worst, and the whole system is terrible. You have someone at the desk who isn’t allowed to do anything. I have to do everything try thing on my phone and get “verified” by an online agent while the person there stands and watches me while the line builds up. Also, calling a random person to vouch for you might be the numbest idea I’ve ever heard. If I can avoid ever using you again, I will try.

Travis Hthe vehicle has a low tire pressure warning and a needs oil change warning lights.
JOHN MThe mileage was recorded incorrectly which resulted in a bill that was inflated by over $300 - thankfully I noticed the error before I left the store and had the transaction reversed.
