I was told when l rented a truck from Los Angeles to Las Vegas that price would only be $459.50 when l return the truck back in LA. I retired the truck back to LA l was charged a extra $313.00 this was not what l was told when l got the truck the casher told me it would only be the $459.50 l am not please with my service at allTrinez L.

The sides could have used a wash. The interior was very clean. Service excellent. No place to park your vehicle at this location, you can only park for 15 minutes. Did give us good advice of where to find a street to park.Louis K.

Gas tank info was wrong. Paperwork said gas tank higher than what was in the tank. Lock was problematic. Was on hold for 1/2 hour. Waited for 30 mins to get phone call. System shut down, manager never received text and I was not contacted/called. Drove back to location. Wasted 2 hours in total on the phone because I was always transferred to main call center.. Never received final bill. Expecting now to be overcharhed.. Self return was a nightmare with the app. Busiesy day of the month; w employees, no manager there. Awful experience...Tracy P.

However, I kept getting ppl that was not at the location I was calling and all though they was doing there job from a satellite location they could not really satisfy my need at the moment. Roy, who managed the facility, was not nice and not thoughtful. He only focused on what would look good on his own record. It was as if he had zero interest in leaving me with a good feeling about U-Haul. And, ya know what?, I'll never use U-Haul again. Nor will Michael, the young former Marine who was helping me. They did not explain the new procedure regarding the text message to view the truck before leaving the location. Upon returning the truck they accused us of hitting the top of the truck. We tried to explain to the rep behind the desk she was very rude and unprofessional that we only drove the truck on the freeway. She kept insisting that we was going to pay for the damage to the truck. We spoke to the manager the same person who rented the truck in the morning. He said he was going to check the camera. Which he did. He came back without an apology and just repeated how much our total charge was. I will never rent from this location again. Unprofessional, rude and unapologetic.Lenetta H.

The reservation and payment process was a completely unsatisfactory. The only positive was the quality of the equipment - it was clean and functional. I made the reservation on 10/15 under MY NAME Gillian Weaver. This is verified by my email receipt and order under my U-Haul.com account. After placing the order, it asked if I wanted to list the driver's information. Since the driver was someone other than myself, I did provide their license. After this, the reservation was all of a sudden in his name instead of myself, which was incredibly confusing and annoying. It was MY order, I just had asked a friend to DRIVE. I placed the order for a 1:00 pm pick up (proof of this is in my email receipt). I received a call around 11 on 10/16, asking for John instead of myself, and the speaker shared that there wasn't a truck available at this location anymore. They switched my order to another location and then asked if I wanted to change my reservation time from 8:00 am. I was confused and said that my scheduled pick up time was 1:00 pm. The speaker did not apologize or say anything nice, but instead told me I was wrong. This is also bizarre because why would they call me at 11:00 am if they thought I was supposed to pick up at 8 am? When I showed up at the new location at 1:00 pm, it was annoying that the reservation was no longer under my name and they still asked for the person's driver license that would be driving. What is the point of providing online if I have to show again? When it came to pay, they didn't use the card on file, but asked for one. Again, annoying since I had already saved a card for the order. Online, I had specifically denied the $14 coverage and they never asked me or showed me an itemized receipt in person. The staff never shared what the estimated total would be either. When I got my receipt today however, I was charged the $14. This was without my consent and actually against my original order. It was the cherry on top of a completely incompetent and headache inducing process. I've usually had great experiences with Uhaul but after this time, would not recommend to anyone.Gillian W.

Very friendly staff. I even locked myself out of the truck by accident and they were really cool about it and got a spare key and let me back in. I had a really bad experience with another location in Culver City where the staff there cursed me out over nothing. I won't go to another u-haul facility. Everyone was great. Thanks again!Soheil L.

I rented a van and the van was given to me uncleaned. It was clear that it was not cleaned well as it looked like the personnel was just about to start cleaning it before handing it over to me when I arrived by mid morning. The van reeked of what I believed to be urine and other awful smells. The steering wheel was also very sticky. You feel like you need to shower the second you open the door and enter the vehicle. I am generally okay with dirtiness and things not being delivered clean but this was a whole new experience... I had a friend who was helping me move and he entered the vehicle and made the same comment regarding the smell. Absolutely one of the worst rental vehicles I have every used... would not recommend this location. Avoid if you can and save yourself the additional stress of a gross car during moving, which is already stressful...Faraz K.

I was told I could use moble app to pick up truck prior to store hours (at 7:30 am not 9:00am when the place opened). THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. Attendants did seem to be very interested in helping their clients knowing well that many of us had been waiting and were upset.Teresa G.
