unable to enter a check mark in the above box. everything was perfect. tidy equipment,etc. we arrived early for our appointment but were greeted and managed very well. i believe the young woman who helped us was named adriane? very professional and kind. i would not hesitate to recommend your specific locale because of her professional manner.
SALLY EDisaster, check engine light on. Less than 1/4 tank. Latch broken almost took cut my finger open. I tried to explain to the guy who I returned the truck. He blamed the morning crew for not warning me! Blaming your own company for a screw up doesn’t make it right.

Torie GIt seemed like an off day. We were told our truck was in a certain area. It wasn't. We had to go searching for the dolly we booked, and the gas mileage needed adjusting, which was done when I pointed it out. I often buy supplies at this U-Haul location and it just seemed like the person checking us in wasn't having a great day - usually they are friendlier. The person we returned the vehicle to was very friendly and helpful. Truck was clean. AC worked well, so I can handle a slightly grumpy person if everything else works. But, customer service is important also.

CYNTHIA GThey charged me the original estimated mileage (20 miles) even though I only put 4 miles on the van. A credit or a reduced charge should have been offered.
TZE-SUNG TIt was supposed to open at 9am. Some worker was there but she couldn’t get into the building but instead of explaining that to the gathering crowd she just stood around until people noticed she was wearing a UHaul shirt. I asked if I could use the app to pick up even though they were closed and she didn’t know. When I finally just did it anyway the truck I was assigned had a bunch of extra equipment and product stored in the back and it was parked in a handicap spot blocked by other trucks that couldn’t be moved because the store wasn’t open. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism.

Paul EWent to the location after hours so I couldn't see the facilities, and did not get service. Where to park the truck was a bit confusing. Some woman came (out of no where) as soon as I parked the truck and moved it across the lot. She didn't identify herself. For a moment wondered if she was stealing it. But at that point I had already documented the return and just left. But overall, drop off was fine.

John MThese people charged me 20 dollars jsut because I didn’t take a picture of the fuel before start driving the truck. I took photos using the link but they couldn’t access them and they told me I needed to take my own photos. I returned the truck with exactly the same amount of fuel in it when I got it.

Robby BNothing at all. the Broadway location in sacramento has the upmost professional and friendly service I ever had. The whole staff were so nice . I drove in was immediately greeted and taken care of by being shown the van I was interested in then wait time was a few minutes I had excellent experience and bringing it back was just as smooth and quick . Plus only 2 miles from me. Thank you

Chris NI rented a 9 foot cargo van to pick up 8 doors at our local home improvement center. I was really happy with how comfortable the van was and honestly surprised that it felt brand new and had rubber mat in the back that allowed for safe and easy transport!

Chris TOne of the night crew reset my reservation (originally was for self pick-up at 6:30am) to 7 am non-self check. So I had to wait until the business was open to get my van. Didn't find out until the morning of when I woke up and saw my reservation was changed. Called the 800 number and confirmed the reservation was changed

HAL MHad some issues with mobile pick-up, but Marlis, the manager/supervisor, was very accommodating and addressed all of our needs. Because of Marlis, I would go back there again.

Pick-up was facilitated by a gentleman from another store who also provided great customer service, unfortunately I did not get his name. Have to say when I call first thing in the morning Damon was polite, but not well informed as to details on the open utility trailers and honestly answered "I don't know" to more than one of my questions.

SHALANA GThe location was understaffed when I arrived at opening time, but the one crew member was friendly and competent and helped all customers as quickly as possible. The pickup truck I rented was pretty beat up and seemed to be poorly maintained. There was a TPMS warning light on the dash, and the 9-pin trailer connector had a few conductors not working. Overall, I was happy with the employee who opened today but disappointed with the quality of the equipment I rented.

Beth HPlease improve the software! I accidentally entered the month prior, corrected it, and still got called the month prior. The date got changed. I confirmed in-person 5 days prior that we were set from planned location for 7AM returning to the same location for 2 days. We arrived day of and the reservation was for one-way...and the clerk had to start our reservation all over with driver's license, etc. Finally, we got keys for a truck that had another truck parked in front of it. All told it took 40 minutes despite my trying to do everything online well in advance and personally checking in at the store. Nevertheless, appreciated the ease in providing our non-profit tax number in order to not pay taxes.
