This was the most efficient U-Haul experience I have ever had. The men working both on the day I picked up my trailer, as well as when I dropped it off, were friendly, efficient and on point.

TRENA TThe staff was very friendly! The 24/7 mobile app was difficult to try to use because trying to go thru the verification process while onsite was difficult and I never completed it. Also, the self-checkout required that I take pictures and I was parked in a space where I couldn't take them. However, a staff member helped me check out easily!

Omar VGas was completely empty and said 0 miles to E. Huge inconvenience when on a time schedule to meet people and then the closest gas station being $5.80 a gallon. Wouldn't recommend this location at all. First the location i wanted to rent from said they didn't have anything so then we got sent here and of course it added issues.

D'Ann DFirstly, I am an international student with a valid driver's license and scheduled for an after hours pickup. But I was not able to do that as they need someone at the location to verify my credentials as I have international identification documents. So I had to call my friend to be my driver instead. Next, Even after my friend was able to accompany me in the middle of the night all the way from Davis, the lock box mentioned in the app was already open with no key inside. And there was another lock box that was locked and with the help of the TruckShare customer care helpline, we were able to open that but that was empty as well. So we had no other option than waiting for the location to open next day 7 AM and we needed the truck urgently. This costed us costs in travelling to and from the location multiple times, as well as extending my previous lease as I needed ore time to load the truck now that I got it late. Extremely poor experience with the location's service.

Jaime LThe location was fine. I set up my reservation to do everything on my mobile device, but the truck was not pre-loaded with the equipment I reserved. That was a little disappointing, but it worked out to my benefit as the equipment that I thought I needed I did not really need. YOUR MOBILE APP SUCKS. I could never get the photographs of the outside of the truck uploaded. I would rent from this location again and I would recommend to someone.

Marissa CThis doesn’t have anything to to do with the specific location but U-Haul completely screwed me the weekend of my move by changing my pickup location twice and without notifying me the second time. Fuck U-Haul. What’s the point of making a reservation for a specific truck at a specific location if that will constantly change.
Leann RThis experience was horrible. The location above was the original pick up location. The day before the reservation, I was contacted by U-Haul and redirected to pick up at a gas station about a mile away. When I got there, the truck was there, but there were no keys. I was then redirected back to this location, and there was a long line and all of your systems were down. Upon dropping off the truck at my destination (it was one way from Sacramento to Petaluma) I was informed that I would need to pay additional mileage. Turns out that the pick up location had the wrong mileage listed and I was informed I had extra charges. They resolved it. Overall, this was a horrible experience.

Robert Jcould not get key from lock box doing on line pickup/ and after drop off she did not inspect truck and said to leave and drop off the key. I was charged $10.12 for fuel charge. I told the lady before picking up the truck the fuel guage was below half tank and she said its was ok. I traveled 8 miles and was charged $10.12 for refuel gas ??????????????????? i want a refund My email dy5young @hotmail.com

Steven ROriginally there was no car for me even I had my reservation, so things could have gone badly because it would have ruin my moving plan. But the store gave me a number of vehicles department who could locate a replacement truck for me quickly. I really appreciate the effort and the speed that they could resolve a problem. Chris WI rented a cargo van, and was told to "fill it up" before bringing it back. I went a total of 7 miles and it took 4.1 gallons ($21) of fuel. When I brought it back, the attendant said that there was nothing he could do because I had put too much gas in it. I had the fuel receipt and think that I should have received fair credit for the extra fuel. Not pleased.
ROLAND BLarry did a good job when there was challenges during pickup but he did a good job in overcoming them to get us on the road.
