marian rCharged us $9 extra for gas, even though it had 20+ more miles on the gauge than when I got it. Other than that, the origin pickup location was friendly and prompt.

josephine sOriginally I reserved this rental at the Dundalk location located at 222 North Point Blvd Dundalk, MD 21222. My reserved van was not there. So I had to call for another Uber to get me to the Rosedale location.

John IThe Lancaster U-Haul hitch installation crew at 5456 Main St, East Petersburg, PA 17520 can definitely take some lessons from these folks in Rosedale. OUTSTANDING service. I will NEVER take my business back to that East Petersburg, PA location.

Only issue was that there were multiple items being returned at the same time but there was no one outside receiving any of them while there were 3 people inside the store with no customers. That wasn't very impressive in my opinion. There should be some notification that is activated inside the store to have someone appear without having to go inside to get a person to come out.
LISA MEverything went well except the texting system for after hours pickup. The app kept asking me to upload info too many times. Pictures of ID, Face shot, etc. Other than that everything went well.
