The gentleman name Laron was very helpful with my rental thanks he rocks !
ULALEI TI gave it a four because of 2 issues. One, the app was crapp. I was supposed to be able to get the truck just usin their app. I couldn't even get into the initial page I tried when logging on. Very POOR! I went to the counter, only to get informed that the truck I had reserved 4 days before through Uhaul website was unavailable. I had to settle for a van. The whole reservation exercise is a WASTE of the customer's time if inventory is not guaranteed. With that said, I'd have given the customer service 5 stars. He was quick to help me when I walked in. He got me the van instead of the truck and I was off within 15 mins. He was very courteous and amicable.

It seemed as though he was disinclined to answer my queries, which suggests that this particular role may not be the most suitable fit for him.

Robert RI reserved a 20-foot truck, but U-Haul called me and said they did not have one available. They offered me a 26-foot truck and clearly stated I would receive it at the same rate. However, when I picked up the truck, I was charged $161 instead of the quoted $91. The information provided by the customer service representative was not honored at the pickup location. It feels misleading when customers are promised one price over the phone and then charged a much higher amount. The pickup location said they had no record of the promised rate adjustment. Very disappointing experience. Customers should not be given offers that cannot be honored. I expected the price I was told on the phone, not a surprise charge at pickup.

Luis BLaron provided us with an excellent service. It is just unfortunate that some customers do not return the rentals on time, and it is them, the employees that need to look for a solution. Thanks to Laron, we still got to use a rental that we reserved ahead of time.
Froilan LLaron was helpful and attentive despite short staff. He was able to manage the needs of the customers, use jokes to build rapport and supported with how to assess the vehicle for damages. He went over the contract for better understanding and wished customers well.

RICARDO VThis is the second time we make a reservation with Uhaul, and both times we had issues... The first time we got told our truck was broken, and they gave us a small van instead (we had to do 3 trips instead of 1 to move our apartment) Luckily, we were only moving a short distance but that was an inconvenience. This time, they sent us to a very far location instead of the one we picked. That was not convenient but we really needed the truck so dealt with it. Then once we arrived there, they told us they didn't have the furniture pads we rented, they only had some for SALE. So we had to buy them and now need to give them away, such a waste of money.
