Tena Ci questioned accuracy of gasoline level. Staff said he is going to adjust it. I don't think it was ever adjusted cause i was charged with 2 gal. of gas.
Charmiane SA little shorthanded at first with only two workers on site at the time (0830). There were four when I returned the truck at 1300. Truck was clean and had better steering than usual but soft brakes.

Carlos Atruck smelled like an ash tray, no back up camera, and inside of truck dash board holder were all sticky and dirty, worst truck i've had from this place and gas tank had 26 miles till empty which is unacceptable service was good
Stephen HNothing. This site not only had my rental ready, they helped finish installing a U-haul trailer hitch that another u-haul center didn't finish installing. What a GREAT team!!!!

Rasheed MI came in looking for a 10' van and was told none were available but when I picked up the 15' van there was 8 or 9 10' vans in the yard and the website had availability. I believe they were trying to upsale me for the 15'.

Michael HDisappointed. I booked a newer Ford van shown on the U-Haul website, but when I got there, they gave me an older GMC van instead. The website photos should match the vehicle customers actually receive.

JAYMIEROSE GTruck was clean, but a small thing like the visor being broken was very annoying. It kept sliding to the front blocking the windshield. Customer service at the location was lacking urgency. When I placed my order I requested and was charged for a hand truck $7. There was no hand truck for me. I also paid and hired 2 movers who didn't show up. I was told they would contact me directly but no show, no call. I couldn't wait as I already had the truck and my time for the rental was ticking. When returning the truck and informing the employee he said "I dont know how to issue a refund". Refered me to the website. Couldnt make the most of the time I had available for the rental as I was expecting 2 extra helpers.

ULALEI TI gave it a four because of 2 issues. One, the app was crapp. I was supposed to be able to get the truck just usin their app. I couldn't even get into the initial page I tried when logging on. Very POOR! I went to the counter, only to get informed that the truck I had reserved 4 days before through Uhaul website was unavailable. I had to settle for a van. The whole reservation exercise is a WASTE of the customer's time if inventory is not guaranteed. With that said, I'd have given the customer service 5 stars. He was quick to help me when I walked in. He got me the van instead of the truck and I was off within 15 mins. He was very courteous and amicable.

It seemed as though he was disinclined to answer my queries, which suggests that this particular role may not be the most suitable fit for him.
