KRISTIE RI returned the U-Haul with more than half of a tank of gas. More than what the truck had when it left. When I first picked up the truck I noticed that they noted the tank was full but it was only less than half full. I took a time stamped photo. When I returned the truck I was fished off and the guy told me he would handle it. He didn’t understand and he didn’t care. I was charged $75 for fuel and now I’m having to dispute the charge because of their negligence. Wouldn’t recommend. These guys don’t care about customers at all. Rude and no attention to detail.

Nigel DThe people you have running the store are awful. The poor old man working the computer didn’t know what he was doing. The guy who did know what to do was being rude to the old man. It made me have an error in my contract where the old man failed to put in that it was one way instead of returning to the store. This made me drive all the way back to the original store, 60 miles away. I also got a call a couple hours after I dropped off the van that the guy had lost the keys and that they couldn’t finalize the rental until he found them. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting anything and I will not be using this store again.

Helen AI would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE until Rob is fired from Uhaul. My experience was the worst. Rob is EXTREMELY rude, condescending and lacks professional customer service skills. HE SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!!!! I strongly encourage to you ask Benny who also works at this location about Rob's behavior. The way he spoke to Benny his colleague is unacceptable. Please have someone from the Uhaul corporate office call me for additional concerns.

JOHN HThis location is not parking friendly for customers. It's very cluttered and small. Also, is inspection of the U-haul with the customer not a thing anymore? My father-in-law was helping us with getting our U-Haul and he said that before we left the parking lot the staff member needed to inspect the U-Haul. The staff members didn't really seem like they wanted to do this and they just told my father-in-law that everything's electronic now. I will honestly try not to come back to this location.
Jordan LPlease clean the truck before letting it go out. There was trash in the truck before we used it and I refused to pick up after someone else. Also the staff who works this facility was rude when we called to ask questions. Very riled up and didn’t understand or answer our questions fully. We won’t be renting from this facility again.
Brittany LI have used this location several times. Each time the one person dealing with customers and one to two others usually mulling around failed to even acknowledge my presence until the person dealing with another customer finished those dealings completely. It would have helped if someone said “Good morning. We will be with you in just a minute”. It’s common courtesy to recognize you have another customer in line especially as you pass by them multiple times.

EDISON BRob, the man helping me today was rude and fibbed about what pictures needed to be taken of the truck before we left with it this morning. He only said to take pics of the outside of the truck in case of damages. He never said to take pics of the inside or to take pics of the equipment in the truck such as the blankets and the dolly. Neither which we used for our move. He was also very rude when we brought the truck back. Thank you Carolene Valentine 830-481-1648

JAIME DToo tight of lot for the number of UHauls. U-Haul needs to give more options on return locations and clarity of return location. We initially picked seguin to return and then found out we had to take to New Braunfels. That complaint isn’t specific to this store but to U-Haul in general
Devin WShould have done a better explanation of how miles work with a one-way rental. There were not enough miles to go from UHaul to my house to the apartment to Uhaul... it was only a few bucks but a simple explanation up front would have been appreciated. Also the worker seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there but the store was empty.
