Service there was very poor and truck not clean, expensive a 1,29 per miles. Next day I get other trucks from home depot was better, clean and free miles and cheaper.

Well the lady who work at this location. Was texting on her phone making wait, then when I showed up to do drop of waited over 15 min to drop my trailer off and still no one. So I called customer service told them I was leaving because no one was at the location.
Kyle HThey went above and beyond to get us settled before our big cross-country trip! UHaul had us pick up a truck and trailer in separate locations for some reason, but this location moved things around so we’d be able to leave it with both our equipment - saved us a day’s work, literally.

MICHELLE DMost beaten and battered truck I've seen in years. Pre-existing damage on very side. 14 years old with over 160K hard miles. Looked like it was 40 years old. Truck worked and was reliable. Roof leaked, had to clean water up before loading.
JON SAt least vacuum the trucks when it’s returned the one I rented had a lot of dog fur inside and you can imagine fur flying around when you switch on the aircon or wind the windows down. It was horrible I had to wipe down the truck to safely drive it.
Charles NThe staff at this location were nice but their equipment was filthy. I wasted an hour of my allotted time cleaning the vehicle before moving my belongings. There was also the prior renter’s contract left in the vehicle, which had their personal contact info on it (another sign the van wasn’t cleaned). There was also someone’s jacket and empty Poland Spring bottles behind the seat. I am not impressed and rather upset by this experience.

I wish the plaza had more space to fit trucks so it’s easier for customers to move their vehicles to an unobtrusive spot to get photos of their vehicles and document them in the U-Haul web service. Not much you can do about that though, except maybe utilize the back space more?

shadmaan sThe rental truck had too many problems. The driver door was not sealing correctly. Tire pressure monitoring system was malfunctioning the whole time. The gas tank should be full when the customer picks up a truck.

miranda vI swept out the back when completed and based on the amount I swept out, it hadn't been swept out for several uses. They should ensure that other customers are sweeping out the back of the trucks or being charged when not.

OVIDIO JMake sure equipment is clean before making it available to rent. I rented a 12'x6' open trailer. It had an oil slick and broken auto glass in it, clearly indicating it was used for all automotive parts. I had to ask the staff to sweep the glass out of it before I left and then I had to saw several boxes to line the bottom of it prior to putting in the furniture that I was moving.

ROSS PErroneously charged me 18 dollar in gas when I filled it above the line where it was before I left with the truck.

Kamil SThe store didn't have the dolly I rented a head of time, but the staff was able to find one and provide it. Overall very positive experience. The helpers I hired were amazing as well. The moving helpers available through the uhaul process is something I'll tell everyone about. Price, convenience, set cost, etc is so unique and amazing

JEFFERSON LI was asupposed to have a two -step pick up... first, the truck then... 4 hours later ... post loading the truck first and picking up items in the local area.... where.. towing the trailer was not an option. However, when I arrived, the truck and trailer were connect after specific requesting that it be a separate pick-up. Also, the truck had 10 miles of gas and was running on empty.... and I had to find local gas myself and the staff at the pick up was not helping in getting gas other than allowing a gas allowence for me to fill it myself.. even though the local gas station turned out to be 500 years away. Last, the combination of the truck and trailer were contracted to me incorrectly by Uhaul and the paperwork needed to be redone .. which cost me 30 mins of time picking up the rental and getting gas and roundtriping the trailer to a drop off point to allow for me to do my local pickup and packing of the main truck.. per my above comments. I did and always expect issues .. and, yes there were significant issues... but, honestly I simply expect there to always to issues.., and my expectations of issues was realized.

kendra jThe guy at front desk was all alone and trucks were parked all over the place, where it caused alot of traffic. There was only one way in and out, since the uhauls trucks and equipments were blocked off. There were no parking spots for customer ls who had reservations or not. The guy at front desk was alone and had to tell customers to move trucks for him. It was very sad to watch him try to work but knew he was only one person. I think if they had at least another area for the cars to go in and out, it would be alot smoother and had less frustrating customers.
